    Oh my goodness, where do I begin?! Choosing The Willow Ballroom as our wedding day venue was the best decision we could have made. Not only is it absolutely beautiful but Angelica and her team were so incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning and wedding day execution. The communication was clear and consistent allowing us to have any questions answered and avoid any confusion. The venue was always taken care of as far as cleanliness and presentation, truly a beauty that is captivating at any visit. On the wedding day, it couldn't have been more perfect with the beautiful drapery and furnishing that Angelica has cultivated- such a beautiful and romantic foundation that hardly needs any additional decor yet flexible enough to add some unique touches. Lastly, what stood out most was how supportive Angelica was for us in every moment, from providing us so much transparency and guidance to thinking of all of the small details to help make our day seamless and enjoyable (helping bring in decorations, making sure we enjoyed our cocktails after the ceremony, keeping the vendors in the loop). She is truly a blessing in this overwhelming wedding world and it made all the difference. She truly cares about every couples experience, ensuring all vendors are professional and skilled to carry out such a special day for us all. To say we were so happy to have worked with the Willow is an understatement

    After looking at a couple other venues when we got engaged, we saw the Willow Ballroom we knew it was the one. Angelica is amazing and is more than just a venue owner, she was so involved in our planning, made suggestions throughout that were perfect, and really made us feel at home on our special day. Our wedding day was truly everything we hoped for and more! Highly recommended if you are looking at getting married in the Sacramento area!

    As a little girl I dreamed of having a fairytale wedding- a wedding that was beautiful, magical, and the perfect backdrop to marrying my prince charming. The Willow Ballroom was it- I had my eyes on this place and crossed my fingers that one day I could get married here. Soon the time came and when my now husband and I toured the venue for the first time we were enchanted by the venue's beauty, detail, and amazing aesthetic. On our wedding day our family and friends were gushing over how incredible the Willow Ballroom was. Adjectives we have been hearing a lot are breathtaking, gorgeous, and Taylor Swift Love Story vibes. I completely agree. One reason it is breathtaking is the chandeliers and drapes. WOW, the first time I walked in they were setting up for an open house and even when everything wasn't fully set up it looked amazing! The height of the chandeliers and drapes are put at the perfect spot. The aisle I walked down on was lined with chandeliers, it made me feel like a Disney princess! All of the decor in the space is handpicked and well arranged. Every item of decor makes sense, nothing is too big or too small for the space. Also everything in the space is clean, classy, and elegant. During cocktail hour our family and friends loved the seating and table options and they said it added an extra special touch to our wedding. They also couldn't get over the beautiful giant mirrors that welcomed you into the venue. For the adjective gorgeous every step you take into the venue puts you in a state of awe. Even the bathrooms are decorated so nicely and cleanly! From the outside to inside space there are so many gems for spots to take pictures. They also have a private estate that has amazing greenery and is a pretty background for more wedding photos. Angelica and her family did a really great job giving space for couples to make their wedding picture dreams come to life. You might chuckle at the Taylor Swift Love Story adjective, but it is an absolute complement. Angelica provided a wonderful list of preferred vendors- we were able to get the vendor dream team. My family and friends couldn't stop talking about each of the vendors from signage to florist to the ice cream cart to photography etc. Usually there is just one vendor everyone loves but it seemed like nobody could pick their favorite because they were all SO good! Each of these vendors were familiar with the Willow Ballroom and all came together to emphasize the venue's magnificent features and celebrate our special day. They all took my wedding dreams and picked the best designs, colors, and food to match the venue perfectly where everyone was singing Love Story (Taylor's version) in their heads throughout the night. Angelica works well with all the vendors to inform them with accurate information and communicates in a detailed way and we are incredibly thankful for that! The Willow Ballroom is an absolute beautiful space and we highly recommend you getting married or hosting your event there!

    We absolutely loved getting married at The Willow Ballroom! It was the perfect spot for us, everyone loved the space & we loved working with Angelica. We had our wedding recently there with 150+ people, and it was incredible. The vendors, Angelica and her team, everyone made the day so seamless for us. The natural beauty of the venue allowed us to save on tons of decor because we wanted to showcase the natural brick, beautiful drapery & it was perfection. Location was great, we were easily able to pop to I-5 and get shuttles so that everyone could get around safely. We cannot recommend this space enough!!! Forever grateful.

