After months of the Quarantine my eyebrows needed some major attention. KANIKA brought my brows BACK TO LIFE. She is literally a miracle worker . My eyebrows look brand new like they're not even my own. She really is super talented and super nice with the most beautiful spirit. If you're not getting your brows done by KANIKA I SUGGEST strongly that you make a change in your life and start letting Kanika hook you up. SHE IS THE BEST EVER!!! Yelp 2018 Challenge 22/100 I am so satisfied with my eyebrows! I have one eyebrow that is naturally fuller and has a higher arch, but somehow, Precise managed to make them both look completely even. I went with brow threading and tint and together paid $25 ($10 for threading, $15 for tint). Since I came on a Monday morning, parking was a breeze and no one was there so I was seen immediately. Very happy to have a new place to get my brows done that is close to home and does a great job. And not needing an appointment is great as well. I'll be back in two weeks! read more

This place is hit and miss. Almost everytime I come a have a little noc on my brow. Went yesterday (friday july 30th) and my brows were done by whomever had on the pink shirt in the middle chair around 11am. Today, saturday I see That she ripped apart sommuch of the skin under my brown that they look like hairs. Heading on vacation with this mess on my face. So ill be needing a new spot I guess. read more

Update from my last review. Went back to my girls Michelle & Jessica now my brows are back on point. Thanks ladies!

Absolutely fell in love with this place. From the moment you walk in, you feel super welcoming! This brow spot is super clean and very organized! I haven't gotten my brows done for over a year and this place literally blessed my brows! I'm super happy with my eyebrows and I can't wait to recommend this place to my friends/family! read more

I love the place. They were super sweet and the patient. The girl (I forgot her name, but she was Indian) beyond sweet and took her time. Not once I felt she was rushing or just doing basic job to get the money. She sold me a $6 castor oil and I hope it works on my eye brows read more

PRECISE????? They literally left me looking like I was from the 2000s. I continued to tell the person doing my eyebrows that I did not want them thin, and she just continued to remove the hair. I left and cried for hours because of how badly they left my brows. So disappointing because I had been going there for a long time. Do not come here if you want to be ignored and rushed out of a chair. The owner of the store is dismissive and rude and just does not care at all. read more

When I decided to have my eyebrows done (7 months ago), I chose Precise Eyebrow Threading because of its proximity. A little scared since it was my first time doing threading. Michelle was the first one who took care of me, then Jessica on my second visit. Fast forward to today, they have always been my go-to-girls for my eyebrows. I highly recommend them for their work, professionalism, and just being genuinely caring and friendly. PS They do not take reservations, but walk-ins are always welcome. Stop calling to check, just go and visit. Thank you, Jessica and Michelle. read more

Today I went in as a new customer for eyebrow threading. I was nervous as I've been going to the same individual for the past year but cannot do the commute anymore. Michelle helped me out. She asked me how I'd like my eyebrow shape and style. She was confident she could deliver what I was asking for. I'm definitely going back to this cute little spot in Granada Hills. Thanks again Michelle for making my eyebrows look fabulous! read more

I've gone to a lot of different places, and this is by far my favorite. Other places have always messed up my eyebrows, and so far since I've been coming to precise eyebrows, Michelle has always done a great job at making them look awesome! I always get my eyebrows done by Michelle and I absolutely love her! I told her once how I like my eyebrows and every time I go that's exactly how she does them, which is great because she actually remembers. Overall, my experience here has always been amazing, the service here is great. Michelle takes her time and never rushes no matter how busy it is, and I would definitely recommend coming to precise eyebrows. read more

Michelle does such a great job !!! My brows look like IG brows I love it ! The place is really nice and pretty good parking. Wait time is standard. While you're getting your brows done you'll understand the wait. Her touch is perfect and will allow you to grow your brows though her tips. Highly recommend!!! Been going for a good two-three months and it's worth it. Especially for 10$ :-) !!! read more

