I was a return customer, but I won't patronize this business anymore. I left my appointment at this business, yesterday, feeling like I was taken advantage of since I was overcharged for something that I did not want. I spoke to Damian over the phone, and he recommended that I should get the less expensive color DYED film, since I didn't know how long I was going to keep my Volvo XC90. At my appointment, I reiterated that, literally saying, "since I don't know how long I'm going to keep my car, I'm going to go for the color DYED film." He said okay, and proceeded to show me how dark the legal limit is, which is how dark I wanted to go. At the end of my appointment, he charged me $40 OVER what the cost was supposed to be, in addition to an added charge for a warranty, that he never disclosed, and once I asked him why the charge was so much, he said he thought I wanted the premium film. I reminded him that I said I wanted the color DYED film, and I asked him if the premium film was dyed, too, and he said no. So I specifically asked FOR the Dyed film and he applied a NON-DYED film which was $40 MORE in his favor. After expressing my dissatisfaction and disbelief that he did that, he did not offer to remove and reapply the correct film, nor to refund the difference, he only offered a measly $10 refund. In addition, during the tint process, he allowed my car's lights to be on to drain my battery. When I attempted to tell him how they can turn off while the key is in, he totally disregarded what I said and told me that they don't turn off, which is incorrect, as I had them off with the car on this past week. Furthermore a post on his wall from the Florida Department of Agriculture states that all work done on a vehicle over $100 requires a written estimate beforehand, so I will definitely look into that as well. My original tint was well under $100, but since he decided to change the tint to one that cost over $100, it looks like he was supposed to put that in writing before beginning any work, which would have solved most of the issues mentioned herein, before they began. Likewise, I will definitely never go here again and will warn everyone I know interested in getting tint done, which is a lot, considering my husband sells cars for a living. I can't stand it when places treat women badly and openly take advantage of them, and when they don't own up to their mistakes and take responsibility for them. As a business owner myself, I believe in treating customers right to have customers for life as well as referral business. read more

THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I contacted several 3M Certified Crystalline Installers throughout the East Coast of FL and Orlando (from Vero Beach to Melbourne to Orlando). I think I called the owner at Precision Window Tinting by several different names during my calls, but Damian was helpful on the phone while other installers were reluctant if not unwilling to touch Crystalline. The fair price and friendly customer service vs. the competition made the difference and made my decision to goto Precision Window Tinting. By doing so, I found that the business is set for success; the waiting area is perfect for relaxing, doing business on the free wifi network, and it's close enough to some shopping areas that you will find plenty to do while you wait. My Lexus had eight windows and Damian was efficient in his efforts. His impeccable attention to detail make his work exceptional compared to the other cars I have tinted in the past. I enjoyed being able to see some of the installation and the unique gear used in the process. I have always used indoor installers, but the equipment at Precision Window Tinting is something to see. In the future, I will make the two hour trip and take every car I purchase back to Damian. Additionally, 3M Crystalline has lived up to the hype. After having no tint on my car for about three months during the summer heat, I immediately noticed an extreme difference in temperature. I can turn the A/C off and the car stays cooler longer; the glare reduction is enough that I rarely wear my sunglasses while driving now. I have had the tint on my car since late July, and August is typically the hottest month of the summer..after about a month and a half of summer heat, I can say that 3M Crystalline Tint has certainly kept the interior of my car cooler. INCREDIBLE WORK! Thank you Damian! read more

We always make it a point to check the reviews carefully before we order any products or services. We had our car windows tinted at Precision Window Tinting in Longwood because the major reviewing sites awarded them the highest ratings. The owners, Damian and Tresa, are an amiable couple we found to be very knowledgeable and highly principled in their dealings with us. They showed us a variety of samples in different price ranges and explained each product thoroughly. We ordered the Color Stable film since it lasts quite a bit longer than the dyed products. Damian more than saved us the difference in price by checking the old tinting on the rear seat windows with a light meter, and advising that it didn't need to be replaced since it hadn't received the same wear and tear and would match the new tinting perfectly. Finally, the rear window has a defroster built into the glass, and we were concerned that when existing film is removed it can sometimes result in disabling this type of defroster. However, Damian was able to complete this delicate installation without a problem. There was no charge for the lifetime warranty we received on completion. The actual work took a little over 3 hours, which matched the estimated time. If you want to wait while your car is being worked on, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and there's a good restaurant only a one-minute walk away. Precision really deserves our highest recommendation. They saved us some money, and did a flawless job on our Toyota Avalon. read more

Shortly after contacting Damian for a quote, I called him back and scheduled my appointment. Upon arriving for my appointment I found Damian waiting for me. We reviewed the various options of tint types and shades. After my selection, Damian pulled my vehicle into the service bay. Now speaking of his "shop", this one one cool place. Basically, you can either recline and relax in a living room setting, or as I did, watch as he does his magic. Honestly, I found the entire process extremely interesting. The last time I watched the process of applying tinting to windows was back in the 80's. And, I could tell Damian's level of concentration, due to the fact that he queued up some awesome tunes just before he got started. I regretfully forgot to ask for the playlist. During the entire process Damian was courteous, professional and ready to answer any question I had. He even has a slick setup which allows him to answer the phone without skipping a beat. In short, I plan on copying it. Well, 90+ minutes passed and Damian was completed with the installed, He reviewed the do & don't and how the care for the tint. I told him that I may be returning soon, as my other vehicle has failing tint, which was installed within the past year....obviously by someone else. To summarize, Precision Window Tinting is definitely to place to go and Damian is the man! read more

We had window tint put our car June of 2009. We had some bubbling in the rear window. We called Precision in Feb. of 2018 to ask how we could remove them. To our surprise we were told it was still under warranty and they would be happy to take care of it for us. We dropped the car off late Monday night and Damian called Tuesday and said you can pick up your car. We are very pleased with the work and customer service and will refer Precision Window Tinting to everyone we know and will use them for future cars also. Thank you for your service and standing behind your products and work. Tom R. read more

I absolutely love this place. This is the second time I've brought a car in for tint and I have not been disappointed. I've recommended to friends and family who have nothing but good things to say either. Not only is it very affordable, Damien is super quick. He said about 3 hours to remove my old tint and put on the new, but he was done in 2!! This is hands down the best place in orlando to bring you car for tint! I would recommend Precision to anyone who wants a good experience. read more

Excellent experience. Drove in for an estimate, made appointment for a few days later, came in early and they took my car right away. I brought a book expecting a long wait and I barely got through one chapter and he was done. Looked awesome, prices are reasonable, staff very friendly, and best of all, my car is so much cooler now....and in this Florida hotbox, that's saying a lot. Would highly recommend Precision to anyone and everyone. read more

Damian is very professional and courteous. The films available were explained clearly. The rear windows were tinted when I brought the car to him, He matched the tint shade. Professional/Customer originated and quality assured. They have various car tints to select. Experience is 2nd to none. Many other big tint dealers talk the talk and place themselves 1st ratings. However, I prefer down to earth honesty and integrity. I was directed to them by another satisfied customer. Word of mouth. My car windows never looked so good! read more

My boyfriend and I took our 2010 Chrysler 300S into precision about 6 months ago and the experience was great. Was ready for our appointment and was a chill relaxing atmosphere on the couch inside playing video games with my son. We thought it was amazing that your car is tinted indoors with AC! Thanks Precision! read more
