However, this place is considerably cheaper than most while still providing an incredible level of skill and quality. I called ahead and asked for a fade with texturing on the top, and they did an outstanding job the first time. The staff is super friendly and great at making conversation, which makes the whole experience comfortable. The time and care they took with my haircut really stood out, and honestly it was even better than my previous barber. The service also included a full shampoo, and totaling me out at $50-$65 before tip, you really can't beat that price for the quality these days. Highly recommend.

No cuticle cleaning or buffing. I asked for a French tip. I'm trying out different nail salons to see where to get my wedding nails done and this is not the place. Hero was pleasant and the chat was fine but not even 24 hours later the layers had begun to peel off my nails and in whole pieces. I paid $40 with tip for a $35 manicure that didn't last a whole day. I called to leave a message about a refund because I was so shocked that they came off. Learned today that they would not offer a refund and the only option was I could get them redone and they would try a different technique. I asked why it didn't stay the first time and they said either the tip was applied to thick or I must have done something to cause them to peel. They peeled after I showered. I don't know how simple water could have led to that. I said that was really not helpful and later asked if it would be with Hero again or can some other tech do it, they said it could be another tech but they're booked through August. Shelley does great hair and I love coming here when my hair needs work, but I won't return to get my nails done. I just want my money back for this lousy manicure

The dry haircut was 45.00 so I consider it an overcharge. I am very disappointed with the vibe in this salon also. If you don't use a credit card, it is frowned upon because the practice is to charge your card if you miss an appointment. I agree that appointments should be canceled in a timely manner but their practice is a step too-far.

She barely spoke to me. When she washed my hair she pretty much only washed the ends. During the cut she didn't ask me my opinion at all. She didn't let me look in the mirror until the end of the cut . She didn't even let me see the back or ask how I wanted it styled. I walked out feeling pretty low and having got home to actually look at my cut I wish I did it myself cause it's all kindof messed up. I went in for a pixie and came out with a botched Bob with half straight across bangs. There are weird clumps of hair that don't blend together at all. There is no of flow between the sections she cut. It's should flow from front to back but instead the lengths are stair stepped in the weirdest way. I feel so bad about myself and I don't have the money to go somewhere else to get it fixed and there's no way I'm stepping foot inside this place again. Sorry for the rant. Proceed with caution