Let me begin by saying these lovely ladies were able to accommodate me right from the start. I been going to my eyebrow lady for years and with COVID they would only take appointments, the fact that I been going there for years there's no way I thought I would ever change them!!! Well they cancelled me. Which was aggravating I had a special date I didn't know what to do:( the moment when I made that phone call asking if precise were able to take me in last minute they were very helpful, not only that! they were kind and extremely professional Michelle and Jessica thank you, I will never change u ladies read more

I went to Jessica love the work she did they are the sweetest and their work is amazing in love with my eyebrows

I LOVED this place!! First off, the shop was a little difficult to find - admittedly, I am not the most observant person, and once I got out of my car I found it immediately. The women in the shop were super helpful too, as I called multiple times to ask about tinting services, cost, and location. Once in the shop, I was greeted by the two sweetest women on earth (I'm sorry I forgot your names ). They didn't mind my foul mouth and half-joking frustration on finding the spot. They actually listened to me on the color I wanted for my brows, which is HUGE for me - since my eyebrows are basically clear, thanks to being blonde, usually technicians will try to talk me out of requesting a medium brown color. They did as I requested, and came out the perfect color! I let my eyebrows grow out, so they needed some serious threading. They did exactly as I asked - clean up the edges and keep them full - and gave them a simple trim. They took their time and had amazing attention to detail. At the end they wiped my brows down with some amazing rose water and actually asked me if I wanted lotion to calm my skin instead of just slathering it on - I really appreciated this, as my skin breaks out with any new product, and it gave me the opportunity to tell them "no thanks!" These lovely ladies chatted with me the whole time, offered me water, and were just genuinely nice! The shop was clean and the pricing was excellent ($10 for threading, $15 for tinting). After a few days of letting the skin around my brows calm down and the excess color wash out, my brows are bangin'! I will most DEFINITELY be returning and will be telling my friends to hit them up. You will not be disappointed in the slightest! read more

Idk what to say except my eyebrows always come out amazing!! They know what they doing

My sister and i were in desperate need of getting our eyebrows done and my eyebrow lady isn't the closest and it's always a long wait. I was glad this place had walk ins. When i came in it was lonely and i got seated right away. Michelle did my eyebrows and i was a little worried because this was my first time here and i've had bad experiences with eyebrow threading but i gave this place a shot and i'm glad i did. Pricing is so cheap and they both do a good job (michelle and Jessica) I use to pay $20+ to get my eyebrows done and i got the same exact results for so much cheaper. I'll be making this my new spot :) * ask for a stamp card so you get a discount once you reach a certain spot read more

Tidbit: if you ever wish to go to this place only deal with Michelle, she seems to be the only competent person who works there. Background: I have been to this place a few times. I found it on yelp and read the reviews. The first time I went Michelle did my eyebrows and it was perfect. I loved how patient she was. I was sold, I knew she would be my go to person from here on out. On another occasion I went to the place, but Michelle was off that day. I had someone else do my eyebrows. I was very hesitant but decided to trust this person and hope she knows what she is doing. I should have left when I knew Michelle was not there because she was awful, she ruined my eyebrows. This happened to me again. I decided to get my eyebrows done today, but Michelle was off. I decided the lady who ruined my eyebrows was from a year ago or so and I need to clean my eyebrows ASAP. So I decided to try another lady and see what happens. AGAIN, my eyebrows were ruined by her and I am not pleased. Moral of the story, if you ever wish to go to this place only deal with Michelle. Michelle seems to be the only competent person who works there. So if you want to trust someone with your eyebrows, I'd definitely go to Michelle. However, if Michelle is not there, STAY AWAY unless you don't care if your eyebrows look messed up. read more

My lady was quick and efficient. I didn't wait and it didn't hurt at all! I asked for thick eyebrows and it's what she gave me.

I highly recommend this place to get your eyebrows right...the workers are also so welcoming. Definitely worth it.

