We had a first rate experience with Precision Mold Testing. We had had some water leaks in our house over the years and were concerned they could have caused mold. In addition, there have been Internet and TV coverage on mold and corresponding health issues that heightened our concern. After looking at other websites and making calls, we chose Precision Mold Testing - and what a great choice!! First - we liked Precision Mold Testing's website - very straightforward and helpful without being overwhelming. When we spoke to Ken he was very helpful in educating us and answering all of our questions. And on top of that they are very competitively priced. When Ken came to our house, he didn't try to oversell what should be tested, but recommended what should be tested and why. He thoroughly looked throughout the inside and outside of our house and not only indicated potential problems, but precautionary suggestions as well. I should also mention the day he came out was one of the hottest days of our year - 90 degrees plus, and he had no complaints and didn't compromise our inspection to get out of the heat. The tests were done in a day or two and he walked us through the results so we understood exactly what they meant. We had a very short inspection timeframe for a home purchase and Rob Manbert from Precision Mold Testing came through for us big time. As at out-of-town buyer, Evan and Anna made the process of inspection, testing, and evaluation effortless, with almost immediate response times. I am a student at SDSU, and I live at 5025 Apartments which is an off-campus student housing. I had found a water leakage in the HVAC Closet coming from the light fixture, ceiling, and mid walls of the closet. I was very concerned about this situation. we used Precision Mold Testing when we had a leak in our bathroom. Ken the owner was very helpful and explain the process. The technician Leo was also helpful. He teased all the walls for moisture and helped to remove some of the drywall that was suspected being wet that my contractor didn't catch.
