In a throwaway world of electronics, this place is an oasis. I have a pair of 10 yr Sony wireless headphones that stopped being stereo. Left channel was gone. My 20-year old Chevy Metro has experienced two radio failures: first was an antenna and this one where something (radio or antenna) was rapidly failing. Mr. Henshaw examined the unit. The problem was the radio. He had a similar radio that would fit into the allotted space. He made sure the antenna was functional and spruced up the connectors. Then he installed the radio. WOW. Can't Say enough of how great of an experience I had here. Just had the entire radio/ CD/Sirius XM box for my F-150 replaced by the owner John. As a retired Marine Vietnam Vet, he's been working on Radios since the 60's and 70's. Knowledge of the components and how to diagnose it was super fast and right on point.
