Precision has been servicing my spa for a number years. Their service is outstanding. I live in the Hollywood Hills where the winds blow and leaves are a constant problem.. Precision keeps my spa sparkling clean. Outstanding service. read more

Be aware, even after Precision sent a tech to determine the scope of the tub work -- and they said they ordered parts -- two weeks later and they do not respond/no one answers their phone -- and we are left to start over and choose another vendor. The tech they sent was very respectful and knowledgeable, but maybe they went out of business? Very frustrating for us as the management company and for the tenant who has been waiting for the service repair. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I got ripped off . Nick installed an 800$ new motherboard for my spa. Was broken three months later and refused to come fix it or help me. If you want a Rude, flaky and one word text answer repair man use precision spas! Was promised a two year warranty on this obviously faulty part. Can't stress how much I want my money back. Just terrible. read more

Really just horrible. Talked to Mats, who then referred Nick. Started great, he went out did the service. Recommended a few things, that we approved. Said he'd be back to do them. Never came back. Gave me the run around but never showed. The original problem came back. I texted Mats and texted and called Nick. They dont care. Its all hot air. No follow through. Job not complete and empty promises or returning...wasted my time and money. read more

They went above and beyond to help me with my issue i was having and even offered to give me a cable I was missing. I ended up fixing the issue on my own but they were extremely nice and helpful for the sake of being helpful. 10/10 read more

Nick has fixed up my hot tub I think 4 times now. Always cleans it up, changes the water and balances the chemicals and offers me some helpful tips for maintenance along the way. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. My go to guy! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RIPOFFS!! Nick is a liar and thief. I paid him to change out a blower in my hot tub. He installed it incorrectly and the blower burnt out. He said he was going to replace it and he took it with him but then the pandemic hit full force. He lied to me for months saying that the part was not available which was a total lie. When I kept calling him back to find out when he was finally going to do the repair he ended up blocking my phone number and not taking my calls so it has not been fixed!! I really don't know what happened to them because I've used them in the past and everything was great. I gave them a glowing review but no more! Consider yourself warned if you use this company and be prepared to lose your money!! Sad!! read more

This is a ridiculous company that never shows up,never does any work and never leaves any indication of service. But they do manage to send a bill for the work that wasn't done. I would never recommend this company. Use another one!! read more

Nicholas is very very good guy! This is the second time I have used his services, he is easy to talk to and is super honest. He did not try and upsell me on anything and answered all my questions in great detail. I think my wife and I have found a spa repairman for life! read more

Nick fixed my almost 30-year old Jacuzzi hot tub really fast. He showed up on time, quickly found that the pump was rusty, leaking and stuck; he ordered and got a new one within 2 days and immediately installed it. He also replaced the water in the tub and made sure that everything worked. At one point I thought that the heater stopped working and Nick was ready to come over immediately. It turned out that it takes a long time to worm up the tub from 55 F to 104 F. Once it reaches 104 F the controller keeps the temperature. read more

Nick is great! He's been to my house 3x. He's reasonably priced, responsive and honest. I highly recommend him for your basic empty, clean and refill spa to a major repair. read more

Nick at Precision Spa is great!! Honest, knowledgeable and reasonable pricing. This is my new go-to spa repair company. Highly recommend!! read more

This place is a total rip off. They installed a panel for $1000. When it stopped working they sent the same guy who installed it who was 4 hours late. He then told us someone had been screwing around with our spa which is ridiculous. He said we needed a new panel which I told him we shouldn't have to pay for. He told us he'd call us the next day. Of course we never heard from him. I have since tried calling the company several times and they never answer the phone. I have left 3 messages. I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau as well. read more

I contacted Mats at Precision spa to replace a control panel and motherboard... a big expensive job. His guy put the control panel in upside down. Along with that, the panel, which had a one year warranty, didn't respond to touch controls. I tried repeatedly to contact Mats and have him stand by his work. He never responded to my calls. My spa still doesn't work. read more

I recently called Precision Spa to come and look at my hot tub because the jets just stopped working. Within an hour of me calling, Matt and Nick came out and assessed the problem. My hot tub is over 13 years old, so the main component was very old and had burnt out (literally)! Since I don't open any of the electrical boxes under the spa, I had not noticed that the entire part was charred! Matt ordered the part and within a week, my hot tub was up and running again. I am so thankful to both Nick and Matt for the immediate attention and customer care they provided! I now have them coming every week to service and keep my Hot tub sparkling clean!!! Love these guys!! read more

