They are telling me it auto renews after initial contract period is complete. I have contacted the Billings repeatedly and they assure me it will be canceled. 4 months later and I am still being charged! Today they told me they are under all new management. I showed her the sleeve that it came in, with their written "$65" on it, she responded with, "Weird. Yeah we go off of the computer, not what that says." Then Emily tried to sell me a membership, and maybe one for my boyfriend, too. I left, and had the person that gave me the gift card check their bank account, which showed the transaction to be $65. I called Massage Envy, they said they needed to call me back. About 20 minutes later, they called and said that it was in fact for 65, and that they could just add it to the tip. I asked to take care of it another day so that I could speak to a manager before leaving this review. I called and spoke with a manager on Monday, she mumbled through her name so I asked again, she mumbled through it again so I'm not sure what her name is. She interrupted me about four words in to say, "yeah we figured it out so we're all good." I asked her if she understood why it's concerning that I had to fight for $10 and then prove it before they would honor my gift cards value, and she responded by saying that she can't teach new people everything before they start. She asked if there was something I wanted, and I said I simply wanted to get a managers input before leaving this review. I got on the phone with customer service as he said they would be able to resolve the issue in 24-48 hours??? When i finally got my payment to go through days later (never heard back from customer service) I placed the order for curbside and was not notified when my order was complete, didn't give me an option to add my parking spot so i called the store. After 4 different attempts at getting them on the phone someone finally answered and told me i had to come inside to pick it up? Why would i do that being i work an extremely busy schedule and do not have time to shop or go inside. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, and when i got inside i stood by the "pickup area" and was ignored for close to 5 minutes when someone finally approached me and started gathering my order scanning the items. This is after i walked into the store and not only did the 4 ulta employees standing by the door glare at me but i did not get greeted by anyone. This is the WORST online shopping turned to in store shopping i have ever experienced. EXTREMELY unprofessional, i will no longer be shopping at Ulta and until i receive a customer complaint response i will make sure everyone else knows this is absolutely not the place to shop.
