Unfortunately, my experience during the initial communication was disappointing. From the first phone call, it felt like my location was an issue. I completely understand businesses setting travel fees or service areas, but the communication made it feel like my project was more of an inconvenience than a valued opportunity. Just something to be aware of if you are located outside of his immediate area -- you may either be charged additional fees or have difficulty getting service scheduled.

Max replied quickly through Yelp and we set up an appointment for the next week. I asked for a full paint correction process as well as an interior detailing. Max arrived right on time at 9 AM and got to work. He was very, very thorough and took almost 6 hours to complete the job. The car is immaculate, with all scratches removed and the interior spotless. I asked about ceramic coating and he was totally honest, saying that since I use automatic car washes, it would be a waste of money. Even though he would have scored another job. I highly recommend this business, Max did an outstanding job.

He also managed to remove a small stain from my back seat. My car exterior was pretty dirty since it had recently rained and it's always parked outside. There were also a lot of bird droppings from the pigeons nearby, but he got all of it removed and the car was left shining. My tires were gleaming too. Overall, super happy with the service!

And they work all day. They deserve what they charge. If you're looking for TOP notch detailing, they may provide other services for a deeper clean. But this would be ideal for a once or twice a month service, because drive through car washes don't do much in my opinion. Plus, hand drying it and vacuuming on my own, isn't really worth the time and effort. Especially in comparison to a nice "self service" car wash. Most of them charge between $10-$20 dollars anyway. I might as well pay other people to do it. They work hard. Do a good job. They're pretty honest about their pricing.

During the quoting process, Dave was very responsive, explained all the options clearly, and answered every question I had without making me feel pressured or upsold. After reaching out to several other tint shops in town, I decided to go with DC Auto and chose the Autobahn i3 for the front windows and windshield. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was excellent. I believe Christana was the receptionist who helped me, and Brian handled the installation. Both were friendly and professional, and the tint came out perfect! The waiting area was also comfortable, with Wi-Fi, snacks, and coffee available. The tint made a noticeable difference in reducing the heat and added some privacy, which is especially helpful in Vegas. The pricing was fair, the quality was excellent, and the customer service stood out. My most recent visit made me appreciate them even more. My windshield had to be replaced, so I contacted them about redoing the tint. They let me know it was covered under the warranty from my original installation and honored it with no hassle or unnecessary questions. Even better, I was greeted by the same receptionist and installer from my first visit. They completed the work quickly, and I was in and out. A big shoutout to Christana and Brian for being so great both times. For anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and welcoming local business for window tinting, DC Auto is the place to go!!
