I really hate leaving megh reviews but I feel obligated to forward the info on to another tenant dealing with mold symptoms. Positive: He was able to come out almost right away and seems like a good person and tolerated a good amount of questions I had. Negative: Sorry :/ He was megh-- didn't seem to want to answer my plethora of questions. Also, didn't really give me any information before the inspection. Through the grapevine/mold community after this expensive mold inspection, I heard you are supposed to close all windows and doors at least 12 hours before and he never informed of this so I'm not sure the results are accurate.... Also when he took the outdoor air sample, he left the door open to take it which I think may render it inaccurate. I wish I could get a refund, do not recommend. Lastly, he said he would get back to me re the visible mold in the community laundry room since he had connections to the city and then never followed through. Lastly, a mold expert litigator who deals with 40-50 cases a month still said the spore count was high and the inspector said they were low....Did not help my case against my nasty slumlord, waste of hundreds of dollars :(. Overall, do not recommend. Definitely wish I hired another mold inspector. read more

I had a pest control guy come out to my rental unit to spray for spiders and in the process of spraying he scared my new tenant into believing there was mold in the unit. He told my tenant his senses were never wrong, he could detect mold anywhere by simply smelling it. As a result I found myself trying to find a reputable mold inspector, with affordable prices to prove the pest control guy wrong. Bobble came out the following day, ran some test, and explained to my tenant that some people confuse a stale odor for mold. He reassured my tenant through the process that everything seemed in order. This was the most amazing experience I have ever had. I needed an urgent mold inspection for a home that I was buying. I smelled mold in the home the day before I was supposed to close escrow. I was looking for someone on YELP at almost midnight.
