The gentleman that started my pedicure was extremely rough with filing my nails and callus treatment- it was half complete. Then he left to do another customers nails and another lady came to finish my nails and even though she was kind, my actual nail polish was rushed and looks messy. I won't be back. $70 was way too expensive for a place that doesn't appreciate every customer.

VIP is a nice salon that does a good job of keeping the flow of customers moving. Although they do take walk-ins, best only to try that at non-peak hours. They even have Sunday appointments, but that's definitely an appointment only day. The ceiling lights are covered with screens that make it look like a sunny day with the cumulus clouds and a few stray butterflies on wire dangling in a couple of places. The window on the side have a screen with a beach scene. Both of these things lend VIP toward the sit-and-relax atmosphere. There are several different levels of manicures and pedicures available, depending on how far into the spa style you want to go. They're a nice group of people, will talk or not depending on you, but I've noticed a lean more towards the "no talk" during pedicures, but "let's chat" during manicures. Shellac and regular polish is available depending on how long you want the polish to last. They also offer some "natural" products as part of the mani or pedi.

The quality of their work is amazing, the customer service is truly next level, and they handle you with such care and attention to detail. I always leave feeling relaxed and loving my nails. Highly recommend - this place is a gem!

Upon approaching the spa after their system charged me twice, the front desk attendant was very rude and said we'd need to take this matter up with our bank. The bank actually commented saying that this happens often with this business and reversed the second charge. This management then charged my bank AGAIN for a service I NEVER RECEIVED AND paid for twice. The one service/gift card that my spouse did redeem was less than desirable even requesting that customers book massages on weekdays and daytime hours ONLY. The spa experience was less than average as well. Please do NOT waste your time or risk your hard earned money being stolen from this horribly run facility. Their doors should be permanently closed!

My friends made an appointment with Paris Nail Salon but they ended up getting us in earlier, which was super nice. While they have options for manicures, we stuck with the pedicures. This was totally fine by me as I am really weird about my fingernails and don't really like them polished or messed with. The manicure section is at the front of the store and then the pedicures are at the back. It was super crowded in the pedicure section but we still all got to sit together, which was nice. The water was the perfect temperature and the seats were comfy as ever. So comfy in fact, that I ended up falling asleep. This also may have been due to the fact that I got absolutely no sleep for 24 hours straight but the comfy chair played a pretty important role in my nice little cat nap. I appreciated that the staff wasn't super rough on my feet and I only twitched a bunch because I am one of the most ticklish people in the wild west. The colors turned out perfect and they are still on my feet months later. Paris Nail Salon was the perfect surprise--it makes for a great gift/girls day.

We booked our appointments well in advance, yet the salon still didn't have enough staff available…read moreto accommodate the three of us. Instead of providing the service we scheduled, my appointment felt rushed from beginning to end, as though they were simply trying to get through as many clients as possible. Because of that, the quality of the work suffered. To make matters worse, my gel polish started peeling the very next day. Gel nails are supposed to last at least a couple of weeks, so having them chip and peel almost immediately is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of care and attention to detail. The most concerning part of my experience was the lack of proper sanitation. The same nail tools were used on all three of us without being cleaned or disinfected between clients. Proper sanitation is one of the most basic responsibilities of any nail salon, and seeing tools reused without being sanitized raised serious concerns about hygiene and client safety. I left feeling like my time and money were wasted. I expected professional service, quality work, and basic cleanliness, but unfortunately, this salon failed on all three. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience, and I will not be returning.