    My husband and I just had our dream wedding at the Willow on 4/13/24, and it was truly amazing. We had the best vendors and that all started with Angelica and her references and guidance in who to hire to make our night the best it could be. She also responds in record time to any inquiries! Angelica is extremely versed in the industry and knows exactly how to run a venue the way it needs to be run, we had literally no issues on our day in regard to the venue, or any day before that. Two different stories of how Angelica handled issues without stress and really cares about the couples and making sure their day goes as planned. First story is from early on in our planning: my husband and I were deciding between two dates. Angelica sent us both contracts so that we could send in the one we wanted when we decided. We accidentally sent in the wrong one and didn't notice for two weeks, after we'd already booked vendors for the other day....We of course freaked out because we were out of town and couldn't immediately fix the problem other than sending a frantic email, and thank god Angelica was completely calm and told us it was no problem, we have the date we want and it'll all be fine. We took care of the issue when we were back in town without stress knowing she was in our corner and said it would be fine and she wouldn't give away our date. Next story was our actual wedding day: it poured rain all day. We'd booked an indoor wedding for this reason, as all Sacramento people know the spring is totally unpredictable! However, our picture plans at the gorgeous estate were ruined. Angelica let us and our bridal party and both our families come hours early to take all of our photos indoor in the venue while all the vendors were setting up, despite our contract saying we couldn't arrive until a certain time. She also offered to let us take photos at the estate in the coming weeks if we wanted to. I will be eternally grateful to her for her kindness on our wedding day when it came to these indoor pictures, as they turned out amazing (from the sneak peeks we have back so far!) and the weather was the one thing that could go wrong that I couldn't control and she made it as painless as possible. We loved her and Willow, my parents loved her and Willow, my husband's family loved her and Willow, we've been told one million times over how amazing our venue and wedding day were by guests. Complimentary valet and the ability to bring in your own alcohol (so huge!) are just a few perks at this venue. Angelica also has a ton of furniture pieces that you can use, as well as the gorgeous black and white dance floor that we rented. You can have exactly what you want at Willow, it is a true, giant, wonderful blank slate, and you won't regret booking here!

    Fate brought us to The Willow Ballroom and we sure are happy about that! After researching every single venue within a 40 mile radius, we were pretty set on one venue nearby that had a similar look we were going for. Then one day we received a marketing email for The Willow Ballroom - never heard of it and it never came up during any of my searches. It looked beautiful in photos so we decided to go check it out immediately after work. We were sold! If you book here you have to pick a DJ and caterer on their preferred list, but otherwise any other vendors are your choice! Don't worry about that slight limitation, if you even want to call it that, because they have some awesome choices to select from. We went with Jackson Catering and Function 45, both of which Angelica, the main venue coordinator and face of Willow Ballroom, is very familiar working with, so we weren't bothered by having to pick off of the preferred vendor list. The ballroom itself is huge and has so many possibilities. We were one of the first to get married outdoors and luckily The Willow added brand new turf just before our wedding date! The view from the outdoor space is beautiful with the greenery and the river in the background. There are two wooden pergolas already set along with planters, so you really don't need to do much to the space! Downside is if you're getting married in hot weather, it's pretty tough on the crowd. The bridal party is all in the shade up front but other than that it's just direct sunlight. We rented umbrellas and provided fans to help with some of that sunlight. If you wanted to avoid that, you could do your ceremony inside as well and do a room flip during cocktail hour. So many options! The indoor area is even more beautiful! Chandeliers and market lights are lit across the room, highlighting the high wooden ceilings and contrasting concrete columns. You can soften the look with drapery options but we opted to keep it without drapery to avoid breaking up the space. We barely even needed to bring any major decor. The Willow has a ton of inventory that you can use as a part of your event. We took full advantage of all of their pretty dressers and bars as table space. They even have a sweetheart table and comfy chairs already! Throughout the planning process, Angelica was highly responsive and easy to talk to. I appreciated her quick response time and level of patience with my numerous questions! She's super sweet, gives suggestions when you're unsure, and supports your decisions when you share your ideas with her. It felt like I was just talking to a friend, not a business owner. Upon booking, she will give you a checklist of important dates which makes it super easy to make sure everything is done timely. During our actual event, she was easy to reach if we were in different areas, and catered to not only the groom and me, but also our entire bridal party and family. She's extremely thoughtful and literally thinks of everything. Where else are you going to find the actual venue on-site coordinator pass out waters before the ceremony for all of the bridal party AND your dogs?! Our event moved so seamlessly. She probably came up to us once or twice during the whole thing and she didn't skip a beat. I didn't need to coordinate with anyone once different vendors arrived, she just knew where they needed to be and what they needed to do based off of my timeline and room layout, which are required by a certain due date before your event. She even had our car packed by the time the event ended, which allowed time for us to say goodbye to our guests and clean out the lounge space. I could probably keep going on and on about The Willow but I'll leave it at this. The Willow is amazing and more people need to know about it. Even if you're not booking an event anytime soon, share it with someone who is, so they can go check it out!

