They had availability the same day, and were great about giving a heads up that they were on their way within the appointment window. Justin was very polite and honest about the extent of the damage, what it would take to fix it, and scheduled the help he needed right then and there so we knew when to expect him back. He quoted us on the high end, which was helpful so we could be prepared. Justin and Stefan came right on time to repair the broken pipe, were in and out in less time than they allotted, and the job ended up being less expensive than we were quoted. Overall, quick service, good communication, prompt, and fair on pricing. Will use them again!

Super nice guy, easy to deal with, clear communicator, and seems (it's twice now) to get jobs done in less time than his own estimates. Edgewood has now been a life saver for us, not just once, but twice. First time we called Edgewood, was after getting a pretty high estimate from Earls... we didn't want to have to replace a whole toilet and the tech they sent didn't seem to want to work, rather he wanted to upsell. So, when Vince came out from Edgewood, he said he'd just cut the bolt and install a new one. That's all it took. Super easy, super quick and affordable. And, it was literally a 4th of what a whole new toilet would have cost us. This second time was just as easy and headache free to use Edgewood. Replace a water pressure regulator and boom, done. So easy. I'll be calling Edgewood for all our plumbing problems for both our houses from here on out and I suggest you do the same!
