I have tried contacting them by email and phone, local and national, repeatedly. I either get told they'll get back to me in a day or so, or, get ghosted. Three months later, I can't even get to talk to someone, let alone have my issue addressed. At one point I got a text from Mag asking me to leave a 5 star review. I was incredulous, and let the person know what was going on. I got responses that made it clear that it was all AI generated. So low class. Until this point we were happy. The install went as planned, the price as planned, it works well. But now I'm stuck looking for expensive third-party service.
