I was organizing a new event at a site where nothing like it had ever been held so there were A LOT of unknowns going forward. Derek was extremely accommodating, coming out to view our event site and parking plans ahead of time and ensuring that we had just the right number of valets so that our guests were never waiting long and we weren't having to pay for more than we needed. He also had plenty of signage so that guests knew that the service was available. The attendants were professional and impressed our guests with a greeting that welcomed them to our event. Having them really set the tone for our guest's experience. Derek and his crew stayed late until the last partiers departed and then made sure the parking area was secure! We will definitely be using Precision Parking again next year. Thanks Derek!

To say that we were satisfied by Derek Turner and his staff would be a complete understatement. We…read moreused Precision Parking for my sister's graduation party at our house. We mainly wanted valet parking services because of necessity unlike most people who use it as a luxury or to add a nice touch. It is impossible to park outside our house and we live at the top of a hill so we wanted to use valet parking to make it easier for our guests. First, let's start from the beginning, there is no automated voice answering machine when you call the office. Nothing is a bigger let down in customer service in this era of new technology than some computer voice saying, "Press 1 for da-da-da..." In addition, he also provides his cell phone number. It doesn't get ANY better than that. I can't tell you how frustrating it is when you need to reach the service owner immediately and it's night and the only number you have is their office phone. I haven't even met Derek in person; the entirity of the service was done via phone/email. However, make no mistake, he comes HIMSELF to visit your residence to survey the area. I didn't meet him during that visit because I was out-of-town, yet my mom talked with him and she was very pleased. Fast-forward to a week before the event, Derek gives me a quote for the services to be delivered. I found it a bit on the high side, but he had ABSOLUTELY no problem negotiating and I managed to pay a price I was VERY comfortable with. The day of the event, guest after guest commented on how EXTREMELY courteous the staff was. They greeted all of our guests with a "Welcome to the graduation party." and did a superb job with parking the cars. In the end, when there were only a few guests left, I told the valet drivers they could leave after the rest of the cars were brought back. They were one step ahead, all of the remaining cars were parked in front of the house and they had the keys ready to give to me. Whenever we plan to use valet services in the future, which will definitely be a must because again, it is more of a necessity with our residence, we will definitely look to Precision Parking again!

He is not the reason for the review, if he still worked there it would be 5 starts easy. The problem is now there is some new woman working there and she is lazy! When you enter the parking lot you see a podium but with nobody there to valet park. We waited a few minutes thinking maybe anther car was being parked and the valet was busy. We parked ourselves and went inside. When we entered the lobby, sure enough there was the valet sitting in a chair talking on the phone. I asked if she was on break and she said "no" and then told her that we needed parking and she said it was full (it was not). I asked what company she worked for, her English was very bad, and she just said "Lucas." Confused, I asked he if Lucas was the manager and she said "no" I've been back every week for the past 2 months and a half and she is still sitting in the lobby. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. This is where my pregnant wife needs to see her doctor and the valet used to be very useful, not it virtually does not exist. Update 12/5/16: the valet is still sitting in the lobby not doing anything. I called the company and the gentleman said it was going to be taken care of. Nothing has been done, the valet still leaves the podium unattended and had headphones in her ears. Very unprofessional, still 1 star until something changes. Update 12/12/16: valet is still sitting in the lobby. Nobody is next to podium. Does this office building know they are paying for people to sit and not park cars? Still 1 star review for me, fix your shit Lucas parking

These guys run a sleazy operation. If your car is damaged under their care they simply will not…read moretake responsibility for their actions. All they have to do is deny that they did it and wait for you to give up on them repairing your car. To make matters worse the typical type of damage your car will get from a valet company will be less than your deductible so you will have to fix your car out of pocket. Unless you do a video "walk around" with the valet before and after you drop your car off to them, which is not likely, they will never own up to any damage done to your car. Peninsula Parking knows this and they bake this knowledge into their business model. Because my car was returned to me at night in the rain I did not notice the damage to my rear bumper until the next morning. To make matters worse they accused me of trying to scam them into fixing damage that I did to my car. When I first contacted this company to report the damage to my car they did not return my calls or emails. After several calls and emails, I finally got through to someone because I asked to speak to their sales team (they picked up the phone when they thought I was a prospective customer). They told me that they would "investigate the matter" and get back to me. A week later they got back to me and told me that after their "internal investigation" they have concluded that they are not responsible for the damage to my car. When I asked them for a copy of their investigation they refused to share it with me. In a nut shell, Peninsula Parking is selling a bad product do not give them your business. Your friends, family and guests will thank you.

