I had 3 cars repaired by them, but the 3rd time, they forgot to reconnect the Remote Key Fob automatic sensor. This is one that will pass the electrical testing because the Key Fob open settings still worked. However the remote setting that detects you and opens without hitting the button was not. Make sure this works otherwise it will cost you $100 at the dealership to reconnect. Btw, Pablo and Kyle argued with me. Will not be going back here. Shame as I brought them 3 cars. I had a really awful experience with Precision Collision. I brought my '99 Silverado there based on the suggestion from a nearby shop that said they weren't able to mount and balance new tires for me, but Precision Collision would be able to do it for me. I waited 2.5 hours for them to do this work, they gave me back the truck as they were locking up. They charged me $150 to mount and balance 5 tires. They said all my wheels were defective and couldn't be balanced! Really? All of them? Seemed unlikely, but what can I do? The next morning I tried to take a look at what they had done. First it seemed that the lug nuts had been over tightened - I used my torque wrench and had to increase it past 240 ft-lbs to remove the lug nuts that are supposed to be tightened to 140 ft-lbs. The air pressure in the tires was set to 38 psi all around (spec is 50 psi front and 70 psi rear). And of course, there was that problem with the balancing. I was left feeling very uncomfortable with the work they had done. I just got back from another shop where they dismounted the tires for me to try the balancing again and they called me into the garage to show me the problem - my brand new tires were full of water!!! Please look at the attached photo - there should not be water inside my tires!! P.S. I attached a screen shot of my credit card receipt since the shop responded that they don't have a record of me. So after painfully damaging (denting/scratching) the rear driver side panel of my car a 2016 Dodge Challenger Sxt while parking one day, I knew that I had to find a shop that could fix all the necessary damages that needed to be fixed. The scratches and dent left on my car looked very bad and I knew that I could not continue to drive around I needed to get this fixed and soon. Like everybody else who has damage done to there car there is skepticism after reading so many different reviews being able to find or the trust the right auto body shop that will leave you with no worries that your car will be fixed and taken care of. After reading many reviews of different body shops, I decided to take my car to precision collision to get the damages repaired where I met Rob. I got estimates done through my insurance, took that to precision collision, they then did there own inspection submitted a supplement and got things approved from there adjuster while communicating with my insurer to make sure everything was good to begin work. They ended up finding a bracket in the bumper that ne to be broke into and replaced. After about two weeks I was able to get my car back and the body work that was done looked amazing. I was impressed. My car looked almost brand new, you couldn't really tell there was any damage done. The paint job looked great. (There was a minor scratch left on my tint/side panel mirror that as explained had to be removed and reinstalled in order to re paint the damaged area). But overall the job that was done to remove the dent was great work. I would definitely recommend precision collision to anybody that needs work done. I hit a pole in a parking garage and when I took my car to a couple shops for an estimate, Precision Collision Center stood out to me. They offered me a very fair estimate and Axel actually sat down with me and showed me a 3D model on the computer of exactly what they would need to replace and repair. They had my car in and out in less time than they told me it would take and it looks better than new. I'm very picky and I was sure I would be able to notice a difference, but it looks flawless.You can't even tell where they had to repaint the new door. Make no mistake, these guys are the real deal. Pablo, Axel, and crew took on the monumental task of restoring my AP1 S2000's rusted out quarter panels and rockers to OEM spec. This was a Vermont car, daily driven in the salty, snowy hellscape that is winter in Burlington. As you can imagine, there was rust, and A LOT of it. The prognosis was bad, but I am very much attached to this car and these guys were confident that they could save her. Here's the amazing part: there were no rust-free donor cars, so they fabricated the panels in-house! The finished product is indistinguishable from a stock S2000, replicating everything down to the subtle textured coating under the rockers and the pinch welds. When all was said and done, Pablo gave me a tour of the work his team had done, pointing out the details of the process and how they went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly. 2002 BMW (E46) 325i Had damage to my left rear bumper and spoiler. Called around for a couple quotes and Precision Collision Center was the most reasonable estimate to get the job done. As someone who parks in remote corners of parking lots 90% of the time, I was devastated when I found a sizable black scratch and slight dent on my white car on the rare occasion that I parked next to someone. The other driver was nice enough to leave a note before leaving the parking lot, and I came to Precision as soon as I could to get a quote. Pablo, the owner, is a sincerely nice guy who is very much interested in giving you the best price for the best results. During my previous visit, he took us around the shop for a tour after explaining, with a model car in hand, what repairs will be needed. He was transparent in letting us know that the quote may not be the final price without assessing further damages before the bumper is removed. This was a drastically stark difference after having been to three other shops in the area that same morning. That