He then cleaned and sealed the tile and grout in kitchen, entryway, hall and bathroom. It looks wonderful. So happy with their services. Definitely will use again. read more

Precision Chem-Dry - Tile and carpet - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Nuevo, California

Johnny was great! Knowledgeable and helped clear up the dog urine from our daughters play room!

Precision Chem-Dry came in and saved the day. The week prior, I hired an independent carpet cleaner to service my carpet. The independent did a poor job, I was embarrassed to tell anyone that my carpet had been cleaned. Johnny and assistance (Precision Chem-Dry) not only cleaned my carpet in half the time, but restored it to it natural state.AND, they provided extra TLC, which left me very happy and soothed my negative disposition. As Precision Chem-Dry serviced my carpet, my neighbor stopped by to give them high marks as well! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION. read more

Johnny & Daniel are definitely the dream team. Friendly, courteous, and overall excellent costumer service. We were worried that we didn't move enough furniture around, and they continued to reassure us that all was good. Extremely informative and honest with the different package options. A job well done. Thank you gentlemen! read more

Good job an price. They have done a great job the other times they had done serivce. I will continue to use there service

Andre and Tracy did amazing work in our home. We had our entire house done including the tile in our kitchen/dining. We have a dog who spends most of his time in our home office. We noticed urine odor a few weeks ago. Andre came in with a black light and a moisture detecting stick to show me exactly where the smell was likely coming from. He recommended the odor removal treatment since there was moisture in the padding in those spots. It smells great in our office now. I was a little taken back by the price but it was WORTH THE PRICE FOR SURE. I'm confident the treatment did the trick and he said if we did smell anything to give him a call back. Great service. They were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. Very friendly. They were great with my two kids running around as well. Very professional. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO CLEAN YOUR CARPETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We just had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. We purchased a GROUPON for $49 for a cleaning of 3 rooms. When the carpet guy evaluated our carpets and showed me the total, it was nearly $400 more that I owed him! I just wanted ONE extra room and 10 stairs. He added on all these extras. I wasn't a sucker for it so I just told him I wanted the extra room and ten stairs with "pre-treatment" ($90 extra!). I still ended up spending nearly $200! The worst part was that they rushed out the door when they were done and didn't even wait for me to inspect the rooms. When I finally got to inspect the rooms, I noticed SIX BLEACH spots on my high end berber carpet. TOTALLY ruined my carpet! When my husband called the customer service line to tell them of our concerns and that we were unsatisfied, she said that Chem Dry doesn't use any chemicals to clean. HELLO! it's called CHEM Dry! She blamed it on our dog peeing on the carpet. I'm sorry, but I've never seen a dog peeing bleach! My recommendation.......NEVER, EVER, EVER use this company to clean your carpets! They will only end up ruining them. No wonder they have to run GROUPON deals to keep their business going! read more

Wow ! This company is professional, diligent and well priced (natural products too). I had been putting off getting my carpets in my house cleaned including high end persian rugs. I am very leery of over paying for a service I have not received. These guys came in and were very careful of the furniture, took care of stains in the carpet that not even the RUG DOCTOR from the grocery store could get rid of!... They worked magic and I was pleased with the services provided. I highly recommend this company to anyone who may be getting there carpets cleaned for the first time or even trying a new route, you wont be dissatisfied. P.S. They even use up to date payment processing with their ipads ! read more

After my review on Yelp, I got a call from the owner who wanted to make it right. He refunded me about half of what we had paid for our cleaning. I can respect that, and he wants to provide good customer service. He stated that what his employees had stated was not what they should be saying, i.e. that "the basic Chem Dry cleaning doesn't really clean, etc." Anyway, just stand firm when you make an appointment using the $69 coupon deal, and don't get upsold. We are happy with the way our carpets looked after the cleaning by the way. read more

First of all, I called them for the special that they had at the time. When they came they said the rate is just for the top of the carpet and to wash it I have to pay almost double. The carpet was just six months old and the main reason I wanted to clean was because of the stains in two rooms. I paid, they washed, the stains remained! I asked them, they said we cannot remove them. Why they didn't tell me that in the beginning? They didn't even try! I know smaller cleaners go out of their way to hand clean small stains. Money wasted! read more

We have shag carpet and pets. Precision Chem Dry got the odors and stains out of our dirty carpet. The technicians were friendly and professional. Overall, great job! read more

Absolutely amazing customer service and even better outcome than we could have imagined with our carpets! We have two large dogs that like to mark their territory across our home and our home was starting to smell horrible. We have a Hoover carpet cleaning vacuum but it seems to just leave a mildew smell after each cleaning. We thought we would have to get new carpet because this one wasn't salvageble, but they saved our carpets! Looks absolutely brand new and the smell and stains are completely gone! read more

We needed our carpets cleaned today. Called up Chem-Dry, and they came out this afternoon. Darnell and Jackie showed up and were very nice and professional. Darnell was very honest on how the cleaning would go and to his word our carpets turned out very clean! We would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for great service and quality work. Thanks Darnell and Jackie! read more

I have been coming to precision Chem-Dry for years now, they are the only people I will let touch my carpet. They are probably one of the best I have ever dealt with, the technician Tracy was right on time, took his time answering my questions and the carpet was done done in a timely matter with beautiful looking results for a fair price. Carpet was dry within two hours, no smell at all and there was a urine cleaning which did cost extra but not much and the floors just came out remarkable no smell or anything and dry very fast. read more

I requested a quote for $500 which I thought was ridiculous. When Darnell showed up he quoted me 3500 to clean 1000 ft.² I agreed to $1000 because I was not going to actually pay it but then I disputed it in error. The owner told me Darnell was his best workerAnd friend for 17 years who stole my China and candlesticks. What a scam business. The odor was horrendous and the jobs to the cost $200 and they rip off elders were too tired to fight off the workers and the ownersnake read more

So far so good. Called this am for a quote. James showed up about 15 minutes later. Yes the quote was higher than the advertised special. But we had some spots. We have small dogs. Did a Beautiful job! So far we couldn't be Happier. Would use them again. read more

They missed a few spots here and there so I gave Roman a call and he sent Jimmy and associate to come back out a few days later and redid the entire house. Did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. They used corner protectors and even raked my artificial turf as they removed their hoses on the way out. Attention to detail is always appreciated. Thanks again guys ! read more

Do Not use these guys. Called the company "owner Roman: regarding the cat odor removal. He GUARANTEED odor removal and talked me into using his company. paid them $1500 and I still had major odors in the house. I had to call other companies to get rid of the smell. I will let the court decide and my suggestion is no one should use these guys as they are not honest. read more
