    THE BEST IN THE AREA! AMAZING WORK! Look no further these guys are the best in the business with great quality work. They truly care about their customers and that's key to a great business, I must say they went above and beyond in meeting my standard, the paint on my car looks and feels like GLASS ! NO orange peel texture. They have truly earned my business. The shop owner Pablo was very kind and caring he explain and walked me through to the process and every time I had a question he would always answer it. Pablo and his team Rob worked hard fighting back and forth with horrible insurance appraiser company in attemp to get the proper repair done to my Lexus, And they came out on TOP.     This place is amazing! As my luck would have it, 2 weeks after someone hit my bumper, I then messed up my fender and my front bumper! I didn't want to go through insurance so I called precision collision and they were able to immediately give me a quote, help me get a rental and start working on my car! Pablo's team does such a phenomenal job on cars and Rob does a great job keeping you in the loop on the process. They are not only fast but efficient. Pablo even touched up the paint and made my car look brand new! They are definitely worth the price. Look no further.

    So after painfully damaging (denting/scratching) the rear driver side panel of my car a 2016 Dodge Challenger Sxt while parking one day, I knew that I had to find a shop that could fix all the necessary damages that needed to be fixed. The scratches and dent left on my car looked very bad and I knew that I could not continue to drive around I needed to get this fixed and soon. Like everybody else who has damage done to there car there is skepticism after reading so many different reviews being able to find or the trust the right auto body shop that will leave you with no worries that your car will be fixed and taken care of. After reading many reviews of different body shops, I decided to take my car to precision collision to get the damages repaired where I met Rob. I got estimates done through my insurance, took that to precision collision, they then did there own inspection submitted a supplement and got things approved from there adjuster while communicating with my insurer to make sure everything was good to begin work. They ended up finding a bracket in the bumper that ne to be broke into and replaced. After about two weeks I was able to get my car back and the body work that was done looked amazing. I was impressed. My car looked almost brand new, you couldn't really tell there was any damage done. The paint job looked great. (There was a minor scratch left on my tint/side panel mirror that as explained had to be removed and reinstalled in order to re paint the damaged area). But overall the job that was done to remove the dent was great work. I would definitely recommend precision collision to anybody that needs work done. Ps I waited about a month after I got my car back to write this review to make sure there were no flaws with the paint job.

    I hit a pole in a parking garage and when I took my car to a couple shops for an estimate, Precision Collision Center stood out to me. They offered me a very fair estimate and Axel actually sat down with me and showed me a 3D model on the computer of exactly what they would need to replace and repair. They had my car in and out in less time than they told me it would take and it looks better than new. I'm very picky and I was sure I would be able to notice a difference, but it looks flawless.You can't even tell where they had to repaint the new door. Because they had to replace the door, there was a problem with my keyless entry, which they quickly fixed by reprogramming my remote. That's the customer service that stands out to me, because they worked with me even after I left the shop and fit me right in when I only had an hour window to bring the car in. Pablo and Axel are honest, outstanding, and extremely talented.

    Make no mistake, these guys are the real deal. Pablo, Axel, and crew took on the monumental task of restoring my AP1 S2000's rusted out quarter panels and rockers to OEM spec. This was a Vermont car, daily driven in the salty, snowy hellscape that is winter in Burlington. As you can imagine, there was rust, and A LOT of it. The prognosis was bad, but I am very much attached to this car and these guys were confident that they could save her. Here's the amazing part: there were no rust-free donor cars, so they fabricated the panels in-house! The finished product is indistinguishable from a stock S2000, replicating everything down to the subtle textured coating under the rockers and the pinch welds. When all was said and done, Pablo gave me a tour of the work his team had done, pointing out the details of the process and how they went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly. I could tell he was enthusiastic about the final product, and rightfully so--it's as impressive as it gets. Now, obviously this work was done out of pocket and not through insurance, but if you're looking to restore your car or have any aftermarket bodywork done, these guys will do it properly and for less than you will be quoted anywhere else. Again, they're the real deal.

