received horrible service from this place this morning on Saturday March 28th I replaced a windshield on my 2007 Dodge Caravan after I paid i walked to the parking lot and realized the Windshield I just purchased was cracked I let the owner know and he laughed in my face and told me it's nothing he can do I was so upset I called the police, the policeman was Mexican so he automatically took the owners side. This place get alot of business from black customers but they have no respect for their black customers if you are black please dont spend your money here these people are racist and they only care about a dollar and not the customer. Ive been here on 3 occassions to have a broken car window replaced. Each time i received wonderful service. Super quick repair while i waited. Car windows are as good as new, they even vaccuum any broken glass from your car! Waiting room is bare minimum, neat, no frills. Each time my wait was no more than an hour, but i showed up early at or before 8:00. Call ahead for a quote or you can just show up. Prices seem fair, and the owner is nice. This place brightened my day after an unfortunate experience with two busted windows from gun shots. I called another place first and they didn't have windows for my make/model in stock. Another place (recommended by my insurance co) quoted me $200 per window but was much farther away. I didn't want to drive across the city with two busted windows in 40 degree weather. I was beginning to get desperate when I called them after 345 on a Friday afternoon. The customer service agent confirmed that they had my windows (used) and quoted $90 for repair per window, which included parts and labor. I called this place the day before for a quote for the replacement of the front windshield. It started to spider out from a small crack. So, when I called they quoted me about $135 for part and labor! Best part of all, it was finished in half an hour. I called other auto glass repair shops, and they quoted me for $225. My only gripe was they didn't do that great of a job on vacuuming out the shared glass. Weeks later I would broken glass bits rattling around as I shut the door.