    Outdoor ceremony

    OH MY GOSH - where do we start! We are ONE HAPPY COUPLE!!! From the first moment of being hosted by Angelica to give us our initial tour of the ballroom, we could feel the magic. It was an easy decision for us to decide to get married here, especially with access to the outdoor ceremony site (weather permitting AND IT PERMITTED ALRIGHT ), but having a back up plan option, and the ease in which Angelica ensured us everything will work out just fine. I planned our wedding myself, and Angelica was very accessible and easy to communicate with as I had questions of permissions of the venue along the way. On the day of our wedding, I had absolutely NO concerns about our hired team of vendors AND the team at The Willow Ballroom to step in and help everyone experience the wedding of our dreams!!! It was a warm day, and Angelica continued to check in on everyone's comfort levels, AC accessibility, and had a space for all my new mom friends to have pumping privacy!!!! I can not rave enough about the care and support we received - no wonder they have been voted BEST VENUE IN SACRAMENTO! I'll definitely be throwing my vote in this year. It would be my honor.     This venue won best venue of Sacramento for a reason. It's seriously drop dead gorgeous. The ambience, the brick, the chandeliers, the drapery - everything is so romantic and beautiful. Our guests would not stop talking about how beautiful it was. If you are a bride going for a romantic and bougie feel ...this venue is for you! The venue alone is so gorgeous that the decor you provide can be minimal. Angelica is super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I probably emailed her 100 times but she was so kind! The day of they had golf carts to drive us and our party around to get to our photo spots. The bridal suite on site is so gorgeous. I cannot stop talking about the entire property being amazing. I could go on and on, this place is a 10/10 must book.

    Where do I even begin?! Our wedding at the Willow Ballroom was truly a dream come true. Angelica took all the ideas we had in our heads and went above and beyond to make sure EVERY detail was executed to absolute perfection. Our vision was "eclectic Italian" and we wanted our guests to feel like they'd been transported to an Italian family villa.  We picked our vendors from Angelica's list of preferred vendors, and every single person we worked with was exceptional in bringing that Italian vision to life - All Seasons All Reasons made the most incredible Italian meal, with the most delicious tenderloin our guests had ever eaten. Fig n Vine crafted beyond perfect orange and pink and red bouquets (including kumquats!) and jaw dropping centerpieces. Steve at Function 45 took all our crazy ideas and brought them to life in such a fun way - with guests saying he was the best DJ they'd ever seen at a wedding. Our day-of coordinator Melanie (Lekker Event Designs) was an absolute sweetheart, and was critical in bringing everything together and making sure our wedding day ran smoothly. Angelica hand picks the BEST of the best at the Willow and we were blown away by how easy and professional the entire process was.  But the best part was that we weren't just "using her venue" - we were working alongside her! She was there every day to answer our questions and offer advice, and she worked her butt off to make sure our wedding was everything we could ever dream of.  The Willow is hands down the most beautiful venue in the area, and easy to access from anywhere in Sacramento. The river provides the most exceptional breeze for a summer wedding, the vintage chandeliers and drapes add elegance, and the unique and gorgeous furniture gives the entire space the most dreamy and warm feeling. There is something truly magical about the space when you walk in. It takes your breath away. You even have access to their incredible vineyard estate for some portraits!! We definitely took advantage of the lush grape vines for the most romantic shoot as the sun set. Unbelievable!! You're not only getting a wedding at the most beautiful venue, you're getting a team of professional and loving people who want to make your wedding day the happiest day of your life. It was stress free from start to finish. We had nothing to worry about because we knew it was in Angelica and our vendors' incredibly capable and gifted hands. I used to think wedding planning would be a source of stress, because that's all I'd ever heard. But working with Angelica proved that there are truly good people in the world who want to make sure that you only feel the JOY of wedding planning. She goes above and beyond, and really does make dreams come true!! The day of our wedding, we truly were transported to Italy. Everything we'd envisioned, everything we'd hoped for. We feel so, SO lucky to have found the Willow Ballroom.

