Went here to get my car evaluated for possible transmission issues and A/C problems. Joe called me back during the day to give me updates. Found and fixed the problem with my car, thank god it wasn't the transmission! He also fixed the moldy smell in my A/C, and took time to describe to me what was going on and how exactly they fix it, even drew it out for me. I was actually looking at a Honda Element to purchase and I saw from across the street that Joe had one lifted he was working on. This was our first time taking a car to Precision. My son has a 2013 Jetta we suspected had an oil leak. My wife's 2009 Honda Pilot had been making a clunking sound for over a year and I had suspected busted shocks or a failing suspension. After replacing shocks and sway bars, the noise continued so I thought it was time to take it in. After finding positive reviews on Precision, I brought my car. Not only did these guys rule out the suspension, they suspected loosened the subframe , bolts and other components within the frame. All my truck needed was a loosening and tightening bc it did the job! The guys were very thorough and the owner walked thru the process where they determined where the noises might have been coming from. They were right and they delivered my car at the end of the day. Pricing was fair and I was extremely happy with their service. My regular trusted mechanic went out of business so I was very happy to find someone who was trustworthy and competent. Joseph is phenomenal. I came here under not-so-good circumstances after my car was hit half a mile down the road from the shop. Joseph was incredibly kind and talked me through the necessary steps following an accident. He kept my car to check if it was drive-able (it wasn't) and after the insurance went through, was able to replace all of the damaged parts (lights, bumper, door, etc). My car is not an easy vehicle to work with because it is a very unusual color and an older make but he was able to match the paint exactly and honestly, it looks better than before it was even hit! I highly recommend this shop and would be happy to take my car back when it needs services (hopefully routine ones and not from being bumper checked by a hummer). read more

My front headlight went out on my 2017 Subaru Forester. I called a few repair shops and received an outrageous quote ($100 - $200). I gave Precision Auto a call and Joe asked me to bring my vehicle in for a property evaluation. I arrived and Joe changed my bulb in a matter of seconds - I was kinda embarrassed of how easy the fix was. I was so empresses with Joe's expertise and professionalism I asked if he could assist with a few more repairs - brakes and oil change. He gladly accepted and we made an appointment for a later date.
