But this would be ideal for a once or twice a month service, because drive through car washes don't do much in my opinion. Guys doing the work and working hard, but today there is really only two guys on staff. The intake guy where you drop your car jumps in to help out front too when he can. When I pull away, my car looks great, but it also looks great from the drive thru wash near my house for $15 and about 15 minutes of my time. Inside though there are steaks all over my windshield and my dash is the same amount of dusty as when I pulled in an hour prior. So now I have to go home and spend 15 minutes detailing myself what I thought I paid for and waited an hour for. An hour....I still can't get over that....this kind of place and time commitment is reserved for retirees who have all sorts of time. What is the wait time when they are busy I wonder? The girl at the register when I paid was perky, friendly and efficient. Ike's sandwich shop is easy to make you a sandwich, if you are hungry. They have three tiers of car wash and I ended up getting the second one ($15 value). They accept card which was nice. Before you enter the drive through car wash, there are 2 workers who spray the car and scrub it down a bit. Then it goes through the car wash (not too long but gets the job done). Upon exiting the car wash, there's also 2 workers who hand-dry your car with towels, and the car wash tier I purchased comes with tire shining (even my partner commented on how shiny my tires were and asked where I got my car wash haha) ! I felt that the workers here definitely deserve a tip. To give them a tip, just roll down your window after they hand-dry and the guy closest to the driver's window will collect it. I also used their vacuums as well which work really really well. Strong suction and no complaints there. They also have an air gun too behind the vacuums too so be sure to make use of that. There's only about 6 stalls for vacuums but every time I went, there's always been an open stall!
