My husband and I had been shopping for homes for almost a year. It was not until Summer 2016 was when we really got serious into looking at properties. We had put in an offer for a house. I called Chris on a Thursday and requested the inspection for the upcoming Saturday afternoon. Chris accommodated my schedule without hassle. I received quotes from 3 separate companies. Chris' price quote was 41% lower than one and 19% lower than the other. Chris arrived prepared with all his equipment and a ladder (since he had to get on the roof).
