However, I had questions and tried to followup with the operations manager who was very unprofessional, lied to me multiple times, yelled at me, then tried to gaslight me into thinking he had addressed my concern. I followed up with Thurston County, who time stamps all electronic communication to verify and received proof that he lied. I called again and he yelled at me again so I hung up. I called back to speak to the owner of the business and he essentially said he didn't really care and he "trusts" him. So I paid over a grand to a company to be treated like shit and lied to. Literally one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would 100% look into ANYOTHER COMPANY OTHER THAN THIS ONE!

Tank pumping is/was two weeks out, but since the county gives you about 3 months noticed to get it done, that wasn't an issue. Pumper arrived on time and got to work. I like to "participate" and don't get offended about what is going on (i.e. Doesn't gross me out). I asked him all sorts of questions and learned something in the process.
