He quoted me and explained he was very busy for the month of May. This was fine. He told me that if he could not do the month of May 2023, he would do the first weekend of June. This was a standard conversation, knowing the demand in Spring. After that conversation in the beginning of May, I got *zero* communication from them. No updates if May would work or even confirming the first weekend as promised by Alex. It was complete radio silence. When I say radio silent, I mean completely ghosted by a contractor. I waited weeks holding out for this company when I could have found a painting company that could do the job in a timely manner. This has been a horrible experience with this company.
