BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! We had Velocity Window Tinting tint 4 large windows in our home as well as tint our F-150 windows and add the UV protectant film product to the front windshield. Once the house windows were done, there were a ton of bubbles and the solution used ran down our walls causing severe staining. To add insult to injury, the F-150 windshield product/film was INCORRECTLY/POORLY installed. The tech allowed the windshield film to adhere to itself, then peeled it apart and installed the compromised product on the windshield. This caused several large marks on the windshield between the product and the glass. When we brought the house tinting problem to Velocity's attention, they offered to reimburse us for hiring a painter to repaint which we did. They reimbursed us but the sloppy film install still exists. The F-150 truck workmanship install issue remains. Velocity DID NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR workmanship or install and would not reimburse or reinstall the windshield UV protectant film product. Basically told us to go away. BEWARE, POOR customer service, POOR install and they do not stand behind their workmanship or warranty. read more

Was VERY specific in my email requesting a quote for a motorhome cab tinting to include windshield, driver, and passenger windows (complete with window sizes). When we arrived for our appointment, they said the price didn't include the full windshield, even though their own written quote sent to me via email included the sizes for the job I requested. Said they couldn't honor their quote, that they "made a mistake". Typical bait and switch tactics. Took my business elsewhere. DO NOT use this company. read more

I contacted Velocity on May 20 to solicit a proposal to apply tinting and window film on some windows in my residence. Heard from them right away, setting up an appointment for May 25. The tech did not show up, then I received a call 45 minutes late from a woman profusely apologizing and explaining the tech was overbooked, then she offered to reschedule: for 16 days later on June 9! I had made special arrangements to be home for the appointment, so to get a late call with a lame effort to reschedule was reason to move on to other options. read more

They barely put tint on my windshield, had to go somewhere else and get it to the shade I want. The other windows were fine but not my windshield. When I asked if I could get it replaced with my warranty they told me no and more expensive to remove/replace. read more

Highly recommend these guys! They came recommend from some co-workers. And they didn't let me down. Took my truck there and dropped it off. Told them no rush. They took there time and did a flawless job. Left my truck just as clean as I dropped it off. Couldn't even tell they were in it other than the dark windows! They have a nice shop/office.
