Looking for a reasonably priced oil change with the combination of friendly and competent service? You MUST bring your car here, really. Ever been to those places where you are just a number and also wonder if the personnel working are your vehicle are going to do anything misleading or try to upsell you something you don't need or want? You won't get that here. Out the almost 29 years of taking my vehicles to different places and offered a variety of extras that i do not want or know I do not need, this place will not do that to you but something unique that I will NOT forget. I got an oil change here, the technician that did my car actually took my dipstick in and showed me the oil level, told me where the level is supposed to be (I already knew, but that extra touch puts everything over the edge) and placed my car right by the bar door so I did not have to get wet (was raining) getting back into my car after paying. The shop is clean, the waiting room is clean and has a television to watch while you are here. Parking lot is small but you probably will not have any concerns since service is also fast and efficient. The owner/person at the front. This person will not try to upsell you something you don't need or rip you off. He has to be the owner, very caring in what your needs are for your car, up front about pricing, never rude or has a stale demeanor like many other places. I watched him communicate with 3 other customers while waiting so the average test pased flying colors, that's 4 people that walked away happy in the span of half an hour. The "check in" coupon is only good for the $25 and $30 oil change but there is no complain for me because even the $20 oil change cannot be beat. Another big plus, like some scam shops in Houston that change $3 for "oil disposal fee", he told me that it is illegal and will not charge that here, that there sets the tone of confidence about this business. This guy could sell me a used car and I would buy one from him eyes blind closed. Brutally honest. Because of my experience here this business will find me coming here to get my oil changed even before the 3k mile marker just because. I am glad I did not take my vehicle to the Shell facility a mile down the road in which I was so close to doing, stop here, do not collect $200. read more

Every time I go in for a simple oil change they try to find issues to over charge when you say no you better check your oil cause they will put 4 instead of 5 my grandpa was a mechanic they have ruined 3cars enough is enough read more

I scheduled appointment for Jan 1 the business was closed I emailed company no apology no response I made another appointment for today arrived and employee didn't see my appointment waited over 1 hour behind 2 people waiting and 3 people behind me. read more

I brought my truck in to have the transmission fluid and filter changed and told mechanic what it was doing. I called him the next day and he said it was the throttle and it would be about 3 days before the part came in. He called me the same day and said he had found one and I could pick up my truck. I didn't make it home before the truck started doing the same thing. This after paying $476 for whatever was done. After bringing it back a third time he said it was the molded lead frame and would cost a lot more money. And he was kind enough to say he was sorry he misdiagnosed the problem. read more

Called for quote on oil change for car that takes 7 Qts of conventional oil. Price quoted on phone was honored and it was reasonable. Kevin was very professional and answered all questions in a polite and patient manner. I requested conventional oil change and I was not pressured with an upsale for synthetic; I appreciate how well they treated me as a valued female customer. Car was serviced in less than an hour. If i could give no stars i would waited 2 hours for an oil change because the mechanic stop working on mine to work on a brake job that of course was more money and they didn't want want her to leave. The manager and his staff are very unprofessional with a lobby full of people they are standing around talking. Great way to lead by example. Terrible service. Given wait time of 1.5hrs for an oil change and 3hrs later they still hadn't gotten my car done. Excuse: we thought you left. No I didn't but catching the desk girl was impossible with her on her cell in the back flirting & gossiping. BEWARE! Precision Tune on College in Beaumont is a fraud. They took advantage of my high school aged son by frightening him and sold him an unnecessary $60 "engine flush". Then they had the nerve to tell me he should have contested when he paid them with my credit card. They are lying, cheating frauds! read more

Great service!!! Being a female sometimes dealing with mechanics can be intimidating because you don't know what really needs to be done or what extra charges they try to through on you. Not here though, they educate you about your cars needs,as well as, what they need to do. All for a reasonable price. read more
