We had a time!! This was so much fun and I can't wait to do it again. Our niece came to town for spring break and we made a last minute decision to try this out. So happy we did, it was non-stop fun from the time we started. It's a hike up the stairs but once you get to the top you're good to go. When your at the top you can see all of the animals at the wildlife zoo. You also zip line over them and it's a pretty neat experience. I highly recommend this place. If you have time you might also want to visit the out of Africa wildlife zoo. read more

Went here as we were in Prescott for a junior golf tournament we decided to not play based on internal reasons as the whole team decided to not play. We already booked a hotel so we decided to make a trip still. We googled things to do and came across a zip line over a zoo. Sounded interesting, so we bought tickets and drove to the place. It was about 45mins from our location in Prescott. The place was Out of Africa wildlife park with the zip line called Predator Zip line. It was an experience that took place over the zoo and animals. An absolute blast. The guides were Brayden and Seth. Fun and very professional. It was summer so definitely bring something to drink as they have a rope to tie it to bring with you. My 15 year old daughter wanted to zip line on our recent visit to AZ. We had zip lined for our first time last year on the North Shore of Oahu and had a good experience. We booked spots on the 2:30 tour. My other daughter and partner opted to do a tour of the animal preserve. Check in was easy and all my various questions were answered (where to store wallet, keys, phone, etc.) The policy of not taking phones, wallets, keys etc in pockets, even zipped ones, is a sound policy. It was also the same policy in Hawaii. We enjoyed the zip lining and the views. The pictures taken were professional and a good value. read more

DON'T GO! My friend and I went in May and it was terrible. We both have done a lot of ziplines, but this was the worse. First, you had to climb 120 steps to the top of the first platform, but were instructed to NOT use the railings as they wood is old and splinters! They did not provide any gloves. We got to the top, and asked for water. They don't have any and won't put any out until the temperatures are over 100. We were in the 90's, in the hot sun of Arizona. There are 6 lines. They were just okay, not many animals out as it as hot and the scenery was just baren. We got to the last line and it was disastrous. Again, we had no gloves to use to slow us down, and we learned that none of the lines had any braking mechanism for safety, no coils or pads, nothing. My friend came in hard and was pretty shaken. I came in last, and they figured I was going about 30 mph, with no way to stop me until I hit the end of the line My head snapped back so hard my helmet would have come off if not attached! The guides, although they were good throughout, couldn't have stopped or helped me until they could finally grabbed me. Off I went to the emergency room with severe whiplash and micro-tears in my throat. My friend suffered displaced ribs. We both made MANY attempts to reach the facility to talk about their lack of safety measures on the lines for stopping. We have never received a phone call back or any acknowledgement, as if they don't care. Just a terrible, and DANGEROUS experience overall. All we can do now is let everyone know! read more

First time. Had a great time on the ziplines. Saw lots of animals and had a great time. The towers are pretty high and need work. One with the bridge is very rickety and sways. One of the guides took us to see a tiger that was laying right by the fence. In about 10 seconds it was obvious the tiger was getting annoyed. It got up started pacing the after 1 idiot in our tour decided to roar at it the thing leaped up the chain link fence vertical leaving about 4 feet or less from the top. I'm not an animal expert but I'm smart enough to know that if it wants to go all the way and climb over it will. I started heading towards the nearest tower because there was nowhere to go. The guide laughed and didn't seem worried. I was. I was actually scared. It won't take much for it to climb out. Then the guide told us the lions stalk the kids that walk by. Their fence is the same height. Scary. But the zips were fun. read more

My husband and I took my Mom to Predator Zip Lines for her 81st birthday. The day was super windy (30+ miles/he) but Aiden and Brayden were very kind, and they made sure everyone felt safe and had a good time. They were very knowledgeable about the park, as well. Super fun! read more

My son and I had a great experience at Predator Zip Lines. My son is afraid of heights, but the staff was very friendly, helpful and patient. They have a photographer on the ground that takes your picture while you ride the zip lines. The photos are available for viewing & purchase in the lobby. The photographer had issues with the camera the day we were there, so they offered a discount. The photos may not be the best, but I still bought them. I appreciated that they gave a discount on the photos. The zip lines employees were awesome and I'd recommend this place for zip lining. We'll be back too. read more

Spent an awesome day zip lining at Out of Africa Safari. My fiend and I have always wanted to do this and it was the perfect place for our adventure. I felt very safe with the staff putting our equipment on and their procedures at each line. They made the experience personable as well. We went during CV19. None of the staff wore masks and it was impossible to be socially distant but they did limit the number of people. We wore masks and they didn't hinder the experience. The guides did let us know when photos would be taken so we were able to remove our masks before that jump. I'm sure some will be upset you can't take a camera but there is no way you would be able to use it. Thank you for an unforgettable experience and our photos were great! read more

My first time here, my first time ever doing a zip line. I was terrified but the guides, Chris and Jasper, were perfect in every way. Meticulous on safety, incredibly reassuring for the newbies, and just fun to spend time with. I was scared and at the first tower I was holding up the group because I was too scared to let go and they couldn't have been more patient or kind. I finally got into the groove and conquered all five towers and that rope bridge! But to give you a sense of what the guides contend with, our group had an older couple (think gram & gramps), a family with two young kids, a young couple, and several middle-agers including a plus-size chick (me!). All different ages, fitness and experience levels. Everyone had a blast. What was also really nice, especially since you don't get official entrance into the wildlife park with the zip line, is that Jasper would point out all of the different animals while we were on each platform. I saw lionesses, Tigers, wildebeests, several bears (including a young one playing with what looked like a giant kong), wolves, hyenas, and I practically flew over the top of a giraffe's head. November 2013; First, I have to mention that I've ziplined in many places on this planet, but over a wildlife park has NEVER been one of them and that is absolutely exhilarating and crazyFUN!!! A friend and I saw a billboard advertisement for this company while we were on a 1000 mile, week-long road trip. This was our final day before flying home to California, so we decided to give it a whirl~ What fun, fun, FUN! The instructors are a BLAST, the Manager is pretty funny in his own quiet way and the owner is hoot! :) What a great place to spend a few hours. The park is really cool and the animals.....WOW, the animals! There are tons of them and the instructors are GREAT about pointing them all out.....especially those you are flying right over!!! This is a new company, they just opened this Summer. I spent awhile talking to the owner, Robin, all about what went into his decision to move across the country and restart his life by commissioning and building it. Our tour guides Jasper and Deshaune (not sure I spelled his name) were awesome. The excursion starts with a jeep ride up to the first zip line experience and brief overview about some of the animals. From there, they guide and lead you through I believe 5 different zip lines including one suspension bridge crossing. Both guides truly love what they do and it showed. Jose and Chris - BEST GUIDES EVER!! Spent the afternoon with the team at Predator Zip Lines - what an outstanding organization! The guys gear you up and explain everything and then the ADVENTURE BEGINS! The guides not only tell you when and how to zip but simultaneously offer information about the animal preserve; how animals came to live there, pointed out different sections of the reserve etc. Although it was a nice temperature (72 and sunny!!), the guys were working so hard to make our experience great. You could see they were busting their humps to make sure were were safe while keeping zipping wait times to a bare minimum. The team also works so well with each other - they truly like each other and it shows. BE PREPARED TO TIP THESE FINE HOSTS!! I was really disgusted with fellow zippers - a few people (that LOVED the experience) elected not to tip at all and then a family of 4 tips $10? C'mon....this is how these guys make a living and they just kept you safe and happy for 3 hours. The tip should be at least $10/per person...if you can zip you can TIP.
