I waited until 4:00 p.m., but he never arrived. When I later called the office to ask when he would be available, I was then told that he was actually out of town and would not be available until Monday. I spent more than two hours waiting based on the information I was given. The conflicting information, lack of transparency, and poor communication were extremely frustrating and unprofessional. From my perspective, this felt like avoidance rather than an effort to communicate with me and resolve my concerns.
