I contacted Bobby to test my salon suite in Temecula (Sola Salons) after becoming Ill and dealing with the same leak for over a year that hasn't been properly fixed. From the first conversation he was incredibly helpful and very friendly. He was able to come out the next morning to test the affected areas. My room came back with Black mold and Stachybotrys. After obtaining my results he helped me navigate how to let the building owner know and answered any and all questions I had. Sadly I had a landlord who didn't take the black mold seriously. Bobby is still super available to any and all questions I have. I am so incredibly grateful to him for his help and will absolutely refer him to anyone dealing with similar issues! If I could give him 10* I would! I highly recommend!!!! read more

Rajiv, Is professional and cares about his clients. He took the time to explain everything to me. I would recommend him to anyone seeking his services. I call about 10 different companies in my area. They were either too expensive or gave me a bad feeling when I started asking them questions. I am glad I went with Black Mold Analysis!! Best decision hands down. He took my samples right to the lab and I had my results and report in a couple of days. (Same week) Very Fast!! Rajiv, kept checking in with me through out the process. He took the time to explain the report to me. I was grateful. I had a better understanding of my mold situation after I spoke with him. It made my conversation with my doctor a lot easier because I could understand my results. Rajiv, even informed me when my renter insurance rep tried to get him to discuss my mold report with her. She was trying to be slick!! Rajiv, calmly explained to her that he could not discuss my report with her unless he obtain my permission. I didn't even realize that clause was on my report. Boy! Did that help my claim request. They paid my claim!! They didn't want to! However, the Mold report was so thorough that they had to pay my claim!! I did have to speak with a supervisor to get it done. The claim reps are taught not to pay claims out right. FYI.... you got to be persistent! Document everything, pictures, reports from the city housing inspector. You are building a case against your landlord or homeowner. You need proof! Oh yeah dont forget to add your mold report from Black Mold Analysis to your case. It will help you when you have to go to court. You need your own Mold report...dont rely on your landlord's report. Get your own!! I hope this helps:-) read more

I really hate leaving megh reviews but I feel obligated to forward the info on to another tenant dealing with mold symptoms. Positive: He was able to come out almost right away and seems like a good person and tolerated a good amount of questions I had. Negative: Sorry :/ He was megh-- didn't seem to want to answer my plethora of questions. Also, didn't really give me any information before the inspection. Through the grapevine/mold community after this expensive mold inspection, I heard you are supposed to close all windows and doors at least 12 hours before and he never informed of this so I'm not sure the results are accurate.... Also when he took the outdoor air sample, he left the door open to take it which I think may render it inaccurate. I wish I could get a refund, do not recommend. Lastly, he said he would get back to me re the visible mold in the community laundry room since he had connections to the city and then never followed through. Lastly, a mold expert litigator who deals with 40-50 cases a month still said the spore count was high and the inspector said they were low....Did not help my case against my nasty slumlord, waste of hundreds of dollars :(. Overall, do not recommend. Definitely wish I hired another mold inspector. read more

Bobby was professional and thorough with his assessment. We had mold in both apartments of a duplex and not only did he do testing but included photos and recommendation plan. He explained his process to us and was highly knowledgeable. He was also to refer us to a great attorney as well that will be helping us moving forward. His prices were super reasonable for testing 2 rooms in each side of the duplex plus outdoor testing. We got our results within 2 days and he was able to come out next day when I called, so super fast turn around! I had called so many companies and he was the only one able to come out so fast and not charge so high for two separate units within the same building. read more

I highly recommend This great company! Bobby came to inspect the home for mold, he is very friendly, takes your time to answer your all questions, and super knowledgeable in his field. His services are worth every penny and I will give him 10 starts if I could. Thank you Bobby! read more

With all the insane rain we have been getting recently we suffered some water damage from the flooding, during the clean up we found some black mold. Our neighbors had flood damage last year from a broken pipe so we asked them for a referral to a good testing service: We were so happy to find these guys! Money well spent! Rajiv and the Black Mold Analysis team was professional, punctual and proactive. We couldn't believe all the things that we can do in our house that will help us have better quality of life. Rajiv came and not only educated us but showed us some simple things like venting our rooms. Especially since my Allergies flare up alot. Also they got us the lab results the following day and followed up to go through the report so we understood everything easily. 5 Stars Keep up the good work! read more

Long story short we were thinking about buying a house that we have lived in for a while and my son came home from college and has been feeling sick since he got here.   We had a home inspection done and then one of my friends referred this company to us for allergy tests.  Have to say I am so glad we called these guys! They saved us from buying into a nightmare. A leaking bathroom sink was soaking the wall behind my couch in the living room. The drywall was super wet and also my carpet was wet under the couch and there has been with black mold growing in (nasty) there. Rajiv thank you! read more

I want to add one more thing to my review If you are testing for mold and if there is any chance that you will be suing a landlord, homeowner, insurance company, etc.... it is imperative you get the HERMI Test. It will make or break your case as if identifies not only the fungus but the specific species that is in your air and a generic air test will make your case more difficult. I wish someone posted this prior to me testing. read more

Bobby was wonderful! He called to see if he could come to the house earlier than planned, which I appreciated since most services these days force you to wait a 4hr time block only for the person to show up after the timeframe. Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions. We recently bought a flipped house and had major issues right upon closing and he put me at ease letting me know my worries about mold did not seem near as bad as I thought! Whoever responds on yelp got back to me within an hour of messaging with a quote and followed up the next day when I didn't respond. Results were delivered within 24hrs, again under promised and over delivered! Great customer service! Would highly recommend and will use again if needed! read more

