To say that we were satisfied by Derek Turner and his staff would be a complete understatement. We used Precision Parking for my sister's graduation party at our house. We mainly wanted valet parking services because of necessity unlike most people who use it as a luxury or to add a nice touch. It is impossible to park outside our house and we live at the top of a hill so we wanted to use valet parking to make it easier for our guests. First, let's start from the beginning, there is no automated voice answering machine when you call the office. Nothing is a bigger let down in customer service in this era of new technology than some computer voice saying, "Press 1 for da-da-da..." In addition, he also provides his cell phone number. It doesn't get ANY better than that. I can't tell you how frustrating it is when you need to reach the service owner immediately and it's night and the only number you have is their office phone. I haven't even met Derek in person; the entirity of the service was done via phone/email. However, make no mistake, he comes HIMSELF to visit your residence to survey the area. I didn't meet him during that visit because I was out-of-town, yet my mom talked with him and she was very pleased. Fast-forward to a week before the event, Derek gives me a quote for the services to be delivered. I found it a bit on the high side, but he had ABSOLUTELY no problem negotiating and I managed to pay a price I was VERY comfortable with. The day of the event, guest after guest commented on how EXTREMELY courteous the staff was. They greeted all of our guests with a "Welcome to the graduation party." and did a superb job with parking the cars. In the end, when there were only a few guests left, I told the valet drivers they could leave after the rest of the cars were brought back. They were one step ahead, all of the remaining cars were parked in front of the house and they had the keys ready to give to me. Whenever we plan to use valet services in the future, which will definitely be a must because again, it is more of a necessity with our residence, we will definitely look to Precision Parking again! read more

Working with Derek and his team of valets was a real joy and I can't say enough good things about them! I was organizing a new event at a site where nothing like it had ever been held so there were A LOT of unknowns going forward. I've had two experiences with Precision Parking. The first was 5 stars and the second 0 stars. Those aren't good odds for service. I live in an area in which it is difficult to park, the event was an expensive benefit, and they appeared more than an hour later than promised. By then it was total chaos and one of the guests required a tow truck. Furthermore, Derek's cellphone wasn't receiving text messages and when I called it went straight to a busy signal so he could not be reached in the mess. I engaged him for this event more than two weeks in advance. I have not heard from him since the disaster; no apology, nothing. read more

Precision Parking did a marvelous job at my last event. Derek quoted me the best price, and I was impressed with the quality of service he provided at such a great value. He was able to meet my budget but didn't sacrifice on staffing an adequate number of valets. His team was friendly and efficient, and it was clear that they had solid leadership and training. Booking with Precision was incredibly easy, and Derek went out of his way to work with me when I made some last minute changes to the scope of service. The Precision team showed up right on time and Derek came inside to introduce himself. His team asked me how I wanted them to greet my guests- a thoughtful touch! When one of my guests arrived with heavy boxes, Precision staff grabbed the stuff and whisked it inside, returning to their post so quick there was no delay in parking the next cars. Derek and his team jumped in literally on two day notice request to valet park our big Comedy Night fundraiser in the Bay Area. I felt like I could call and reach Derek at any time. It was a total personal touch. Our agency was nervous about parking availability and last minute decided to go with Precision Parking. We were SO glad we did. It couldn't have gone smoother-- was worth every penny. I never had to worry or check in about how they were setting up, organizing their end, ect. I wasn't sure I really needed valet service for my recent event. It turned out to make all the difference! Derek's crew showed up early on the cold and rainy evening; set up a huge umbrella and kiosk; and greeted each guest with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Derek Turner from Precision-Parking has been one of the most personable vendors I've dealt with. He really takes care of you and understands your budget. He calls back as soon as he can and is fairly easy to reach. I asked for valet service at my wedding venue and he was very thoughtful about all the details. He told me he would put up signs directing the guests to the venue and when I asked for balloons, he offered to throw it in for free. I had a party at my house last week with 80 people. We hired Precision Parking for valet service. Where we live, it was going to be a challenge for our guests to find parking. On the day of the party, it started to rain. I was about to run to the store to buy umbrellas for the guests but Derek (owner) arrived to drop off the valet sign/large umbrella for event plus 6 umbrellas for my guests. Precision Parking is -- hands down -- one of the best services I have dealt with. Ever. The attention to detail provided by Derek and his staff are second to none. I was able to setup the services for my mother's 90th birthday over email ( a real timesaver for me!); Derek knew exactly what questions to ask and zeroed in on just what we needed. Although we were in the East Bay, he checked out the location both using Google Maps and in person to make sure he had everything in order. We were visiting a family wedding in Bay area last month. We stayed until very late by which time, the valet crew had left leaving the keys with the host. We found some scratches on the bumper of our SUV, and contacted Derek Turner through our host. When we returned home, I got an estimate from a local body shop, and it was quite high because the bumpers these days are plastic even on high end SUVs, and have to be removed and refinished. I offered to get another estimate, but without hesitation, Derek reimbursed us for the amount of estimate. He even offered to rent a car during repairs, but we didn't need it.