    My family and I attended a good friend's wedding on 1/25/20 at the Willow Ballroom. Our overall thoughts on the venue and customer service (from a guest/attendee perspective): Valet Parking Although some people enjoy valet parking, we did not and would have preferred to park our own vehicle, which was NOT an option (we asked) Attendants appeared to be really young, which was of a concern to us as we did not feel comfortable leaving our BMW with inexperienced drivers Ballroom The venue itself and the décor was absolutely stunning (even though the plain brick building seems to be in the middle of nowhere). Don't let the outside fool you, the inside was turned into an absolutely beautiful wedding venue - we loved the ambience (abundance of candles, chandeliers, and flowers everywhere). We were some of the few quests to arrive first, the temperature inside the ballroom was a bit cooler/chillier than we expected and would have liked (bring a cardigan or dress warm during winter months). Temperature did get better as more guests arrived. Food The food was catered and was decent (the chicken walnut salad was very good) but it took a while for the main entrees to arrive. First entrée (chicken) arrived cold, second entrée (lamb chops) luke-warm and bland, and third entrée (salmon) was on point (flavorful and warm). Customer Service/Staff For how much our friend spent on the venue, we were not particularly impressed with the staff friendliness (or lack of) and here's why: Waitress seemed annoyed when we politely asked for an additional entrée to be brought to the table On several occasions, we observed waiters stood huddled around the bar area and chit chatting instead of checking in on guests or clearing their plates (we quickly learned that you had to flag a waiter down or go get it yourself if you needed anything) We definitely expected the staff to do a better job on checking on the guests once in a while and being friendly (instead of appearing annoyed), which would have gone a long way) On a side note: the following morning my wife contacted the place to check if she accidentally left her make-up bag at the venue. Someone by the name of Angelica answered and seemed annoyed by the call/was borderline rude. She insisted that everything has been hauled by the groom's sister and sister-in-law the night before and to check in with them. Even though Angelica "offered" to go search the area and call back, she failed to take down my wife's name or the phone number. Again, not impressed with the customer service. Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful venue but wish the customer service was better.

    I do not know how to put into words the gratitude one feels when another puts so much love and energy into creating such an important memory for you, but here we go. Angelica and The Willow Ballroom are the complete package. The venue itself is stunning. Gorgeous for outdoor/ indoor ceremony with a space that effortlessly transitions into a cocktail hour, reception, and dance floor. We even had a churro truck for dessert, and it was so easy for guests to enjoy because one of the walls had a garage door that opened right up for to access- literally, it can transform into everything you could want/ need. I had obviously never planned a wedding before, and my mom and I were so stressed over all of the details. However, you DO NOT need to worry. Angelica is a true professional who has thought of it all. If you decide to go with the Willow Ballroom, you need not stress anymore. She has so many tricks and ideas up her sleeve that take your event from ordinary to extradorinaiy. She honors your vision while illuminating it with touches and additions that you yourself may never have thought of. One of the best features is all of the spaces available for pictures on your special day. The event space itself offers so many gorgeous avenues and backdrops for pictures, and if that isn't enough, you also have access to a beautiful vineyard. Backdrops that are green, rustic, industrial, intimate- The Willow Ballroom and event space has access to them all. Angelica also works with only the best. Her vendors are amazing- we literally rocked out to Backstreet Boys while takin the photos. She takes care of everything- you can even see her in one picture ensuring we had one of our signature cocktails while taking our sunset photos. I am not kidding- she is everything! What you remember most about your special day is how you felt, and Angelica and her staff will leave you feeling reassured, comfortable, and so ready to rock it out on your wedding day. Our special day was a dream come true, literally. And we have Angelica and her Willow Ballroom to thank for that!

    I wish I could give The Willow Ballroom 100 stars! Fun fact - I saved the name of this venue on my phone years before ever getting engaged because I saw it online and was in awe of its beauty!! When I saw that they added an outdoor ceremony space, it was a done deal. You're also given access to their private estate to take pictures at and we were blown away when we pulled up. It was the perfect spot for our first look and bridal party pictures before the ceremony. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the outdoor ceremony space was and how breathtaking the inside of the ballroom looked. Did I mention that the service, food, drinks, and entertainment were on point too?! Seriously, everything was perfect. From day 1, Angelica was a freaking rockstar to work with! She's extremely hard working and truly wants all of her couples to have the absolute best day of their lives. She helped me out with my millions of questions and was super supportive through the entire process. I honestly couldn't of asked for a better wedding venue and host. It was the most beautiful, perfect day and we will always be so grateful for Angelica + The Willow Ballroom for giving us the best memories that we will cherish forever.

