Approx $550, including the purchase of lights on our behalf and then the install of lights onto our house. Part of the service was upkeep; e.g. if a string or light was to go down or stop working the company would come back, repair/replace and ensure operational lights throughout the Christmas season. Within 2 weeks 4 strings failed with 1 of the 4 then appearing to work again, they replaced 3 and left. Within another 3 days that 4th string of lights failed. I contacted the service provider and they said they would have a solution the next day. Since this time the operator of the business (I believe her name is Kimi Lynn) has not reached out, replied to any phone calls, emails or text messages that we have sent to her. I have asked for the receipt for the lights so that I could take the string down and have them replaced and have heard nothing. Desired Settlement: Finish the job Desired Outcome Description: Come back and replace the defective string and provide the receipts for the lights you bought on our behalf. I would be happy to just get the receipt for the lights so I could ensure we didn't waste our money entirely.

Great communication, super organized, and honestly just really fun people to have around. They were fantastic to work with, super friendly, showed up on time, and the lights turned out beautifully. What I really appreciated was how kind they were to my toddler, who really really wanted to be involved. They gracefully took the water he aggressively forced upon them... Lol. They made him feel important and were incredibly patient. You don't forget that kind of kindness. And I have to say that their Grateful Dead logo made my day. I'm super excited to put up the rest of our decorations now. I'm not sure if the picture truly captured it but they made our house look like it's straight out of a Christmas movie. After I complained that they confirmed me for Dec 3rd and it was now too late to find others, they rescheduled for for Dec 5th afternoon. I called on Dec 5th to confirm and was told they were on their way. No one showed up. No text, no phone call, nothing. Sent a text Dec 6th asking what happened. Told them they truly run a horrible business. Will never contact them again and I highly recommend that NO ONE ever do. Just awful.
