They came out the same day I called and installed the new window the next day. Last year one of my employees broke the glass on our front door, they came the same day and replaced the glass. Last week, the glass they replaced was kind of moving within the frame because kids are always pushing on the glass and not using the handle. I called them about it and they came out the same day and fixed the door for free. It was almost a full year from when they replaced the glass and they still did the job for free. I hope I never have to use them again but if I do, I'll know who to call.

I submitted a pricing request for a tempered and beveled piece of glass for a coffee table. Yelp…read moresent the request to numerous glass companies. GlassTemp(Hector) got back to me with a very competitive price within 1 hour. In fact, they were the only company to sending price. I gave them the measurements in my original request. I brought the table when I picked up the glass. Of course, I measured it 1/16th to long. The apparent owner helped me fit the glass after it was cut to my measurements. He advised me that there was a risk of cracking while adjusting the size. I told him that I took the measurements and if destroyed, I would take full responsibility. He took the glass to Hector and within 10 minutes, I had the perfectly fitting piece of glass. Hector carried the glass to my car. GlassTemp people provided exceptional customer service and a great product. The office was clean, organized and well managed. I highly recommend doing business with GlassTemp.

Jose the owner replaced the glass on all the windows in my home last summer (2018), however one of…read morethe glass cracked couple weeks ago. I called Jose, the owner, who said he was leaving for Mexico but would have his son come take a look. I had to make multiple calls to Jose before I was able to connect with Brian (Jose's son) who came out last week to take a look. Brian inspected and concluded this to be a crack from stress on the glass and said that once in a while there could be manufacturing defect leading to such stress related crack. Brian was polite, took glass measurements, taped the crack and took a picture of the initial install receipt which stated "20 yrs warranty". Brian thereafter txted me next day asking me to call Jose to answer questions Jose had on the cracked glass- although I am not sure what more questions were left to be answered. Since then, I have tried calling and txting Jose and Brian several times in the past 5 days now, however there is no response from either of them. It's unfair of Melrose Glass to ignore my calls and not repair the cracked glass window. For anyone using this company beware that you will be on your own when there are issues with their installation - regardless of what warranty is mentioned on your receipt.
