The technician who happens to be the manager accommodated me quickly. She was wearing "Reflective Cats Eye" polish which caught my eye and asked if she could try it on me. I said of course. I wear a clear top coat with the exception of my ring finger on each hand usually a "sparkle" color. OH MY, I absolutely love it. The service was excellent, the music was country (at the time) and the cost is comparable to what I pay in Texas. It's a great place without all the loud noises some salons have. Check them out if you want a really good manicure or pedicure, they are fabulous!

Upon approaching the spa after their system charged me twice, the front desk attendant was very rude and said we'd need to take this matter up with our bank. The bank actually commented saying that this happens often with this business and reversed the second charge. This management then charged my bank AGAIN for a service I NEVER RECEIVED AND paid for twice. The one service/gift card that my spouse did redeem was less than desirable even requesting that customers book massages on weekdays and daytime hours ONLY. The spa experience was less than average as well. Please do NOT waste your time or risk your hard earned money being stolen from this horribly run facility. Their doors should be permanently closed!

My friends made an appointment with Paris Nail Salon but they ended up getting us in earlier, which was super nice. While they have options for manicures, we stuck with the pedicures. This was totally fine by me as I am really weird about my fingernails and don't really like them polished or messed with. The manicure section is at the front of the store and then the pedicures are at the back. It was super crowded in the pedicure section but we still all got to sit together, which was nice. The water was the perfect temperature and the seats were comfy as ever. So comfy in fact, that I ended up falling asleep. This also may have been due to the fact that I got absolutely no sleep for 24 hours straight but the comfy chair played a pretty important role in my nice little cat nap. I appreciated that the staff wasn't super rough on my feet and I only twitched a bunch because I am one of the most ticklish people in the wild west. The colors turned out perfect and they are still on my feet months later. Paris Nail Salon was the perfect surprise--it makes for a great gift/girls day.

I HAVE seen people be very rude to the nail techs because sometimes they are a little bit hard to understand due to their speaking English with an accent, but they are as kind and friendly as the client. I enjoy talking to them and being friendly. Others may have a different experience. The shop is sparkling clean and for what I get, I feel it's an extremely fair price. All of the nail artists who work there are all friendly, experienced and also very talented. A person would be in good hands and well taken care of with anyone at Sensation. Tracy (owner) is absolutely fantastic! Not only does she do really beautiful work, but she does it all while making everyone who comes in feel comfortable, and running her salon seemingly effortlessly. Despite my reaction, the tech did not apologize but instead told me "this is what you asked for!" I went to check out and the Manager/(owner?) did not get up from her chair but said "you do not need to pay" but I asked to speak with her regardless. She walked to the desk and I explained what happen, suggesting that the correct thing to do is for the tech to offer an apology, not argue. But the tech returned and said "this is what you asked!" I replied "I did not ask for you to make me bleed". And the tech stormed away. The manager offered an apology. I will not be returning.
