Please save your time and money by NEVER coming here!!! It's the worst place I have ever been to ever!!! I went in to remove my acrylic and have a manicure (no one seemed to speak and understand English properly they just said "ok" to everything I said which was extremely frustrating) the lady shaved my previous gel color off with a nail file, she then starts yanking off my cuticles with little pliers and makes me bleed so much on several of my fingers and just applies alcohol on it as if it already doesn't hurt then she tried to just paint my nails over the old acrylic from my previous fill in at another place.. she never removed my acrylic or at least filled them in. I left due to my fingers bleeding so much. They didn't even care!!! They still made me pay $10!! Please never go to this place do yourself a favor an stay away!!!!!! read more

Yes the price is right here- for a reason! I used to come here for my gel manis all the time. Luckily I found somewhere way better because every time I came here I would end up bleeding and in pain! The last time I ever came here they cut my skin so bad I was bleeding a good amount and in lots of pain. I asked them what they could do about it and the manager basically just brushed me off, not even apologizing and charged me full price to leave the salon injured! The nail techs are nice for the most part but definitely inexperienced, and the management is horrible. Every time I would go here I would see the techs rolling their eyes whenever the manager walked by and there were really bad vibes. AVOID read more

Great pedicure- Lady was gentle- took her time and did a really nice job. They put a full set of tips and permanant french gel manicure- very expensive but they look nice. I have had this done many times before- and it took a VERY long time to do. read more

Got a pedicure and full set of gel nails while in town to visit family. The next day was my friend's wedding and the nails started cracking, even though I just paid to have a fresh set of gel nails with gel polish applied the day before. The morning after that, one of the nails simply broke off - less than 48 hours after getting them done. And no, I wasn't doing anything strenuous enough to damage, crack or break my newly-applied gel nails. I'm pretty sure it broke out of nowhere while I was washing my hands, as I didn't notice I broke a nail until I dried my hands. The woman who did my nails (an older Asian lady I assumed was the owner) fixed the broken nail for free later that day - with an attitude, and after a phony and obnoxious "what happened?" as if she had no clue that she purposely skimped on product when she did my nails to ensure that I had to go back for a fill as soon as possible. The last straw was when another nail broke last night - a mere week after paying for this poorly-done new set. And that's in addition to the 4 other nails which cracked on their sides, meaning it's any minute before those break as well. Now I have to go to a mediation conference in the morning with a broken nail, as I was too busy working to drop everything and get someone professional to repair her terrible nails. Getting my nails done at this place was such a mistake - do NOT waste your time, energy and money here. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the pedicure was fine (another employee who only does pedicures did that). The only reservation I have about getting a pedicure here is for anyone who wears nice shoes to this shop: it was cold that day, so I wore Tory Burch flats in and brought my sandals with me...after my pedicure, she picked up my shoes, apparently intending to carry them for me to where I was getting my manicure done. Instead, she kept moving them around the shop to different stations until I finally noticed her walking toward the back of the shop with my $300 flats, which I had assumed were set next to me the entire time. The whole thing was shady, to say the least. It's safe to say I will not be returning to Precious Nails and I urge anyone who dislikes wasting time and money to follow suit. read more

I challenge you to find another salon that does color gels for $20. The price cannot be beat!! Pedicures are great here, too. The owner is always very friendly to me and people who come in. The girl did a great job and who could beat the price?! $20 for a gel mani is unheard of. The atmosphere was very comfy and relaxing and the staff was overall friendly. This is unbelievable what is going on in this shop. The owner charging $60 to $100 for a set of gels that she pretends to know how to apply and the nails crack or break off in a day. When I went to her shop and presented nails she lied and said " this is what you asked for because you asked for a temporary set of gels". What on earth is a temporary gel set?????? Ladies we should all get together and not let this dishonest person get away with stealing our hard earned money and take her to small claims COURT. read more

I should've known there was a catch for the cheap price I paid for my gel manicure. Not even a week later, 2 of my nails broke really far down. I've always got my natural nails done, and this has never happened. Not to mention, painful! When I went to get it fixed, the lady gave me an attitude. She also charged me $8 to fix one nail. I've been going to this nail salon for years, very convenient close to where i work. Never had a problem with manicures, pedicures, waxing. I have also had nails put on and no issues! Love the beautiful ladies that work there, friendly, do great work, very clean salon. Have gone both with and without appointments and the owner has always accommodated me! Precious Nails exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I made an appointment for my wedding nails as well as 4 of my bridesmaids the week of the wedding. Saturday morning at 930 they had all of their employees on the clock waiting to assist each of us. There were some other customers who were also able to move in and out of the salon quickly while they were working on us. We all got manicures and pedicures, some gel and some regular. We received foot and calf massages as well as a very efficient nail jobs. My gel lasted all the way through my honeymoon just as desired. Worst experience of my life!! I had called in the morning asking for three mani-pedi appointments. They told me no problem at to come in at 11:45. We got there a few minutes early and they didn't take us until 12:10. I was getting my pedicure done by a man (eek) and he actually hurt me, he filed my toe nails down so far all my nail beds are exposed, everything is crooked, and the paint job sucks. As for my mani, the shape was awful have have ten different shaped fingers and i actually went for the gels $20 (cheap for the area). and am so disappointed.... BUT here is the kicker... so i paid $120 for horrible service, treated badly and when i paid the owner asked if we tipped everyone who serviced us (magically she could speak perfect english). I looked at her and said i tipped who i wanted, and i looked and said if there was something to tip for i would. I was so annoyed that the owner of the salon was asking and implying that i needed to tip. First off your the owner/proprietor so no need to tip you, and a tip is for doing a good job, not causing pain, and making my hand and feet look horrific. Avoid this place read more

This place is horrible, I would give it negative stars and shut it down if I could. I took my family visiting from France here while we were in New Jersey. Walking in was not that bad, I asked if she had time for 5 people. I was the only one getting a full set, and others were getting mani pedis. The full set was incredibly expensive, and I tried to see if there was any lower priced option for I wanted. She finally agreed to glue tips on my nails... for $60 (I should seriously rethink my day job). Anyhow, while she was taking care of me, she asked me what the others wanted, as they did not speak English. I clearly and concisely expressed to her my wishes, translating directly what they were saying. After she finished mutilating me and scraping whatever was left of my fingers off, she immediately tried to get to pay. We were ready to pay for the things I had agreed upon, and she starts to say that I asked TWICE for the more expensive "gel manicure", which I absolutely did not. By this point, I'm pretty infuriated by the lack of respect and total lack of skill and care this woman is exhibiting. She starts arguing with me, and I've got 4 different people from my family telling me that they didn't want what they got, and that they had tried to ask several times. She starts pressuring me to pay, in a rude accusatory tone and I lose my shit and start YELLING at her, I have NEVER done this before. Anyways, she is a total bitch and you SHOULD NOT support this place in any way whatsoever.
