I found out afterwards that you could've died them considering the fact that you made the color and you put the color of my hair. It would've been really quick and easy to dye the extensions and install them into my hair, but you didn't you said that they were different colors and I didn't know I'm not the professional. I didn't know that you could dye them To top it all off you block me you just don't really want to take responsibility for what you did and I'm requesting you refund me fully for every single time I spent on you and the fact that you have publicly tried to blame me for what you did to my hair it's just proving my point it's actually just proving my point it doesn't help it doesn't make you look any better. update: AFTER SEVERAL CONSULTATIONS FROM MULTIPLE DIFFERENT SALONS, Melin put a chemical relaxer in my hair disguised as a keratin treatment she permanently destroyed my curls .. at this point she has blocked me and will not respond to my refund request. It's been months my hair is something I look at everyday and I have spent hundreds of dollars on multiple wigs just to feel good about myself. Melin took advantage of my trust and she deceived me when I was nothing but extremely friendly and nice. I wish I never accepted her request and if you are considering trusting Melin please save yourself because she took my self image and stepped all over it. It will take a very long time for my hair to recover but it hopefully will. I highly recommend anyone considering coming to Melin to avoid at all costs DO NOT trust Melin.

Then they went silent for several hours, then emailed me saying they were going to "wave the cancelation fee" WHAT CANCELLATION FEE?! I literally canceled more than 24 hours in advance therefor there was no cancellation fee to wave?? They have the worst customer service, so glad I didn't give my money to a place with such horrible organization and customer service! Don't let them scam you!

The actual service took about three minutes, + 10 min tint. and unfortunately the brow tint didn't turn out well. It looked very blocky and uneven instead of natural. I expect businesses to be welcoming and treat their clients with kindness and attention. Repeat customers are what keep a business going, and good customer service is just as important as the service itself. Unfortunately, I left feeling unwelcome, rushed, and disappointed with both the experience and the results.

I loved my experience at Precise eyebrows. Honestly the best results I've ever had. Me and my friend went in together and the shop was just lovely with a very good vibe. I got Jessica and my friend got Michelle. They where sooooo experienced and i loved how they took their time with us and pampered us in the end with a massage using aloe Vera gel and topped it off with a Rose water toner. I was a loyal customer for almost ten years and sent so many people here, but we won't be coming back. Jessica takes it personally when you have a preference for another threader. When you sign in on their sheet, you have the option to put down your preferred artist. What's the point if you're going to get upset about it?
