We had previously used another company but we were continuing to have the same issue. Since we started using Mr. Pest we have seen no bugs anywhere inside of our home. This includes our unfinished basement and our attic. Gilbert has taken the time to spray our inside and outside, go up in the attic, down the in the basement, and even throughout the entire crawl space to inspect and service. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and gets the job done. I would recommend Gilbert and Mr. Pest yo anyone that has pest control needs. They are the best in the area!

They have since done nothing but try to avoid any responsibility for their mistake. Today I spoke with Keith Nolan and his excuses morphed over the conversation but all were preposterous: "There was clutter in the garage so we couldn't see the damage" - untrue, the pictures I took that day show the damage was clearly visible when they inspected, they just missed it. "I have been doing this 32 years and can assure you that we bear no responsibility under North Carolina law for this" - surely they have a duty of care? "We saw the damage but we couldn't get close enough to determine the species causing it so we couldn't mention it in the report" - is there anyone that believes that can possibly be true? "We saw the damage but despite our many years of experience we couldn't be sure it was caused by insects - it might have been nail holes" - nails impersonating termites? Obviously up to you, but if they make a mistake, and everyone makes mistakes, this company will do everything to avoid taking any responsibility for its mistake. You can judge whether the excuses above are incompetent or dishonest. If you don't feel lucky, consider using another company.

I call...house not cooling First it was a bad belt motor ...replaced, 2 days after initial install and yet again, not working. After yet another lovely call ...the manager Jason got back to me informing me 'it takes time to start working' (there are 2 separate units for upstairs and down...upstairs unit fine but struggling with the rising heat from below) Still not working. Call Friday at 5:05pm...office closed with hours Monday through Friday 8-5 with no emergency options....unless you're looking to buy services (website stated it closes at 8) they answer....I pretended. Sent a tech out Saturday who found another major coil defect and had to shut the system down completely (90+ degree weather of course) I requested a new unit since there were two major mechanical issues. Despite about $14,000 manager Jason denies request (after not wanting to speak with me) saying they just replace parts .... IN A BRAND NEW UNIT They hope the part will be available Monday I regret not calling Morris Jenkins...open 7 days a week , and on call. My old unit from the 90s had the house brilliantly cool. So now my rescue dogs, my family and my menapausal hot flashes will be awaiting Monday in the heat.
