I spoke to the roofer directly, who got us a quote after the job was done. We decided to keep waiting. Then a wind storm came through a couple of months later.Shingles started to fall off our roof. The house was well over 10-years old, so there was no way around it. Our roof needed to be replaced. So we did our due diligence and gathered quotes, and decided to go with JDM. Their quote was very competitive, but the actual service they delivered was worth more than they charged. Jim (the owner) and his crew was very busy, but they fit us in because our roof really was starting to fall apart. They literally started our roof after a neighbour began their roof replacement using a competitor, and JDM finished before them. And they didn't rush the job. They started at a reasonably early hour and stayed as late as they safely could. When it was done, not only did their lead roofer inspect the job, but Jim himself came by and inspected it as well. They cleaned up everything really well. I couldn't find a single nail anywhere around our house from the old roof, which was important because we have several small dogs that we love dearly, but are so daft because they try and swallow anything and everything. JDM obviously take pride in their work, and their many 5-star reviews on Google (and now here) are well earned. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Great work, great price, great service.

One was double everyone else, and these guys and one other right in the middle. Precise was professional from the start, and that was a good sign, as a couple of the others were not. The owner Mike showed up on time, and shared my vision for the house, its an old house and needed a lot of work. His price was fair, and he worked with me to ensure I got what was needed. I don't understand roofing and he was very patient with me, and returned twice to explain things to me and give me samples etc. When it came time to get it done, that is where these guys really shine, the crew showed up 5 minutes early, and by the time they had given me, they were on the roof and working. All very well organized, they left no mess, and the roof looks amazing, I get compliments from passers by all the time. I had one small issue when they were done, and the owner and another guy were there in two days, made it right and were off. Amazing crew, I cant recommend them enough. Thank you Precise!

After waiting for 3 months and not getting a date of their arrival (after numerous emails from my husband to them). They kept putting us off. We were going to sell our house and discovered that their warranty is not transferable! Needless to say, we have gone with another company.
