Williams is a cute nostalgic town. The zip line is a cool addition to the experience. Single rider is $15 and dual is $24. Once you pay. You get strapped in and off you go backwards to the top. At the top you can a nice View of the city and surrounding area and then you come zipping back down to your starting point. The whole "ride" is less than a minute. So for people who thinks this is some extreme zip line, it's not. It's a cute little ride. My only recommendation is during covid time to perhaps do a quick wipe down of the handles on the seats after each rider. And have a hand sanitizer station when you are leaving the ride. But all in all. It's a cute little experience, not bank breaking and worth doing at least once.

Excited to do this with my dad! Love you dad

Awesome attraction to see when driving into Williams Arizona. I love the 57 Chevy car above the seats. Great location so once you're done you can go visit the other sites around town. I was able to do this with my dad we both had a blast. We did the 2 trip special. The views are gorgeous and it's just fun!!! They only take debit or credit card which is convenient. The staff was very nice and made sure we were buckled In correctly. With this being my first time in Williams and seeing the Grand Canyon I would recommend trying this place out. It makes you feel happy. The prices are pretty reasonable as well.

30mph small zip line. About a minute long. Backwards first then forward. I'm glad we stopped by and went. The young guy running the little stand was very nice and answered all our questions on 5/12/21. Would recommend to do it at least once. You get beautiful views from the top.

You have to sign a waiver before you even buy your ticket. About that.........the staff (kids) in the waiver area weren't the most helpful. They were just kind of "there". Younger group of folks, whatever. After you get your little zip tie attached, you then go outside to purchase tickets. We bought 2 tickets for my kids. $50 bucks each!! JESUS! And they tack on a credit card fee, so it was really $103. This provides you unlimited rides down the hill from 10am-4pm. Thing is though, that you realistically can't ride down that hill for more than an hour or two without getting bored. They should really offer an option where you can buy 2 hours for like $25.00 or something like that. My kids were ready to leave at about 11:30. They had more fun just playing in the snow when we pulled over at Munds park on the way back home. The lady at the entrance to the tubing (didn't get her name, had a broken wrist though), was super friendly and was about the only good thing about this experience. The ladies in the cafe were pretty friendly too. Sadly, like I said before, this is a one and done type deal. WAY too expensive for what they offer. Meh!

Upon take-off, well, let's just say, I did not even realize we had taken off, it was so smooth and all of sudden you start seeing the awesome views all around you. I did not feel a tinge of fear then, or throughout the flight. Our pilot was Jake and I can't give him enough hurrahs for the wonderful flight and totally remarkable landing. If you haven't visited the Grand Canyon before, I highly recommend booking this bike tour. Also, mid-October was the perfect time to visit. The weather was so comfortable --- not too hot and not too cold. The tour starts and ends at the Bright Angel Bicycles rental shop inside the Grand Canyon. If you're visiting for the tour, make sure to notify the park entrance --- we heard you can get a park entrance pass at a discounted rate. Unfortunately, we didn't know that until already in the park. Overall, this bike ride is very easy. There is 1 spot towards the end that has a few small up hill climbs but it's overall a pretty easy bike ride. My sister at 20-weeks pregnant was able to do the ride no problem. The information shared by our guide was so great! I don't think you'd get the same information from a self-guided tour which is one of the biggest reasons I'd recommend this bike tour. Our guide was very friendly, very kind, and very informative. Unfortunately, we had 2 couples in our group that loved to interrupt her, talk off topic, and fact check her so that was unfortunate. If you're looking for a tour around the Grand Canyon, book this one!

When you arrive, you sign a waiver and watch a safety video that goes over the basics before heading out. They provide helmets in a variety of sizes as well as goggles. Unfortunately, the goggles I received had a broken cushion. I didn't notice until we had already started the ride. I was able to push them up and keep them in place, but they should probably check through their equipment and replace items that are broken or worn out. There are two main routes you can take and have plenty enough time to do both: * Outlaw Jeep Trail: this trail is mostly flat and takes you out to the Honanki Ruins. There's a $5 fee to park your ATV there if you want to walk over to see the ruins. It's about a 10-minute walk round trip and a nice quick stop. There are also restrooms there, which is convenient. * Diamondback Gulch: this trail is much steeper and more adventurous with sections that go straight down and straight up. It's definitely the more thrilling of the two. They provide a map and a sheet with step-by-step directions so you know where to turn and stay on the correct path. They also have their phone number posted on the front of the ATV in case you need to call for help. Some feedback: 1. Replace or remove broken equipment. 2. It would be helpful to list suggested speeds for both courses. One driver was going around 30 mph, which felt a bit fast for the flat trail, but I wasn't sure if that was considered safe or normal. 3. Clearer instructions on the trail loops would help. We weren't totally sure if we completed the loop, and we noticed people entering the Diamondback trail from two different spots. Overall, the staff were very friendly, the ATVs were great, and the whole process was smooth and easy. It was a really fun experience.
