I've had a few physical therapy sessions with Christian now. He's very knowledgeable and have been extremely helpful on my knee recovery journey thus far. We started off with the evaluation and he was quite thorough which lead to him starting the treatment a long with a series of exercises to do for the week. We also talked about a step to step guide on how my gym session looks like each week and then adjust accordingly depending on how I am doing the following session. Dr. Christian is fantastic. He knows his stuff. He helped me rehab after knee replacement surgery but even more than that helped me regain my overall strength. He listens. He adjusts your exercises accordingly. He teaches you about your body and the issues you may complain about. He helps you understand why certain exercises are better than others and why. He is knowledgeable about the spine as well and after 4 spine surgeries was able to show me why I walked the way I walked and how to better navigate the stairs. Best experience I had in a long time regarding my pain! I came to Christian for my right shoulder/chest pain, and he was great at explaining where the pain is coming from and why. He gets deep into the root of it rather than giving temporary relief like many other places I've been to. The physical therapy consultation was great overall. I feel like Christian really took his time to understand where the discomfort was coming from.