Bobby was absolutely wonderful! He was able to come out the same day and was very thorough. He was great with following up with our results and the amount of questions we had! Bobby was amazingly helpful in inspecting a house I'm in escrow to purchase. He provided a wealth of information regarding mold, moisture, and problem areas in the home. He also helped with suggestions to obtain remediation from sellers due to presence of some mold. In addition, they were able to accommodate my urgent scheduling demands despite the holiday weekend. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

Rajiv was very thorough! He came to assess a small restoration situation and he ended up walking my whole house to point out any areas that could be of concern, in regards to water damage and mold. Very knowledgeable! Answered my many questions with enthusiasm. Bobbie (Rajiv) was very professional in his handling of our mold testing. He got me on his schedule quickly, showed up on time. He was very thorough, asked lots of questions concerning current or past leaks in our condo. He did an initial test for us and we ended up having highest levels of Stachibotrous in our kitchen, lower levels in our guest bath. He told me what to look for in a remediation company and he also answered questions that arose in our choosing a company. He came back to do our clearance test as well. Thankfully we are now black mold free and ready to start again on our renovation. My husband is retired military and Bobby gave us a military discount as well! I would highly recommend Bobby and I would use his company again. Hopefully I won't have to! Thanks Bobby! You made a tough situation go smoothly for us! read more

Rajiv is a professional who provides additional advice relevant to the issue at hand. As a homeowner away on overseas duty, Rajiv ensured I got full awareness of what's going on and what should be expected of mold remediation companies. 1 point-promptness 1- communication 1- price 1- following up 1- professionalisms Bobbie (Rajiv) was very professional. I had a pest control guy come out to my rental unit to spray for spiders and in the process of spraying he scared my new tenant into believing there was mold in the unit. He told my tenant his senses were never wrong, he could detect mold anywhere by simply smelling it. As a result I found myself trying to find a reputable mold inspector, with affordable prices to prove the pest control guy wrong. Bobble came out the following day, ran some test, and explained to my tenant that some people confuse a stale odor for mold. He reassured my tenant through the process that everything seemed in order. He asked her if she, herself had seen mold anywhere to once again reassure her, since she insisted the pest control guy had said his senses never fail him. Needless to say this time he was WRONG! Like I said, Bobbie was very professional in explaining what he was doing, when we would get the results, as well as giving me solutions. He explained to me what I could do in the future when my unit is vacant to avoid such confusion. I totally recommend Bobbie, he is very professional, can't say the same for the other guy. I will be contacting him again, if I ever need his services. read more

Bobby is one of the best business owners I have ever met. He truly knows what he is doing, and he truly wishes to help others. What he is doing is beyond just a business. In my case, I had to change schedules multiple times with him to the point I was embarrassed to bring it up myself. Bobby was very understanding and tried to accommodate to our schedule as much as possible. At the day of mold inspection, he was professional, patient and super nice. After getting the report, he also spent time to explain the details to us. Bobby provided perfect customer service and professional suggestions. I would highly recommend him to anyone. read more

He is an expert that I would absolutely recommend without hesitation! We were concerned that we had black mold growing in our mobile home due to some symptoms and smells I was experiencing/witnessing. He responded quickly when I reached out to him. I asked him a lot of questions and he was transparent and knowledgeable. We got our results back and he gave us suggestions to help alleviate the symptoms I was experiencing. We moved forward with the recommendations and now I love our home! We removed the carpet and replaced it with vinyl planks, we purchased powerful air filters and we couldn't be happier with our decision! Thank you so much for your expertise and knowledge. He is truly a professional and expert in his field! I feel very fortunate to have had the privilege to work with him. Thank you! read more

I wish there were ten stars to give Black Mold Analysis because these guys are great. We were shocked to find black mold in the home where our college girls were renting rooms. We wanted to confirm our suspicions of black mold with a professional analysis ASAP. Bobby at Black Mold Analysis received our call at nine o'clock at night and would have come out immediately but we chose to have him come out the following morning. He texted us in the morning to let us know he was on his way and arrived on time ready to work. His calm demeanor and clear explanation of his work put us more at ease as he completed his job professionally and courteously. Within 24 hours we had a complete analysis of our samples emailed to us with clear and concise specifics stating which toxins were found and in what quantities. We love our veterans and love when their great businesses thrive! read more

We just rented this home and every time i am in the house. I just don't feel good. Rajiv from Black Mold Analysis came out and listened to everything i was saying. (btw the place is freshly painted and can't see any kind of mold) Then he walked around the house and even looked in the Crawl Space. He did not like how it smelled in there, and suggested taking a Air Sample there. They ended up finding large amount of Black Mold in the crawl space. Our Landlord is taking care of it as we speak. The thing is I would never have guessed the problem originating there. I really believe Rajiv helped me tremendously and want to recommend him to anyone that has concerns in their home. He is very experienced of homes and i for one appreciate that. 5 ***** stars all the way!!! read more

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had. I needed an urgent mold inspection for a home that I was buying. I smelled mold in the home the day before I was supposed to close escrow. I was looking for someone on YELP at almost midnight. I sent a message to Black Mold Analysis, because I read the amazing reviews and to my amazement they answered me that late and gave me the best price. I booked the inspection and Bobby was there on time the next day. He was beyond superb, took 3 samples of mold in each room where we could sense the mold around the house and gave me a full report by my deadline, same day of service, because I was supposed to close on the house that day. My real estate agent was advising me on getting extra samples, but Bobby was clear and honest and told me that he didn't believe to be necessary. His honesty was incredible. The report came and it confirmed that the house had the highest level of mold toxicity and because of it we didn't close on the property. Thanks to their professional, reliable and timely work, they saved us, from a terrible issue. Thank you Bobby. I hope you keep your business for years to come so people can rely on excellent professionalism and customer service.
