We chose JDM Roofing after our neighbour used them. I spoke to the roofer directly, who got us a quote after the job was done. We decided to keep waiting. Then a wind storm came through a couple of months later.Shingles started to fall off our roof. The house was well over 10-years old, so there was no way around it. Our roof needed to be replaced. So we did our due diligence and gathered quotes, and decided to go with JDM. Their quote was very competitive, but the actual service they delivered was worth more than they charged. Jim (the owner) and his crew was very busy, but they fit us in because our roof really was starting to fall apart. They literally started our roof after a neighbour began their roof replacement using a competitor, and JDM finished before them. And they didn't rush the job. They started at a reasonably early hour and stayed as late as they safely could. When it was done, not only did their lead roofer inspect the job, but Jim himself came by and inspected it as well. They cleaned up everything really well. I couldn't find a single nail anywhere around our house from the old roof, which was important because we have several small dogs that we love dearly, but are so daft because they try and swallow anything and everything. JDM obviously take pride in their work, and their many 5-star reviews on Google (and now here) are well earned. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Great work, great price, great service.

    We're trying to get a quote from the receptionist Rhonda, and she has been nothing but a nightmare…read moreand a rude person to work with from the start. She obviously does not care about customer service or helping potential clients. instead she'd rather run her mouth and be rude and act unprofessionally instead of trying to help. she just lost a potential customer. Honestly if you'd rather skip the headache i'd chose a different company. She's supposed to be the face of the company the one people see right from the start but the attitude she displays is unacceptable . Honestly I'm surprised she's still there as their receptionist as she makes the whole company look bad with her attitude and how she talks and treats other. If a customer is unhappy with something instead of giving a solution she acts like a child and say "deal with it." What kind of a receptionist talks to customer or any potential customers that way? The first conversation I had with her she was being snarky and such a snob to me at the get go. And then because I called a contractor that worked for them she decided to write a rude letter to me calling me names. What kind of a receptionist does that? I called the company phone, the worker didn't have to pick up ( which he didn't.) I see nothing wrong with even leaving a message. But the contractor never picked up, so I hung up. And he called me later. Rhonda should get her facts straight before being rude and disrespectful and unprofessional to others. I'm honestly amazed that she is still the receptionist and that the company or hiring manager has not foreseen or spoken to her or trained her better in how to speak and email another person. Then she goes off and tells me that she doesn't want out services. Who's she to decide that? hopefully Rhonda you can let your manager that you just lost them a potential client in over $100.000 estimate in services. I hope she's happy with how she treats her customers and potential client. And here's another funny thing, when I called back to go talk to a manager she threatened to sue me. Rhonda if there's an issue you're having with someone and you can't deal with or handle let the managers handle it. That's what their also there for. To help, instead of thinking you can handle everything yourself.