Highly recommend! Been here a couple times, both with two different ladies who did my eyebrows, and both were amazing. I recently moved to the area and have been trying to find my new go to place and I think this is it! Most recently, I came in around 5pm, and had about a 20 min wait. The lady spent 15 min on my brows, and took her time and did not make me feel rushed or that she was going too quick, even towards the end of the day. She asked for my feedback on the style if I was happy with the one brow before moving on to the next. The brows looked great! Cost was $10 for brow threading / clean up pre tip. They have street parking out front, but there is a back parking lot and a back entrance as well if needed. read more

I love this eyebrow place so much! It's literally affordable and the brow ladies are so nice there! I love Jessica's work so much!!! She is amazing always leaves my brows amazing! Second time here. First time had a great experience. This time not so much. Woman informed me that my left brow was thinner than my right, which I was aware of. She suggested that she even them out, which I was okay with. Even though my left brow was thinner than my right they were both pretty full. Somehow she managed to Make BOTH of my brows thin, and now my RIGHT brow is thinner than the left???? Makes absolutely no sense. I didn't get the woman's name but I believe she was middle eastern. Never will she touch my brows again read more

I been coming here since they first opened 6 years ago, and hands down they are the best at what they do. Have never cheated and will never cheat on Michelle and Jessica. I'm sorry. I used to LOVE this place and the girls here. My issue isn't with the service but it's with how they handle business hours. I moved to Encino and still made the drive clear across the valley to come here, because again, the actual service is great. But the advertised hours are closing at 7pm. I bust my a** to get here by 6:45 as they request, and still have to beg and plead to be let in. It's really frustrating and a slap in the face. Today was the last straw for me. I got there at 6:45 and the back door is locked again. I knock and ring and they ignored me. I come around to the front and I tap on the door. The receptionist looks at me and runs her hand across her throat to indicate they're closed. At this point it's 6:50. I point to my phone to show the time and it doesn't matter. They close as they see fit and it's just not the proper way to run business hours especially for those of us who go out of our way to come here. So basically I drove across the valley and got here 15 min before closing to be turned away like a stranger.... And there was only one person in the lobby at the time. Ok.... read more

This is probably one of the more consistent eyebrow places I have ever been too. I had my brows threaded by different girls and never had a problem. Great brows! Great price! Nice ladies. They message your brows afterwards. 2 thumbs up! It's 1st come 1st serve and sometimes it's best that way but other times not so great- you have to wait because there's 1 lady only (at least both times I've been there). Will be coming back for sure. read more

WOW!!! Love the way my eyebrows come out every time I come. Been coming here for 4 in a half years I've never had a problem with none of the girls that work here. Precise eyebrow threading is the only spot I will ever go to for my brows. Both Michelle and Jessica have done my brows and I always love the way they came out. The last time I went, Jessica helped me out and she cleaned up my brows while still leaving them thick and full looking (exactly how I like them.) It's always very clean and their customer service is great. Highly recommend. read more

Stopped in today on a whim. I have been wanting to try threading and read all the great reviews here. I was in the area and just decided to give it a try. Jessica helped me and did and awesome job on my brows. I usually just pluck them myself because I am a redhead and they are very light. But she did such an awesome job, and I know that I will be back! And for $10?? You can't beat that. Jessica is so personable and really has a passion for what she does, it really shows. They have street and alley parking behind the building also. read more

I recently moved to the valley and in desperate need to find a place that I both liked and where they did not mess with my eyebrow shape. As anyone knows, once you find an eyebrow person it is very difficult to steer away. I had tried 2 or 3 other places in the valley that were either over-priced or just did not do a good job. I am glad I found this place. Kanika was the person that helped me and I will be returning to her. I am trying to grow my eyebrows out and she respected that and assured me that she left a few hairs in the eyebrows for thickness and we will be working on my goal in my future visits. The rose water and aloe vera at the end was a huge plus! They also have a stamp card! Those are highly needed considering the amount of times one frequents an eyebrow threading place. The place was a little hard to find but I did not mind the walk from where I eventually parked. I was very happy with my results and will be returning. read more