    Rear Bumper and Spoiler Damage

    2002 BMW (E46) 325i Had damage to my left rear bumper and spoiler. Called around for a couple quotes and Precision Collision Center was the most reasonable estimate to get the job done. Pablo and his awesome crew kept the car for about a week. They removed the entire bumper and repaired/repainted it. They also removed the entire trunk lid, repainted it and replaced the damaged spoiler with a new, painted (color-matched) one I provided. If you need top notch, professional body work or maintenance done on your car with outstanding customer service, I would definitely recommend taking it to Precision Collision Center.

    Let me just start off by saying, I had lots of options to take my vehicle upon my accident. Many options much closer, but I figured if I was going to get this done..it wasn't just going to be any random spot that claim they do do the best work. I did my own research and knew off the back that I was going to take it here upon reading reviews and looking at the types of vehicles brought in this place. Rob, the service manager there was punctual on giving me updates weekly, working with my insurance and fighting to get me the best quality parts possible. Don't even think twice to choose them.

    As someone who parks in remote corners of parking lots 90% of the time, I was devastated when I found a sizable black scratch and slight dent on my white car on the rare occasion that I parked next to someone. The other driver was nice enough to leave a note before leaving the parking lot, and I came to Precision as soon as I could to get a quote. Pablo, the owner, is a sincerely nice guy who is very much interested in giving you the best price for the best results. During my previous visit, he took us around the shop for a tour after explaining, with a model car in hand, what repairs will be needed. He was transparent in letting us know that the quote may not be the final price without assessing further damages before the bumper is removed. This was a drastically stark difference after having been to three other shops in the area that same morning. That being said, I came back a month later when my baby needed some healing. She was back on my driveway earlier than Pablo had promised, and she looked brand spanking new as she did when I brought her home from the dealership less than a year ago (see before and after photo). I wish I could give Pablo and his team more stars, but I can't. So instead, I hope they keep doing good business to keep happy customers coming back. Give this place a try if you haven't already even if you don't need to have any body work done, Precision does maintenance as well! You won't regret it (:

    Repairs - top notch. Communication - perfect. Staff - knowledgeable, skilled, caring. The location is also authorized by many insurance companies so you don't have to waist time by waiting the insurance adjuster. Can't give Rob, Pablo and everybody else here the high enough praise.     A girl had swiped my car when it was parked in a parking lot. She left me with two long scratches/ dents dragged across my left rear car door and a small diagonal dent to the left of it. The girl left me a note and was willing to fix my car so I went on yelp and found precision, got an estimate, and dropped off my car the following week and the girl paid for the estimate! I just picked up my car today and the work was phenomenal. They replaced my door and cleaned up my whole car! Axel did a wonderful job keeping me in the loop and calling me often to update me on how things were going. It let me feel at ease because my car was only 6 months old so I was extremely protective over it! I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you axel! I will definitely be doing business with you again! Also, on a side note, axel was extremely thorough and explained the breakdown of the pricing. The girl who hit me paid for the estimate but after picking up my car, we found that the price of the door replacement was actually about 30 bucks more than the estimate but axel said to not worry about it! It's good to know you're doing business who have your best interest in mind instead of trying to take all of your money. Thanks again! Very happy with the results.

    A deer left a nasty damage to the car, but after taking my car to Precision, it looked better than new. I knew it was in good hands by the nice and friendly staff there. They are called Precision because of their great work that is precise to original manufacturer, or even better.

Bought replacement parts, tire racks, etc., but I wasn't feeling it. Scheduled a morning drop-off at Roda and they were cool about it. Professional with everything including a credit for a ride home. Once they went through their diagnosis, they sent a link with all the recommendations. I deferred on a few but went with what would resolve the main problem. A few days later I got my car back and the leak (so far) is gone. When it comes to auto repair, I'd say not to skimp but also to know what you truly need.

