I paid…read morethese guys $6,700 to install 240ft of 6ft tall chain link fence and they took every shortcut they could: 1. The fence is a crooked as a snake. You can clearly tell that they did not follow a string line when placing each post and they had it easy b/c the property corners were marked by a surveyor and they still couldn't get it somewhat straight. Some of the posts are 1ft away from the property line and some 2inches away and some actually over the property line. 2. As i fixed some of the posts, i found that the posts are much shallower than 2ft in the ground. Also, they used an obnoxiously excessive amount of concrete for each post. 3. I can't put chain link privacy slats up b/c they decided to use the cheapest line posts and place them 10ft from each other and some more than 10ft! I had 2 other fence contractors give me estimates for other things and they told me DO NOT put privacy slats in b/c of the poor installation by these guys (the line posts will fold over over time due to wind load). 4. They did not install tension wire at the bottom which is probably a reason why they decided to cut the tops off each post and jam the bottom of the fence fabric into the ground. 5. Fence fabric sags below top rail and some is way above the top rail and is overall inconsistent. 6. They used the least amount of hardware they could use. 7. They poured concrete over one of the property corners marked by the surveyor (AKA the monument) but i was able to uncover it before it dried. 8. On one terminal post, instead of stretching and fastening the fence fabric to the terminal post correctly using the tension bands, they over stretched it and attached it to the neighbors fence and stretched it by hanging it on nails. I knew i should not have trusted these hacks b/c prior to this, they fixed some dry rot and i told them to use primer before painting and they did not and decided to waste an excessive amount of coats of good quality paint that wont last as long as just using 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. I learned of these problems b/c i learned how to install chain link fence myself elsewhere on my property by watching youtube.

These folks did an extremely poor job of installing 2 windows and a sliding…read more glass door. The products were delivered damaged and they tried to install the damaged windows. We had to tell them that we wanted replacements. When the replacements came they started removing the wrong window. If I was not there they would have completed installation of the wrong window. They filled in cracks on the new window frames with bondo. 2 of 3 windows leaked after the first rain and now a window in the sliding glass door has shattered. We were there when it shattered and saw nothing hit the window. Now they are telling us that something did hit the window even though they were not there when it shattered. I would highly recommend finding someone else to install your windows. They were very argumentative when I requested that they come look for themselves at the shattered window - even laughed at me.

I chose this company based on good reviews, but wound up disappointed. I gave them a 2-star because…read morethey were responsive in doing the work and good correspondence, but their work quality was poor and cost me more money. They replaced a shattered sliding glass door pane, but the trim around the window was missing. When I got home from work, I went to inspect their installation. I noticed that they had not replaced the missing snap-in trim! I called them and spoke to the owner. His response was that he did not know the manufacturer or model of the window, so it would be hard to figure out the trim I needed. However, he had also replaced the stationary side of the sliding door as part of my job order that had the exact same trim but was still intact. His solution was to me was to just fill it in with silicone! I later had a home inspection prior to listing my home and the lack of trim got noted as a "Correction Recommended" repair! The whole reason I had called them out to replace the broken glass door only for them not to fix it correctly! Frustrated, I got online and found the trim I needed in my first Google search! I later called another local glass company for a different repair and mentioned it to them. He said the trim is a standard trim and that all their service trucks are stocked with it!!
