The space itself is beautiful -- high ceilings with great skylights, beautiful brick wall on one side, and every media capability you can think of including customizable lighting, sound, and 2 projectors. But as much as the venue was amazing, what really made the day magical was Chris. From my very first conversation with him I could tell that he was going to do everything in his power to make the proposal as perfect as possible. He provided every option, made great suggestions, and went above and beyond for me. I can truly say that I would not be engaged if it wasn't for Chris. I cannot thank him enough.

I have nothing negative to say- the space was beautiful, displayed artwork was beautiful, the bartenders, day-of staff, security guard were all so helpful and friendly to not only me as the bride but to ALL of our guests. We got a ton of compliments all night about what a cool space it was and that it was a perfect choice for our party. We worked closest with Stacy and she was phenomenal! She helped us throughout the year of planning and went above and beyond on numerous occasions to make sure our needs were met. We are so happy we chose this venue for our special day!!!

They truly went out of their way to make us feel special. Tiana the event planner, was so great, flexible, very responsive and on top of everything. She truly tried to make our wedding process as seamless and easy as possible which we truly appreciated. The grounds and buildings at the Arts Guild alone are so beautiful, it made the ambiance even more special. The food overall was good and their lamb chop appetizer is outstanding. We got so many compliments on the signature drinks we picked - Paloma and Gin Hugo Spritz. Gustavo the bartender made them so good! I'd also highly recommend using their preferred DJ company called Big Fun DJ. Woody was our DJ, and he did a great job with the music and was very personable and easy to work with. This place is truly a hidden gem, and would highly recommend if you are considering this place for your wedding venue.

There is a restaurant but it's kinda pricey. I think this place is more for special events but they have a couple of artist stores there. I even saw a cat roaming around, maybe he lives there. The Willow Ballroom - Beautiful views of the delta to take our pre-ceremony pictures!

As a little girl I dreamed of having a fairytale wedding- a wedding that was beautiful, magical,…read moreand the perfect backdrop to marrying my prince charming. The Willow Ballroom was it- I had my eyes on this place and crossed my fingers that one day I could get married here. Soon the time came and when my now husband and I toured the venue for the first time we were enchanted by the venue's beauty, detail, and amazing aesthetic. On our wedding day our family and friends were gushing over how incredible the Willow Ballroom was. Adjectives we have been hearing a lot are breathtaking, gorgeous, and Taylor Swift Love Story vibes. I completely agree. One reason it is breathtaking is the chandeliers and drapes. WOW, the first time I walked in they were setting up for an open house and even when everything wasn't fully set up it looked amazing! The height of the chandeliers and drapes are put at the perfect spot. The aisle I walked down on was lined with chandeliers, it made me feel like a Disney princess! All of the decor in the space is handpicked and well arranged. Every item of decor makes sense, nothing is too big or too small for the space. Also everything in the space is clean, classy, and elegant. During cocktail hour our family and friends loved the seating and table options and they said it added an extra special touch to our wedding. They also couldn't get over the beautiful giant mirrors that welcomed you into the venue. For the adjective gorgeous every step you take into the venue puts you in a state of awe. Even the bathrooms are decorated so nicely and cleanly! From the outside to inside space there are so many gems for spots to take pictures. They also have a private estate that has amazing greenery and is a pretty background for more wedding photos. Angelica and her family did a really great job giving space for couples to make their wedding picture dreams come to life. You might chuckle at the Taylor Swift Love Story adjective, but it is an absolute complement. Angelica provided a wonderful list of preferred vendors- we were able to get the vendor dream team. My family and friends couldn't stop talking about each of the vendors from signage to florist to the ice cream cart to photography etc. Usually there is just one vendor everyone loves but it seemed like nobody could pick their favorite because they were all SO good! Each of these vendors were familiar with the Willow Ballroom and all came together to emphasize the venue's magnificent features and celebrate our special day. They all took my wedding dreams and picked the best designs, colors, and food to match the venue perfectly where everyone was singing Love Story (Taylor's version) in their heads throughout the night. Angelica works well with all the vendors to inform them with accurate information and communicates in a detailed way and we are incredibly thankful for that! The Willow Ballroom is an absolute beautiful space and we highly recommend you getting married or hosting your event there!

The venue is so beautiful by itself and comes to life even more on the wedding day. The drapes and lighting make the place feel very magical. Angelica, the venue coordinator, was a highlight throughout our wedding process. She is so responsive and kind. Our experience would not have been what it was without her. We can't thank her enough. We 100% would recommend this venue to other couples.

Exploratorium - After Dark Thursday Nights - dog friendly and full bar!

"You're selling me a fantasy that I want to explore It…read moresounds so good spoil me rotten to the core" (Rihanna) The Exploratorium lets curiosity run wild, mixing art, science, and hands on wonder into one big experiment. There are so many amazing exhibits here but let me tell you about my favorite one. It was an exhibit in a gallery dedicated to explaining and demonstrating how AI works and how it can be used. We were asked to make a drawing of anything, anything at all. I drew a house and a cat. Then we were asked to pick a musical style -rock, hip-hop, blues, kiddie songs, techno or whatever. That was all it took for the machine to take off into cyberspace. The AI gears whirred away and out came a song combining our drawings and chosen musical genre. Who knew a rocking rock song about houses and cats could be so great? They have six galleries with hands-on kid friendly exhibits covering math, illusions, technology, electricity, magnetism, biology, cell structure, light and color, sound, and social science. There are demonstrations scheduled throughout the day in these galleries, on topics including magic, lasers, biology, botany, and weather. So, if you've ever dreamed about seeing a cow's eyeball get dissected, well,,,, you're in luck because a cow's peeper gets dissected five times a day for your viewing pleasure. The Exploratorium was jam packed with kids having the time of their life exploring the wonders of our world. This big kid had a blast as well.