    On November 1st 2019 my husband and I got married at the Willow Ballroom & it was a dream come true!! From the very first time we toured the venue, & met Angelica, the manager, to the day of we felt so taken care of, and welcomed! Angelica was always prompt with communication, & did what she could to make this whole process easy & seamless for us!! This venue is gorgeous and gives me all the fairytale feelings. The chandeliers inside with the brick give this place such an romantic vibe. The drapery ties it all together (this is extra but soooo worth it), and the little touches such as the small indoor fireplace, and the windows and other decor inside just add a little extra charm! All night our guests were loving the venue and kept complimenting us on how fairytale like everything felt. This space could easily hold up to 300 but even our though our guest list was 120, at no point did it feel too big. One of the best parts is that when you book you get access to a vineyard for photos, and the river behind the venue offers a great chance to snag some sunset photos!!! Looking back on everything our wedding couldn't have come out more perfect. Many thanks to Angelica & her team, and for providing the most beautiful space to say I Do!

She had a rolodex of amazing vendors who also made our day absolutely perfect. She is so professional, organized, responsive, as well as adaptable to last-minute changes. She thought of so many details that would have went right over my head. She also helped us plan our 50 guest rehearsal dinner. The coordinator of the venue I chose ended up not being too helpful and Angelica stepped in and so politely took control of the situation and made sure that we had everything we needed for the night to go smoothly. The venue is very spacious, well air conditioned, spotless, and full of natural light. There is plenty of space to park, which our guests definitely appreciated. The food was delicious and there were many, many options to choose from. My husband has a gluten allergy, and there was no issue at all finding appropriate dishes. Furthermore, the staff at Evergreen Springs is UNMATCHED. To go into more detail about our experience with the people at Evergreen Springs, every single person we worked with was exceptionally communicative, professional, available, transparent/upfront about costs, friendly, and upbeat. I loved how it felt like they were our own hype crew! Our "wedding experts" (the planners/coordinators) provided great suggestions when we had questions about planning, and they also came through for us on the "little touches" that made our day extra magical. The team was also very flexible on scheduling our meetings and accommodated me many times when I couldn't come in person, letting me tune-in virtually (this helped lower my stress levels so much!). Our day-of-coordinator Madelyn was so on top of things that even when one of our steps did not go as planned, she pivoted and everything went on without a hitch! My wedding was supposed to happen in October of 2020, but with the pandemic hit hard, we had to unfortunately push the wedding back. So many emotions and thoughts overcame me, it got to the point where we were thinking of just cancelling the wedding and eloping. NK was able to keep me on track and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. We were able to keep in touch via honeybook, facebook and phone and she was responsive to all of those. She assisted me so much, I had to make a very short notice change in venue because my previous venue wasn't going to be open on our wedding day, NK went above and beyond in finding venues that matched my budget and location. Her and her team designed our wedding beautifully and gave suggestions that would not make my wedding look so tacky. She was very personable, giving, professional, and organized, even my vendors were impressed by her! We, no doubt, definitely recommend her!

They do serve lunch to 2pm. We were here to have lunch and then take pictures at their lavender farm. Hopping to catch some blooming lavender. Sadly, it was mostly a green garden w not much blooming lavender. There were a few other flowers blooming tho. Upon arrival.... Pros 1) plenty of parking. 2) location was plain but pretty and clean. 3) they had like 4 to 8 tables on the front by the parking area where you walk in. I saw a few people eating there. 4) they had a beautiful wooden table in the back on the grassy area with 6 chairs around it. That's where we sat for lunch. Our reservation was at 12pm. We got seated right away. Today was perfect to eat outside. There is no indoor seating or a restaurant here. I didn't see any. 5) there is a gift shop. But we didn't make it to see the inside 6) they serve salads and sandwiches here for lunch. Very simple and short menu. Their soup of the day today was tomato bisque. 7) our sandwiches and salads tasted fine. But salads are large portions. I could have shared my chicken salad with another. Sandwiches are normal size. Enough for one person. 8) Drinks were ok. Water tasted good. No funky or metal taste to it. 9) two porter potty bathroom but clean. Not the typical blue porter potties at putdoor events. A little nicer and it flushes. 10) our server was very nice. Cons 1) it took a long time to get our meals once we ordered. We were seated at 12pm. But we didn't get our salads and sandwiches till like an hourish later. By the time our foods came out, we sat to catch up and eat, and celebrate a bday, it was like 1:45ish already. Gift shop closes at 2pm. 2) our young server seems like she's still in training. But she was good. Wish they check on their customers more often. But maybe she was the only one taking orders. I don't know. 3) Conclusion This location was nice. Clean. Pretty. There wasn't any lavender blooming when we were there. But I heard it's a hit and miss to catch it in bloom too get beautiful pictures. It's ok though. We found other areas to get nice photos in. Foods were ok. Meh. But salads looked pretty and in large portions. Chicken on the salads were perfectly made. It was juicy and not dry. Each of our plates were $18. There is a small drinks menu. With both their menus being short, it made it so much easier to order something. Love that no one rushed us out after 2pm. We were allow to take our time on the area to take photos. They were setting up for a 4pm wedding. Not to bad here.

