Ordering windows took a few weeks and teams on install day moved swiftly and kept the area clean after! I also want to note that we live on the 3rd floor of a condo building and many contractors said they could not install and/or needed additional materials, external infrastructure and costs to do the project, but Jacob made it seamless with bringing windows up the stairs, and doing an internal install, which incurred no extra install costs. This was also great as it did not impact our neighbors and kept the project contained and clean. Jacob really cares about being transparent and has earned our trust, and I would 100% recommend him and his team to anyone looking to install new windows in their home. The crew who built the roof was incredible - they made sure to tarp the unfinished side as a snowstorm was coming that evening, then proceeded to finish the roof with 3 inches of snow on the ground the next day. They even took off our Christmas lights so that they didn't get damaged and put them back on when the roof was finished. They picked up all the trash and I didn't find a single nail or screw after they left. They went on the roof and claimed damage and said they would work with our insurance company. What they didn't explain was that just contacting our insurance company to do an estimate puts a ding on our record and we could be dropped by insurance if a future claim occurred. The damage estimate came out less than our deductible so in the end we just got a black mark on our insurance for no reason. One of their sales guys was fine but the other was pretty rude. I would not recommend them and do not let them call insurance until you are sure you have enough damage to make it worth putting in a claim. Lesson learned on our end.

Derrick helped me navigate a very challenging situation to rebuild the entire back wall of my home and attached deck due to water damage. Scope: New insulation, plywood sheathing, composite siding, soffit, and fascia for back wall. Replaced rim joist, headers, and other structural wood as needed from water damage. Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout. Derrick's attention to detail and pride in his work translated to a solution that addressed all of my goals and helped me understand mistakes made by previous contractors. He spent hours reviewing options and brainstorming with me as more damage was uncovered and the scope had to expand as we went. Remember that early thaw -- they got started then -- they didn't wait until spring, which we really appreciated. The crew showed up when they were scheduled, and often times worked later than we expected. There were even a few weekends they worked. They took away the dumpsters when filled, workers were respectful of both our property and ourselves, and they kept the worksite clean by straightening up every evening. When the project was done (we are 95 percent done), I saw them out with a magnet to pick up loose nails and screws, as well as sweeping up debris. The home is 100 percent improved and neighbors have commented positively. One visitor even asked if our home was new construction (it's not!).
