I am so impressed with the job that Horan Glass block did for me!…read more I have a vintage bungalow. Things are quirky. Not very many straight walls, doors, floors, etc. Plus just some random odd things, like this weird mini half door with a refrigerator handle on it. This bizarre thing was part of the vestibule that leads from my backyard to my basement. I always wanted to replace it, and I finally did with the expert craftsmanship of Horan Glass Block. Ken came out and measured and gave me an estimate promptly. I gave him a deposit and his crew was out in a few weeks and did a beautiful job! They cleaned up beautifully after the instal and I couldn't be more pleased with the final results. See for yourself with my before and after pics. I know my property value just increased with their awesome work! If you ever need custom glass block work done, don't hesitate to call Horan Glass Block. Ken will take care of you and you will be a happy customer!

If that isn't first class customer service, I don't know what is. Thank you Mr. Lavins & Exclusive Windows

This was important to me as making such an investment in your home should be done properly. Once I decided on the door design and window options it took about a month to have my door custom made. I was pleased with how quickly my correspondence was handled as well as the cleanliness and professional manner in which the install crew installed my door. The service guy Josh was very polite and I was quite impressed with his knowledge and efficiency. Overall if you want people who know what they're doing so you don't waste your valuable time or money I'd go with these guys.

I give this place four stars. I needed a piece of glass for…read morea Pier 1 kitchen table that goes against the wall. It had a wood top that was not durable enough for a sweating water bottle or scratchy keys. It measured approximately 35" x 11" with some eights of inches thrown in for tediousness. The man on the phone quoted me a price and told me the options. I went with the clear glass, plain edge, and it was around $41 with tax. The price was fine with me considering we were doing damage to our table in the meantime. I went in the place the order; pretty easy. They said it'd be ready in two days. Minus one star for: ---1) I came back in 2 days when they opened and it wasn't ready. I guess they didn't expect me to come that early (around 830AM), but you have to tell customers that it won't be ready until after a certain time, such as "Friday, after 12 noon". So I had to wait 15-20 mins for them to make it on the spot. ---2) Street parking, ugh. ---3) Don't bring small kids here or anyone accident prone. There was was chunk of broken mirror on the ground from a nearby broken glass pedestal. I picked it up and put it safely on top of the pedestal. Mistakes like that shouldn't be made. ---4) Non-air conditioned (or so it seemed) waiting area. Also, the waiting area needs a serious update. There was a bay of seats from a van. Really? :) Other than those points, it was fantastic. Helpful people work there. SUPER accurate sizing and measuring. It fits the table like a glove. Thank you!!