Lina stepped up for us and helped put together a FANTASTIC party. She transformed a businesslike boardroom into a magical place for a ceremony. She provided the tables, chairs, curtains, most of the decorations, and did the floral pieces as well. She coordinated with our vendors and helped make the ceremony and luncheon one that my parents and their guests will remember forever. In addition to all the setup and coordination, she suggested a photo booth that would print out photos right there that all our guests enjoyed. We could not have done it without her and would gladly recommend her to anyone.

We were sold a dream and were left with unlit tacky candles, plastic walls, exposed sand bags and BARE minimum decor. Practically everything she did for us was CHEAP and TACKY. She lied to us about having "a team" when it was just her husband and son that evening. When we reached out for a refund she agreed (clearly she knew she didn't do a good job) but when it was time to pay us she ghosted us for a year despite multiple efforts. Stay far away!!!

The entrance is jaw dropping, the ceremony site is beautiful, and the reception area is the perfect party spot! The wraparound deck at the reception site is overlooking the vineyard and it gives great photo opportunities for your guests while they wait for you to take your own pictures. Between the sunset and the vineyard in the background, it's amazing! I can't tell you how many of my guests changed their profile picture on Facebook to a picture they took at David Girard with the vineyard in the background. The other reason I give this review 5 starts is because Keri, Diana, and Darci are AMAZING! They listened to every request of ours and they more than accommodated everything. From the first meeting, to the weekly phone calls I made with questions, to the day of the wedding they were beyond helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide us through the stressful process of planning a wedding. We knew we wanted a venue that included most things (ceremony and reception site, day of coordinating, catering, DJ, etc.). David Girard provided all of that! The food was such a hit! We chose the buffet and everyone loved it. The DJ (Steve) was awesome, the girls (Keri, Diana, and Darci) couldn't have been a better fit for us, and like I said before, the venue itself is just breathtaking. I wish I could relive my wedding day once a year; that's how perfect everything was! Note: We got married in October, 2016 and the weather was perfect.

We booked this venue about 1.5 years before our wedding date. They provided timelines and suggestions on what to do to prepare for your wedding. Then reminded you when you had appointments coming up and were flexible if you were running slightly late. They had tons of options to make the wedding personalized for you, from the food to the decorations and even the timeline. I told them that I did not want to be stressed out at my wedding, I had heard horror stories about brides not enjoying their wedding because of this or that. Liz did a fantastic job of wrangling all the wedding party together, organizing the first looks, putting someone in charge to make sure we got some of the food we purchased. I threw last minute add-ons like drone pictures and a remote control car with a 2 yr old in it at her and she handled as the pro she is. We used the recommended flower shop (Camino Flower shop) to provide the flowers. She is such a fun lady to work with. I'm not a person who usually can express exactly what I want, but she read between the lines and created a truely unique bouquet with the blue orchids (did you know there was such a thing?). We also used Cocomont (not included the wedgewood package) to help us with our decoration. This included a elegant rustic wooden panel and huge drapes to go high into the beams. It really added the personal touch we were looking for. Frank's Bakery from Cameron Park was the vendor for our desserts. He made the most delicious lemon bars and cupcakes. Then Grant DJ was our MC, who kept the party going till it was time to turn-off the lights. We were dancing all night long, with no lulls in the music. Overall this is a romantic, elegant, and beautiful venue run by a management who are truely the professionals at what they do. I was able to actually enjoy my wedding and not worry about whether we were on time. This is something you won't hear many brides say, just ask your friends. I loved every minute of my wedding and I will remember it for eternity. Thank you Wedgewood Weddings at David Girard Vineyards!