being said, I came back a month later when my baby needed some healing. She was back on my driveway earlier than Pablo had promised, and she looked brand spanking new as she did when I brought her home from the dealership less than a year ago (see before and after photo). I had a car that had not been driven for 3 years, had a leaky sunroof, mold a range of other issues including a dead console screen. These guys took over a month to provide me an estimate that didn't even cover the primary issue (sunroof leak). But they did include every conceivable service that they offered, totaling over $8,000 including things that clearly weren't needed. And their prices were over the top. More than $80 to replace a pair of windshield wipers? Over $3,000 to remediate the mold when I found someone else who did it at half the cost? And after claiming that they offered free quotes they charged me over $400 to for their diagnostics and prescan (a basic OBD diagnostic report) that the other repair shop ran for free. Respond to Precision: First part of the respond, Pablo mentioned I brought the car in with the damages. This is a lie! As I said in the first review my car has not been in any accidents or at any shops before. Although this is an RX 2015 , I bought it as used with the brand new look in Feb 2016 at a Lexus dealer. Lexus will not sell damages cars to their clients. No scratches were found from inside to out. The wood trim panel got damaged only after Precision worked on it. Car-fax report can proof. The second part of the email I'm glad he brought it up. For clarifications, Precision, specifically Pablo was the one who told the insurance company about all of these NON RELATED ISSUES regarding the accident, trying to make profit from the insurance company. I did not mentioned any damages that were not accident related and did not request Precision to do this! To further explain, one morning the adjuster called me and said he's been working with Pablo and that he had mentioned about a crack on my windshield that HE SAID it's accident related and wanted to get clarifications from me. I was surprised to receive the call and I will admit I answered yes it was related. The thing here is, PABLO WAS THE ONE WHO INITIATED THE INSURANCE TO COVER THE WINDSHIELD when he knew from the beginning it was not accident related. If he would not have mentioned it, the adjuster would not have known about the windshield crack and would not have given me a call. It clears here Precision is trying take as much out of the insurance company as possible! When I came back to pick up my car, this is what he said. "We're still waiting for approval to fix a few things on your car but I'm 99% sure they will fix the windshield!" My husband and I just paused and looked at each other. Hey, if they're willing to fix it, that's even better. The third part of the email, as I was on the phone with Pablo, I got upset when he said "you're trying to get us to cover the panel wood trim just like how you wanted the insurance to cover your other non-related damages." I responded, excuse me! You were the one who brought up all of these issues to begin with and now turn back blaming me? Plus you worked with the adjuster. How would I know which parts that need to be replaced since I'm not a technician." At the time I was a client, Pablo made it seems like he's doing a favor to his clients. What justifications do you have when you say I try to get you to cover my old damages when you haven't replaced anything for free? And yes by flip flopping the story I will write bad reviews because you deserve it. The last part where he said Pablo was trying to work with me, that's another lie. They did not offer any alternative solution other than saying no we're not going to fix the wood trim panel. Based on what he said he was trying to work with me, I would expect something like this. Okay since both sides have disagreement about the damages and there's no proof whose right and wrong, how about each side pay half of the cost. Wouldn't that sound more reasonable? Off course I would not have agreed to that term. Pablo, you may have the best technicians, however they do have bad days and mistakes do occur! We're human!! Overall this shop may have done a wonderful job, but by making false claims and statements and flipped flopping the story around wiped out everything you did for us. read more

A girl had swiped my car when it was parked in a parking lot. She left me with two long scratches/ dents dragged across my left rear car door and a small diagonal dent to the left of it. The girl left me a note and was willing to fix my car so I went on yelp and found precision, got an estimate, and dropped off my car the following week and the girl paid for the estimate! I had an alignment done on my car from them first. But my car still pulled to one side. After ~2 months, I contacted Pablo and he got back to me ASAP telling me to bring my car in. I bring the car back in and he checks the alignment and finds there is no issue. Then he shows me around his shop and explains he has no intention of wasting my time. Since my car is still under warranty, he tells me his honest opinion and just rechecks the wheel balances (I got new tires and balanced them around 2 months ago NOT FROM PCC). Guess what? I brought my car here after seeing the great reviews. Throughout the entire process of dealing with insurance, and assessing my car's damage they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I can confidently say this is the best shop in the entire area. Unfortunately, my '03 BMW M3 was ultimately deemed a total loss by the insurance company. When I came to the shop to clean out my car the owner, Pablo, was genuinely interested in my case and gave me great advice on how to proceed with my vehicle. I was struck by how much time he took to make sure I felt confident and secure in the process. As if that wasn't enough, part of the process for getting my personal items out of my car was switching the tires back to the original