Victor immediately met me with respect, compassion, and genuine kindness. Without hesitation, he went out of his way to help me navigate the situation and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and supported. It's rare to encounter someone who leads with such empathy, especially in a role where it's not necessarily expected. The staff are incredibly rude and have no understanding of basic hospitality. I attended an event at Iria and was forced to prepay in a very awkward way. Later, I went to Angelino's next door and was warned not to park here because of their reputation. I also heard from someone who experienced unauthorized credit card charges after using their services. Conversations with other attendees confirmed a pattern--many avoid events here due to the staff's rudeness and inflexible policies. Questions about arrival times or dinner plans are handled disrespectfully, leaving clients frustrated. Overall, this business is unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacks common courtesy. I would strongly recommend avoiding it.

Two weeks before our wedding, my wife and I were informed that the valet company we were in contact with had not finalized our booking and there was nothing they could do about it as they had already accepted another job. We were left wondering how in the world we would manage parking 40-50 cars in the mountains, on a road with no shoulder. When we reached out to Eric, 9 days before the event, he immediately began arranging to provide us valet parking service; even though he is based in Sacramento, and we are 3 hours away near Yosemite. Because most of his staff was already booked, he ended up doing the job HIMSELF with one other person; in the rain and wind for 8 hours. They were both professional, friendly, and very capable. In fact, the parking may have been one of the most flawless parts of the whole day! TL;DR - ENC is a wonderful company, and deserving of your business. This was the first time I've ever used long term parking at the airport…read more I had done some internet shopping with various parking companies. Anza was by far the most highly praised and had the most reasonable rates for a long park. Compared to Lyft/uber rides, for a two week stay, the cost was close to identical. Before arriving I made a reservation online via the website ( for some reason the app wasn't working on my phone). Use the coupon tab to get a promo code. Apparently all the codes offer the same discount. You can choose to prepay or pay at the lot. I choose to pay at the lot. Since the app wasn't working for me, I printed the reservation information. Arriving in the middle of the night at completely new long term parking seems like a daunting task. But I was completely wrong. There were no staff except for the shuttle driver. But Anza parking is meticulously organized. There were clear signs which guided you through the whole parking process step by step. The signs were perfectly positioned. In the wee hours there is no valet parking. You self park. But once you find your spot you wait for the shuttle. The shuttle driver followed me. This was a great relief. Being alone in an enormous deserted parking lot would have been unnerving. The driver assisted me with my luggage. He gave me a ticket with my parking spot recorded. Payment is expected after you return from your trip. It's a short drive from the parking to the airport about 5-8 minutes. The driver knew exactly the right terminal down to the best door to use for my airline. Once again he assisted me with my luggage. The driver was courteous throughout. Don't forget to tip the driver the way I did. A big bad on my part, which I regret deeply. On the return trip, you need to find the spot labeled "off airport parking" which is located on level two, on the central island(exit the terminal, take the crosswalk across the street) and look for the signs posted. The Anza shuttle will be clearly labeled in the front of the vehicle. The shuttle runs often. I waited for nine minutes. The shuttle runs 24 /7. The driver will collect your ticket and drive you to your parked car if you have self parked. This time I remember to tip the driver. Drive your car back to the entrance/exit. Then drive to the exit lane which is clearly marked. There will be a kiosk with a friendly staffer. You will need your quote and your ticket. I had already entered my credit card information via the website and payment was trivially easy. I recommend Anza Parking wholeheartedly.
