On the other hand, I've had Justin and his helper at my home on several occasions, and they've always been professional, reliable, and friendly. They arrive on time, communicate clearly throughout the job, and take the time to review the plan before starting. For example, this morning they arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. We went over where the window covers should be installed, and Justin handled everything with great professionalism. We agreed on a price and he and his crew showed up about a week later and found the issue to be dirt buildup in the valley flashings. Jeff and his crew removed all the moss growth on the roof, cleaned the debris that was creating a dam in the valley flashing, inspected and repaired what needed repairing on the roof and even cleaned out the gutters. Jeff was very pleasant and professional to work with. No more wet stucco after the repairs. I highly recommend this roofing company based on my experience.

I'm guessing they got rid of our paperwork in case black mold or other issues arose due to the water getting in. Be very very careful when dealing with this company.
