Part of the back door wasn't done right so I had to make the comment to the installers that I will have to wait to pay until it was fixed, it got fixed immediately after that. After that, gave them another try to remodel our master bathroom. Met over Zoom June of 2022, met in person later that month, we were ready to sign a contract that day if they had one, but we waited, and waited, and waited. Reached out in early July, then again in late July, told in early August that they'll have the bid for me shortly. Never heard from them again. Decided to try one more time this year for a siding project. Filled out their online form, was called by someone and reached back out mid-June and never heard back. I really don't mind if a company doesn't want to do business with a particular customer, just let me know so I don't spend time trying to reach out and spin my wheels. Since then, I've noticed water streaks on both sides of the new window after rain -- something that never happened with my old windows. This makes me question the quality of the installation. On top of that, after the windows were replaced, I found a lot of broken glass left all over my front yard. It was clear that no tarp was used to catch the debris, and I had to clean it up myself. For a professional installation, I expected much better care and attention to detail. Only one man handled the installed the window at the end, the others came and left which may have contributed to the sloppy work. Overall, I'm disappointed with the experience and the results.

We notified them on 6/12/24, on 6/24 George himself came out to look at the pan and measure the closet to see if a new appropriate drain pan would fit because not all comply with current codes. He ordered the new drain pan, scheduled to have it installed but also commented on the review I left, he asked if he could come by. We said he could come verify our statements when the pan was installed but his team Brian and David were well aware of a number of issues prior to our final payment. Today, August 2nd the new drain pan was installed as George did acknowledge that is the proper installation for the set-up we have. He also reviewed a number of items, offered to fix what he could. While it was a nice offer/gesture, our experience with the team (Brian & David and all the sub contractors) made it impossible for us to accept. George indicated he was not aware and that a number of these items could have easily been punch list items to be taken care, but that option was never given to us. George did in fact reimburse us for a different issue. I'm grateful George stepped in and that he was willing to at least look into it. I'm more grateful he acknowledged and did correct the drain pan and I appreciate his offer to correct what he could. The crew that was here did an excellent job (from what we can tell as of today). It's unfortunate it had to be escalated but I can confidently say, when it was, George did everything he could to get taken care of appropriately. He communicated frequently and everything went very smooth.

That level of customer service really stood out. They replaced three original basement windows, installed four custom polycarbonate window well covers, cleaned the wells, added fresh gravel, checked the drains, and resealed the existing galvanized wells. What I appreciated most was their honesty. Instead of trying to sell me new window wells, they recommended keeping my existing ones since they were still in good shape, especially with future basement renovation plans.
