They have not finished a new overhead garage door trim and a panel on the front of the building to be hung . The quality of workmanship ... meh ..50/50 ie covering holes in the underlayment base with tyvek and tape in stead of cutting a patch/plug to fill the hole securely kinda slip shod ignore lots of small things no attention to detail..They charge TOP DOLLAR but really don't deliver they are actually a factory authorized dealer thats the main reason I choose them means nothing..Ive had smaller contractors do a much better job. Would I use them again or recommend . NOT !!!!!! They did call once last minute said they were on their way over to finish with no warning or heads up " we'll be there in 10 minutes" Problem was I was heading not of town and materials were locked up and I dont trust em to be alone had to cancel I had to cancel the appointment . Update So made it thru a winter unfinished and the some of the caulk is starting to separate going to have to be redone. The last contact I had from them was Feb. 4 2026 from the owner saying he was going to check it out to see what the situation was and get back to me. Never happened !!

We recently had almost all the windows in our house replaced by the team at Scientific Home…read moreServices, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Not only do the new windows look sleek and modern, but the entire process was top-notch from start to finish. What really stood out to us was their honesty. While other companies tried to sell us on full-frame replacements, SHS actually advised us to go with insert replacements. They pointed out that our house has high-density older wood framing that was worth preserving. Following their advice preserved the character and strength of our home while saving us a significant amount of money. Their communication was excellent throughout the project, and the installation crew was fantastic: punctual, respectful, and meticulous about keeping the worksite clean. On top of that, their guarantee is rock-solid. I feel completely confident that this was a lifelong investment and that they will stand by their work if anything ever comes up down the road. If you're looking for high-quality window replacement with an honest team you can trust, highly recommend Scientific Home Services.

Reliable Window Repair is basically two guys - Gene and his right-hand-man Nick - and they are…read moregreat vendors at what they do - window and door repairs.  They do quality work at reasonable prices and I'm happy to have used them and now also highly recommend them for any of your window or door repair needs.  I think Gene said they have been at it for 4 years now. I found them via word of mouth referral from my neighbor, and who in turn had done the same from another neighbor.  Our community's townhomes utilize casement windows (Pella brand but it doesn't matter on the brand). Casement windows after a couple of decades have a common issue and that is rotting wood on the bottom sash that ultimately will prevent crank operation of the window.  Even the non-movable center window experiences bottom sash rot and Gene and Nick also repaired two of these center windows for me.  They also repaired a side casement window and the repair cost was about $300 per window.  They use high quality cedar wood for their repairs.  In case you were wondering, a new small Pella casement window costed me $850 9 years ago because I replaced one, not knowing then that I could have had it repaired like new by these guys. Gene and Nick are honest, courteous, keep their word, work cleanly and neatly, and have a good work ethic.  They hail from Moldova, and that may not be here nor there, but some cultures just generally breed a good work ethic and I think that is the case here.  When done, they cleaned up, vacuumed, put moved furniture back in place, and left our neat place as it was when they started.  Big thumbs up and thanks again for the great work, Gene and Nick!

She said well he did run his magnet over your driveway, There's NO possible way he did with all the nails that were left and we also have 3 cameras that face our driveway 1 points straight down it one across it and the other the front and the only time it picked anyone up was when he was here picking up the big mess! She did tell me they would be here the next morning between 7-8 am I am still waiting for them but when I called her to ask if there was an eta she blew up on me, was Cussing me out and Hung up on me, Again this was all caught on camera, when I told her I am leaving a review. My experience working with All Star was great from start to finish and exactly what you would hope for in a contractor. Dave responded quickly to evaluate the project, he was attentive to my concerns and what I needed, and he presented me with a range of quality and price options. Based on my research and competing quotes, the cost for my chosen option was reasonable. I wanted better windows and I knew they would take a while longer to manufacture. Unfortunately, we were up against a deadline with winter coming and weren't able to sneak the job in before the weather turned consistently bad. It was definitely worth waiting for though. On the day of installation, the crew arrived on time, were very professional, and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely hire All Star again for another project based on price, quality, and service. (This next piece will not be of interest to everyone, but if you are a single female homeowner, I think you know what I'm talking about when I say that a genuinely respectful contractor who listens and doesn't just flex, lecture you, and then try to hard sell you something you don't want is a gem. Dave never asked where the man of the house was either, so thank you for that. Amazing that I have to be grateful for being respected but that's where we are. Thank you, Dave.)