tires the car came with. This was on a Saturday, and I had brought my own tools, and jack to get the work done as I didn't want to impose extra work on the shop. After all, I thought, at this point in the process they are done with my case. I couldn't have been more wrong! As I was kneeling by my car setting the jack up to begin switching the tires I saw one of the mechanics walk over to me and ask if I needed help. The lug bolts on the wheel were torqued on tighter than they were supposed to be and I was having a hard time getting them loose. The mechanic came back with his own drill and helped me remove the tires, and replace them with the original tires. He even went back into the shop and got me a pad for my knees while I was kneeling on the asphalt! At one point I was having difficulty removing a lock log bolt and one of the other mechanics came out. He fixed the issue I was having with my specialty socket wrench attachment for the lock lug bolts, and just did the tire for me! I honestly could not believe how kind and helpful everyone at this shop was! I cannot recommend them enough! Like I said at the beginning of this review, this is easily the best shop in the area, and I would say the best shop I have ever gone to. Brought my car in just for an assessment because I knew it was leaking power steering fluid. Unfortunately with everything that is going on I was unable to afford the quote of what all needed to be done, so I said I would just take the car back and try to save the money to have it worked on later. They did it again!!! I went to Precision Collision today to get my rotors painted as there was a ring of rust around the inner section of the rotors due to the brakes pads not clearing and sweeping that area when braking the car. The rust made the rotors very unsightly, especially when wet, and severely impacted the look of the car. I thought there was nothing I could do as the damage was done, but when reaching out to Axel, he assured me that everything would be fine and that they would be able to handle the issue. They were not only able to finish job before the time promised, they also made the rotors and brakes look brand new again [see before and after pic]. With all the available body shops in the area, I'm extremely pleased with taking my 2017 Mazda CX-3 there to be repaired. After being rear-ended, and after going through the whole insurance song-and-dance, Rob at Precision Collision Center happily greeted me when I contacted the shop and told me to bring the car in at my earliest convenience. (By the way, having an extremely friendly person greet you when needing to get your car fixed goes a really long way! -KD) Mind you, I was rear-ended on Friday, Feb 9th, and I was able to drop it off Monday afternoon, Feb 12th. The fact that they were able to take my car in with such short notice was awesome. I'm a car geek (See my other reviews and how often I visit some sort of reputable automotive-related shop. -KD), so I already knew the whole process of what it takes whenever you're involved in an accident, but Rob was very patient in explaining me the process, and very accommodating when it came to a few particular requests; not anything too extraneous, but I'm also in the market to getting my car fixed the first time around. While the car was being repaired, Rob made sure to keep my apprised of any additional damage not initially noted by my insurance adjuster, and coordinated with them to make sure that any and all damage was addressed. One thing that Rob and the PCC team did to make sure that everything was done correctly, which I'm sure can be a miss with some impatient customers is that they wanted to keep a car an extra day so that the car can be reassembled correctly. My car sustained significant damage when another driver ran a stop sign and t-boned me (luckily no one was hurt). I took it to Precision Collision based on the yelp reviews and was very impressed. They walked me through the insurance process and when the other driver's insurance wanted to replace my quarter panel with a used one, Pablo showed me the statement from Toyota recommending against used quarter panels and explained why he didn't think it was safe. I took my 2016 Mazda 3 in for damage to the side of the vehicle that included paint and body damage. There was a substantial dent and deep scratches that covered over a foot of the side of the vehicle. Pablo, the manager was awesome! He gave me a very generous quote (more competitive than other shops that gave me quotes) and was able to fix all damages within just 3 days of working on it. It looks like new! A piece of sheet rock flew off a truck bed and struck my car, causing $2700 in damages. I came here after the first shop ( won't shade them here because it's all about Precision anyways.) Pablo greeted me warmly and delivered the bacon! We need more genuine, kind and integrity driven professionals like him! Shop was a little hard to find because it's tucked in the back of a slew of other shops. These are good guys not looking to scam or mislead you in any way. Axel and his team did a great job on my 2012 Fiat 500. They worked on replacing the trunk's latch and the armrest. Turnaround time was pretty great... from the time I first stopped by to ask for a quote to me driving off with my car fixed it was about 24h (including getting some parts too). Another 5 stars for PCC. Someone vandalized my 235i in Brooklyn, with the entire trunk and rear bumper areas full of scratches through the clearcoat, paint chipped, and dents throughout. Pablo and Axel came to the rescue, helped me work with my insurance, and did a full repaint + PDC, restoring the rear of the car back good as new. The paint is high quality with a great finish that matches pretty close to the OEM paint condition, with a slight variance in orange peel texture and color tone, but you'd have be experienced to tell the difference. PDC job was incredible--like it never happened. They are my trusted source for body work and paint needs. read more
