He stated that it was the second busiest day of the year due to the opening of the farmers market and that he didn't know how much we could get done. I sent my wife over to begin talking about her vision. The whole time, she felt as though she was an inconvenience. His overall tone, with me and with my wife, was that he was annoyed that we were bothering him. We proceeded but we left feeling rushed and unappreciated as customers. We ended up canceling, went to Sam Dial for the same process, and had a great experience there. I do not recommend this place. They may be for you, but they were not, and are not, for us.

The staff is friendly and the head jeweler has gone above an beyond for me with several projects (ring, bracelet) -- his craftsmanship is superb. He's funny and bright, too, but often has a lot to get done because people know his work is great so sometimes you have to be patient, especially when it's a big downtown event day and the store is packed.

I went to Harry Ritchie Jewelers in Moscow about three weeks ago to have a watch battery changed…read moreout. The person who helped me was Tony Murillo. He was incredibly helpful and very customer service oriented ( a rarity nowadays). Unfortunately they did not have a battery for my watch but he directed to another place in the mall and they indeed did have a battery ($3). I took my new battery back to Tony and he installed it within a minute. Success! My watch was back to working order. We talked for awhile about the holidays and family. I then asked him about the cost and he said that due to the fact they didn't have my battery in stock and that I had to go to another store to get the battery....no cost. I was flabbergasted but I will tell you this. I will, without hesitancy recommend your store and you now have a customer for life. Thank you.

He said sure and grabbed the sizing ring. My fiancé and me were young and the whole time we were there he made us feel like he didn't want us there. Were we going to buy today? No. But we are getting married pretty soon and would have probably came back if it wasn't for him. We got his finger sized and asked about available rings and he said maybe 20 words to us and most of those words were "yeah". The other salesman there looked to be very nice but he was with another customer. Also it was only us and another guy so the place was mostly empty so it was like he was trying to multitask. It was the worst customer service I've had in awhile.

Palouse Prairie School Expeditionary Learning - five stars…read more This school is amazing. I went here for two years during intermediate school. My teacher was Mr. Ellsworth - he was the best teacher I have ever had. This school believes in a different way of teaching and learning than everyone else. The way they teach is truly remarkable because when I eat went here I had a whole history of hating School, however when I ended my two years here I did not hate school. The school operates in such a way where every student is not just another number, but a valued member of the family. This school really does feel like a large family because they care about the kids as though a parent would. When I went to here Mr. Pierce was the athletics teacher - he would motivate each and every kid with his energetic personality. Mr. Ellsworth was more than a regular teacher. He would of course teach you about math, english, and all the usual - but he would also teach you about life skills, communication skills, and much more. Because of Mr. ellsworth's teachings I have became passionate about learning - a skill that followed me all the way through high school and into my career. The kids I met at this school are my friends to this day. Mr. Ellsworth because of his extraordinary personality became a good friend for many years to come. After I left this school I heard Mr. Ellsworth became principal. He ran the school with a passion, however as life progressed he had to move. Mr. ellsworth and the school's teachings will always be remembered by me. The bottom line is that if you read this review I want you to know that this is the best possible place in the area that your kids could go to school. Thank you to all of the teachers, parents, staff, and of course Mr. Ellsworth for making this school possible in the city of Moscow.
