He came out and took a look at let me know that my particular situation didn't require his services, but he did let me know exactly what needed to be done to solve the problem. After the owner of the plumbing company came out and fixed what he needed to quickly and at a very reasonable price the worker from Arid came out to view the final phase of my problem. Patrick (the owner) gave me an appointment for his workers to install a sump pump. The first pictures are of the check valve portion of the project. The second picture is an extension installed by Mazzone to my check valve two feet below my basement floor. The third set of pictures are from the completed job by Arid. The workers from Arid were very polite and worked quickly and very effectively with a great deal of carefulness for my home and living spaces. I completely recommend both these companies for any waterproofing projects you may find that you need.

For the millwork I purchased interior doors, mouldings, wainscot, fiberglass columns, and exterior, Azek and fir for facia, soffit material etc.. Once the framing was complete, Mike came out to the house before the quote to measure everything and make sure the 2 dozen doors had the correct opening orientation and size. We went over many molding profiles and door styles. The price was very competitive and it was an easy decision. Once we got started, Mike was always quick to respond and when I needed a few add on pieces the truck was there for delivery to keep my schedule on track. I wish all of my suppliers were as good! Unprofessional. Never called back and never responded back to my texts. For what reason I have no…read moreidea. Called this company and spoke with Berti. I had water damage to one of my room upstairs due to a radiator leak. I wasn't sure if we needed to do just the 1 room or the whole upstairs since the wood is all connected. When I had spoken to him on the phone he said there may be a slightly different color if we do just the one room. So before he came out, I asked if he can get us both quotes. He came out when I wasn't home but my wife was. He didn't measure anything. Look at the room where the damage was and left. He didn't look at the rest of the upstairs. I didn't get a message for him so I texted him. He gave me a quote for the one room. I asked, do you have a quote for how much it would be for the whole upstairs. He said he didn't look at the other room upstairs. I described the size of the other room upstairs and he texted back with a quote. I asked if you can send me in writing the 2 quotes. He said he has to charge me $150 for the quotes. Then I said, "What? Why?" He never responded. Just in case he didn't see it, I text him again the next day. He didn't respond again. Extremely disappointed with him and his lack of response.
