After much research and speaking to a handful of reputable doctors for breast implants, I had narrowed it down to 2 and went to each doctor for a consultation. There were multiple reasons I decided to go with Dr. Ku after these consultations. 1) The team and Dr. Ku always gave as much time as needed to answer everyone of mine and my husband's questions without ever feeling rushed. From the 1st consultation, to the surgery and my follow up after visits they always made me and my husband feel more than comfortable, and never like I was just a number. 2) I exercise and lift weights on a consistent basis. Dr. Ku recommended sub-glandular (over the muscle) if I was going to continue to do upper body related weight lifting as with under the muscle as he explained animation deformity and also the risk of implant capsular contracture. He felt very comfortable going over the muscle and stated it wouldn't be a difference in how the implants looked by going over the muscle. After much research and with lifting weights being part of my lifestyle I came to the conclusion that I agreed and wanted to go over the muscle. This is very important to consider as from my experience in speaking with other doctors not many of them are as comfortable with going over the muscle because going under the muscle has been something most have done all their career and that is what they would recommend, not because it is best for you or your lifestyle but because they don't have the experience and aren't comfortable themselves with the procedure. Dr. Ku was more than comfortable and 4 months after my surgery I couldn't be happier with making this decision. 3) During my consultations we had decided the size was going to be anywhere between 350-400cc. We were so comfortable and had built so much trust with Dr. Ku and his team that I gave him the decision on the final size. He originally had started with a 400 but went to a 375 as it looked best for my shape and body. My husband and I are so happy with my breast augmentation results and highly recommend Dr. Ku and his team. I hope this review helps and for those that lift weights and are fairly athletic I highly recommend doing your research on what is going to be best for your body and lifestyle in regards to going over or under the muscle with your breast implants. When entering there is a nice waiting area. There's even a play area for kids as well. This came in handy as they require someone to accompany you for any outpatient service. When waiting at the admitting desk, there was no one available, the kind ladies retrieve someone from the back and I was helped within 10 minutes (felt the wait was kinda' long). I went here for Botox Injections and I am so happy with the results. The doctor was helpful and the wait time was great, I was in and out within an hour from start to finish! I was worried after day 4 because I didn't see any changes, but after day 7 the results were amazing.I still need a couple injections above my eyebrows and I will discuss that on my next visit. After much research, and after only one meeting with Dr. Ku, it was obvious that he was the first and only choice for me. I had knee surgery, performed by Doctor Yost (who is outstanding) and can only speak about the surgical center. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Rose, who wears many hats at the center. She was extremely friendly and very personable. Once Rose verified the paperwork I was taken to the back to change. Every step of the way Rose was there answering any questions I had. As most people I am no fan of IVs, but Rose did a great job starting mine, painlessly. Once the surgery was over Rose was there to ensure I was alright and to re-ensure me everything went well. We were extremely fortunate to find Dr. Ku. We have family members in the medical field, and it honestly felt like we were with family every moment we spent with him. He is a very caring, knowledgeable, and honest doctor. He knew my wife's goals, and though she was a challenging case (she had a tummy pooch from torn muscles, but not much stretchy skin to work with, which made a tummy tuck difficult), he was diligent in delivering a great result. We spent $1,000 extra to get the Inspira 3 gummies, which even with, made his prices still one of the most competitive we found. Coming from a size A cup, she wanted to increase size, but not look unnatural. He presented us with all of the possibilities, then recommended we go up to 545cc, stating he would go down slightly if he felt the size wasn't right. He decided to use a slightly smaller size, and it turned out to be perfect for her. Friends had warned her that it hurts to have the drains removed. When I asked him about it, he told us that it wouldn't be a factor because he uses more expensive, higher quality drains, and he was correct. After an issue at home in which our small dog pulled on one of the drains accidentally when its foot got caught, we texted pictures to Jaylene (who worked with us throughout), and had the situation addressed immediately. Dr. Ku said it was fine, but still made time the next morning, prior to a surgery, to see her as a walk-in and remove the last drain. We were truly blessed too to have Dr. Ku as our doctor. Love Dr Ku and staff. Had a removal of implants after 11 years and did breast lift. My results exceeded my expectations. Made an 8am botox appointment. New patient. Thought it was odd that their hours showed 8:30 am and on google it said 9. Never the less I got there right at 8 AM, by 8:30 the doctor still wasnt there. I understand that there can be traffic etc. But 30 mins late is just unacceptable. If I can somehow manage to factor in traffic, caring for my kids to make it there on time I'm not sure why the doctor cant extend the same courtesy to his patients? It's been some time before I was able to write this, but I had an appt with Dana a while back. I don't mean to be judgmental, but I've never met someone more fake and arrogant for some unknown reason. I had a consultation for Botox, and as I'm sure she makes more money if she sells me on other products, she "politely" tried to offer me fillers as well. She did this by handing me a mirror and asking me what I saw wrong with my face. I have never wanted to look, well, the way Dana does, so I politely declined the fillers. She left the room for a couple of moments, at which point I stepped out to use the restroom. On my way back, I overheard her (not terribly discreetly) telling one of the other women that she didn't understand why I would bother with Botox and not fix everything else wrong with my face. She further said that I would need several syringes to make a difference and probably couldn't afford it anyways. I'm sure if the doctor or office look at this they will ignore it and she will probably deny it, and that's fine. She knows the truth and I'm sure this isn't the only time she has thought or said something like this. I have known many nurses in my life and they have usually had a caring, nurturing way about them...nurses are healers who help you when you need lifting up at. Dana is not one of those nurses, she enjoys bringing people down; and if she happens to read this I hope she at least feels a bit of shame for her actions, if not apologetic. read more

I went to TrueCare MedSpa to get Botox done for the first time. I walked out paying $400+ for an amount that no one would ever need, especially for someone my age (mid 20s). I decided to go to Precision for the next round and it was the best decision. The surgeon told me I only needed a small amount and if I decided I wanted more I could always come back. I was never pressured to buy more and the surgeon explained the whole process to me and mixed the Botox in front of me and never asked to take pictures for their Instagram. I told him about my experience at the med spa and he told me that they completely ripped me off and over sold me and that it happens to a lot of people. I ended up paying $100 for my injections with BETTER results. I was referred to Dr. Ku by my gynecologist, for what would be a medically necessary breast reduction. While I was seeking relief of all associated symptoms of having neck, shoulder, and back pain, along with constant rashes and discomfort while performing daily activities such as exercising, I never even considered the esthetic reward of getting a breast reduction and lift. Dr. Ku went over and beyond my expectations, and has not only ridded me of all of my symptoms, has given me the bonus of looking amazing!!!