Nick and his nephew Paul were very helpful in putting sauna together for me. Nick is straightforward and honest. Paul was meticulous and a thinker to figure out the installation step by step using a very simple installation manual. There may not be a flashy company car/truck but these guys got the job done at a reasonable price. read more

I was hesitant due to a few bad reviews but put them aside; Mats was outstanding. He replied to my initial inquiry within a few hours, was out two days later to give me an estimate and withing a week he removed the 25 year old equipment and did a complete installation of spa equipment, all on budget. I am a very demanding customer but when I had a problem he came back, figured it out and put things right, all at no charge . He stood by his work and I have had nothing but enjoyment from our new spa. He did a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend him. read more

I would give this company zero stars if it was an option. Poor quality service, the company did not show up on there scheduled dates and times, and when they did show up they were here for five minutes and didn't do anything to clean our spa, but charged us, of course! We complained to the owner Matz numerous times and nothing was done. Don't make the mistake we did, don't hire them! read more

Great. They provide full service pool and spa service. Anything I have needed from an acid wash to a heater repair they have done on time and at a fair price. Very happy. read more

I am so happy with Precision Spa! Totally honest! First I have to tell you the horror stories about the other service companies that I called before Precision. One threw up his hands and said he couldn't fix it - Still sent a bill. The next one quoted $700 for parts plus a new heater, for a barely one year old spa, so I wanted another opinion and called Precision. They came immediately and found there was nothing wrong other than a dirty clogged filter. No heater needed, no "motherboard" replacement, no fortune to spend on unneeded parts. I so appreciate their integrity and good service. Precision has earned my loyalty and my future business. thanks! read more

In 2005, I bought two houses in Santa Monica, and have rented them out to a series of top-rent tenants, who demand and deserve the best from their rentals. One house has a spa, and Precision Spa has maintained it perfectly for the past eight years. I cannot recommend Precision Spa enough. I recommend them whenever I have a chance. read more

Called Nick for a last minute same day appointment. He was awesome. Super helpful, honest and even told me I didn't need the full service because my hot tub was in good shape and not that dirty. Going to use them for a monthly service just to help me maintain. It's always nice having friendly people come to your house- especially with a wife and child around. He seems like a good guy and I would trust him at the house without me around to service my tub. read more

Hiring Precision Spa to repair/replace my old hot tub equipment has been truly a spa-like experience. Reliable, professional, courteous, and friendly best describe working with Mats. He offered his services at the most reasonable pricing, but more importantly he delivered on his word at every instance. I look forward to having him service our hot tub for years to come. Thank you! read more

Nick was impressive, in this case, not for what he did to my spa, but what he didn't do. I had self-diagnosed a circulation pump problem because of a noise that sounded like it was going out and was prepared to pay for a new one that Precision brought to the job. But Nick took a look and said no, not the problem. He said an anchoring screw had come loose and it was just vibrating. Put in a simple wood screw and it stopped. It's like going to a car mechanic where you're at their mercy. Good spa guys who know what they're doing are hard to find. You need an honest one. That's Nick. read more

He took care of the spa that I was having major problems with and gave me a 1 year warrantee. I'll use him again for future problems for sure! read more

We've used precision spa for almost a year now. They came out to measure for a new custom spa cover, it arrived in a timely manner and looks great! They also service our spa 2 times a month and are very friendly and efficient. The owner Mats has always been very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them highly! read more

We had extremely high wind and because Mats didn't latch the cover, it blew off and broke. He made no acknowledgement of his mistake and no offer to help defray the expense. I don't recommend his service and I'm completely unhappy with Mats. read more

Called in the morning. They had a guy out by noon. Juan. He quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested a solution. Quoted me a fair price to replace my pump and motor. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, or try to BS me. Easy to deal with, and trust-worthy. So, gotta recommend. read more

This is probably my favorite pool company! I've had other people come and slacked work, but every time I have a problem I give Nick a call and immediately he works his way around to fix my situation and it's always a fantastic job! Amazing guy. read more

Company does a good job and pool is well maintained. Staff is easily reachable and pleasant to work with..

We recently got service and were very happy. We opted for more natural cleaning products but then felt we needed more and the owner came out himself to adjust it for us. We will be getting weekly service going forward. The owner has been in the business for over 20 years and is a very reliable, knowledgeable person. He educated us on the chemicals and other options for our hot tub. I would highly recommend this company. read more
