It wasn't terrible but definitely not the best, you get what you pay for I guess. the staff is amazingly nice though so that's a bonus. I got a pedicure and it was okay, nothing spectacular. no massage but she did put lotion on me. my ingrown toenails are better but not fully out and still a little sore. she said its because she pulled them out and I would be better the next day. but it's been about 3 and they are still kind of sore. I may or may not go back. the employees made the whole experience good but I wish the pedicure was a little better. read more

Was referred to Pro Nails by a friend who used to go there a lot. I made an appointment for 3:30pm (September 2013) two days in advance for a pedi and full set of white acrylics. I got there 10 min early and had to wait 15-20 minutes, past 3:30p to even have someone start on my nails. I stared with a pedi and they had me soak my feet almost 20 minutes and my feet started pruning. The painting went very well however they did a poor job cleaning up the edges! It should have taken max 45 minutes, it's now been an hour and a half! Now for my nails, the knowledge of the staff was not good. I wanted pink and white and they didn't know what I was talking about even with me asking when I made my appointment and they said they do them! The gal (American) was very nice however she was taking her sweet time. Not to mention when trimming my nails she almost cut my finger open if it wouldn't have been for me stopping her. It took almost an hour just to glue the tips on and then another half hour to apply the acrylic. Finally I get done and I am so aggravated and annoyed I tell her they look okay. All I could think about when I left was how I was going to go home and clean up the nails, which I had to do because the nail glue sealed shut my skin to the nail, and to add the nails all looked different shapes and sizes!. Needless to say the staff was friendly but the quality was horrible. They are the cheapest prices in town, and you get what you pay for. I'll be spending an extra $15 next time somewhere where I'll be happy with the quality walking away. Go somewhere else and pay a but more, it will be worth it! read more

Amy bought this business in 2016 so I would say negative reviews from earlier years really don't apply to her or her business. Amy is very professional and does a beautiful job with gel manicures and pedicures. She is also very fast but she does immaculate work. So pleased that I took a chance one day and stopped in. Amy doesn't do walk-ins but she is there all day 9-7 Monday through Saturday so she can usually get you in on the day you want. Give her a try.... I don't think you'll be disappointed!! read more

Disappointed in the service I received. I was getting a pedicure and I did not like the color she started with. I asked her to change the color, and the first time she did, but asked me to pick a dark color so she could just paint over it. When she painted one nail with the darker color, I told her I didn't really like it (if I'm gonna pay 40$ for a pedicure, I want to make sure I like the color). But she kept painting and told me "too late to change now, you already change your mind too much". So I asked her if she would charge me extra to paint them the light blue I wanted, and she said "Yes, 10$". So I told her okay, and she began to take the polish off, while saying "Even though I'm touching you gentle, I'm not happy to do this". Did a decent job, but I wasn't happy with the customer service I received. read more

I was rushed through my pedicure barely having anything done beyond polishing. 1/2 way through the pedicure, she accused me of taking another customer's appointment who allegedly had the same name, and then bad mouthed the phantom no show customer for not calling to cancel. She also chastised me for calling only a day before to schedule the appointment saying she's so busy, I need to call a week ahead. There were no other clients waiting when I left. I went to pro nails for a manicure and pedicure before my Dad's wedding. The lady was very quick to finish my pedicure but it looks pretty good. My fingernails however are a different story. I asked for gel polish in a French tip. The white tips were a little uneven but for $30 I thought I could deal with it. I went in on a Saturday and by Tuesday they are chipped and cracking. I work with my hands a lot so I know I'm hard on them but I've had this done before (different salon) and it lasted beautifully for 3 weeks. I called the salon to see what could be done and the owner (same lady who did my nails) said nothing could be done. I live in Bozeman so I can't go down to get them fixed. I asked for my money back she said no. She said the only thing she could do would be to give me $10 back for part of the gel polish. She was incredibly rude and was yelling at me. She said well I'm sorry and hung up. I called back and her employee answered and was also rude. I said that she was going to refund part of my money and asked if they needed my card number. She said she would give me cash I asked if she could send it. She said no. I asked why she said she didn't know and that they were busy. I tried to explain that I wasn't trying to be difficult but I expected to get a certain service. I have never been treated so poorly by a company in the service industry and I will never go back. What a tremendous waste of money and time. I am very disappointed. read more