Pick up pursue Brad in late but she arrived at 10:30. Just a young lady. No uniform. No ID Card. Calling me to tell him if she's here to pick up my car. As far as RODA that's very unprofessional. How am I supposed to trust a $40,000 Car to person to shows up? It says give me your car. I took a picture of a drivers license and add her my Car Keys I received a text about 1115 in the morning to take my car had arrived at the Shop 1230. No update 130. No update, so I called the Shop and they said it was in the key to be worked on. 230. No update. No response from the road to Shop. I caught an Uber to the Shop which had my expenses. $14.75. When I arrived at the Shop, there was five guys in the lobby. Just seen around. I think they were employees. And when I asked her about my car they gave me this. Oh shit look and he said oh, they're about to pull it in. The time was now three that day and they asked me if I wanted the Service after all. And I said hell. No it took you four hours not to do an oil change. That's upsurd . Give me my Keys. I fed a complaint on the road to app. I received your text and someone was gonna reach out to me. Today is Wednesday, February 11 and no one has ever reached out to me. I will never use a Service again. Worse Customer Service experience I've experienced ever, and I will badmouth this Company on social media to all my coworkers to all my acquaintance to everybody. Very very unprofessional for a business that trying to start up. By the way, you're $60 oil change out to have it done at Mr. Tire the next day for $49.95 Go figure!!!

I've had my oil change done here in under an hour and now I'm currently having a few filters replaced. I did a walk in around 9:36 AM today (essentially my only free day) which was nice since they really just accommodated based on my scheduling needs. I would recommend paying cash or debit card to prevent Any additionally charges using a credit card. Otherwise, I'm very happy with their customer service, affordability and honesty. The last time it was in, just a month or so ago, I asked if all is well, it's good to go, etc. BUT this weekend we found one of the brake pads completely gone - having it towed to a different shop now. Per my ask, WFA should have seen the pad was low and let me know. That's what I asked for and, Juan, would ALWAYS tell me; "This needs to be done now or you've still got some time." The new owners just say you can't predict what's going to happen. Sure, but break pads?!?? That should be obvious. Will no longer be bringing any of our cars to WFA. A dynasty has been lost.

The shop will also have a conversation with you about what they've found when doing maintenance, what needs to be addressed today, and what can wait. You can schedule appointments online for oil changes and maintenance. Don't come here if you are looking for a fancy waiting room and shuttle service. Do come here if you want honest service, straight talk, and mechanics who actually care and will fix your issues. I suggest bringing a ride if you can - easiest place to park is to turn to the right immediately after entering the lot and parking on the side, and then walking to the garage. We've had great experience with Hondas and Toyotas.

Also, it's nice to be known by one's name and greeted as a friend. Since the maintenance was routine, there isn't much to say about it, but the price is right. I drive away every time with full confidence that the job has been done right. You can pay a ton of extra money to a Dealership and hope the work is being performed correctly, or you can go here and know you paid a fair price for excellent work.

I came to the shop to diagnose an issue with my brakes (1) which was never resolved. Then (2) they left the car with a new issue, and refused to reimburse the cost of repairs. The folks are super nice over the phone. I was excited to finally try to locate a reliable shop that I could trust and consistently work with. Thursday 4/23 I dropped off my car with the request to try to diagnose a loud screeching and feeling of grittiness I felt when braking. These brakes and rotors were recently replaced, so I was concerned. I asked for the car back Tuesday or Wednesday the next week. Monday 4/27 Due to an unexpected work commitment, I had to pick up the car early. Jeff still took time to warm up the brakes and identified there was as issue, which we agreed would be identified by an hour of labor the next time, in which the shop would take apart the brakes to investigate. I greatly appreciated this. Thursday 5/7 Dropped off the car at night. No issues. The shop confirmed over the phone they could get this done by Friday evening. Friday 5/8 I get a call from a staff member saying that their tech had driven the car for 10 to 20 minutes, and heard and saw nothing. After calling back, I requested another individual drive the car longer to warm up the brakes. He confirmed he had done so, and saw no issue. That evening when I picked it up, I saw the shop had driven the car for a total of 1.4 miles - clearly someone here was dishonest. I also noticed the 'check tire pressure' light was on when I picked up the car, but thought nothing of it as when the tires are removed, this alarm has to be reset. Sunday 5/10 I check the tires early morning, and see one of my tires is flat. Not only had the shop lied about driving the car, they had clearly punctured a tire and left the mess for me to clean up. I was forced to cancel prior commitments on my end and pay out of pocket for this issue. Monday 5/11 I contact the shop expressing frustration about the issue, and ask them to reimburse the cost of the tire, a bare minimum courtesy, as this also had serious financial work implications outside of this issue. They tell me that "we never even took the tires off the vehicle to inspect the brakes". I'll allow you to make your own judgements. Have a good day.
