Came in for a basic manicure and left with two bloody fingers. She cut my cuticles back too much and now I'm wearing bandaids on my fingers. Pretty much defeats the whole purpose of trying to make your hands look nice! read more

I highly recommend Digits Nail Salon. They provide the level of service we have come to expect for pedicures. I became hooked on pedicures after my first visit. I stopped having toe pain. I wore steel-toed boots for ten hours a day, Monday through Friday (and someone's more). My wife visited quite few nail salons in Billings and was never happy with the service. The quality was never up to what we experienced in TX or AZ. She checked a few reviews after being discouraged and found Digits. They are great! We've been back a number of times. It's a serious nail salon. Nothing fancy at all. They don't have a vibe. They don't need one either. read more

The workers were very friendly although I am very unhappy with my nails. The very basic design is uneven and I even changed the design as it was not looking good at all. I was cut twice while he was filing my nails. I had already asked him to fix up the design 3 times then just said screw it because it wasn't going to look good either way. There was smears on the polish, uneven nail shape and so much extra gel under my nails and around my fingers. Not impressed at all. read more

It horribly impressed.I was told it would be a couple minutes by one of the employees and then a different employee said it would be 15 minutes I feel like they could have just said 17 minutes and I would have been ok with waiting..Si yea not terribly impressed, also the pricing is about 5-8$ more than the heights where I usually go ,I am on this side of town so I'll eat that as a convenience fee I suppose... read more

This place always does a good job and gives you what you ask for. I've had pedicures here as well as nails done. I wanted really short dip powder nails. Cute for fall! I am happy with what I got. Will always come back. read more

I came here for a gel pedicure and they botched it. The person doing my pedicure was very rough and when filing she filed to close to my skin and cut/rubbed my skin raw!! Then my polish wasn't neat, they got polish on my toes and didn't even clean it up. After a day my polish started peeling! Worst salon ever. read more

Disappointed in the gentleman that did my pedicure today. Sloppy and messy work. The toes will not look good when wearing sandals. After he finished polishing, he had to redo a toe, since the polish was smudged when he put on the flip flops. He also stained the toe when he tried to remove the polish to redo the smudge. I will go back but not to the same person. I have had good pedicures before today. read more

I have literally never been more upset about my nails. First of all, the ladies who did me and my friend's nails were very rude and unfriendly. My nail artist kept getting distracted by talking to someone else and cut me multiple times while taking off my acrylics. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and this is what I got. These are supposed to be coffin shaped nails. They are round, lopsided, and uneven. The nails are literally horrendous. $110. read more

I got in right away and she was quick with my nails and they look amazing - usually I have to stop people or tell them how I'd like it shaped or what not she just knocked it right out of the park and I will be going back read more

Went in for scheduled pedicure so they were appropriately staffed and did not need to rush. Pedicure itself was good, a little rough. However, polish job was awful. Paid $15 extra for gel. Gel is all over cuticles and lifting due to poor application after 2 days. There are much better options in town. read more

This place is the WORST salon I have been too. If I could give a 0 start rating that what mine would be! I had asked for simple acrylic nails that were short and one color with no designs and they couldn't do it!! My nails have smudges, bubbles and three of them are crooked! If a salon can't do the most simple nails why are they even open? Also the man that did my nails was very aggressive constantly being rough, had an attitude and would ask me very private invasive questions. Worst experience ever, DO NOT COME HERE. read more

My mother treated me after doing the Women's Run, and boy am I glad she did. SUPER, SUPER CLEAN! They use individual liners for the foot bath pedicure chairs. And have an overall level of cleanliness that made me feel good. The massage chairs were nice. They did great work on my feet and toenails. If I lived here, I would go frequently. read more

I asked the guy if he could do a certain design and he said YES. you Could tell that he was very un experienced and did not know how to do it. My nails turned out terrible like a 4 year old did them. When he was done, he laughed as if he knew they were bad. read more

My acrylic fill and design took over an hour. They have already started to peel and the design is not quite what I asked for. I am not very picky with the design, but the durability of the nails is pretty unimpressive. The gel on my solid colored nails is peeling off after only one day. read more

I had forgotten how wonderful it was to get a pedicure at Digits. The massage chairs are wonderful! My feet were in very bad shape, and I left with nails that looked like so much better. Calluses were gone and my sore toes no longer hurt. I will not wait so long before I get another one. The staff is friendly and fun. along with being very knowledgeable and skilled. read more

Best place in Billings! I've been going to Digits for years and have never been disappointed!!

I'm a traveling hairdresser from Chicago who rarely gets the chance to treat myself. When I broke my nail earlier today I decided just to drive down the street until I found a nail salon rather than search on Yelp. Digits was literally at the end of the road, conviently located next to a pita place that looked decent for lunch so this was a practical choice. Very clean, super sweet, and lots of nail colors and service options available. David, you are an absolutely sweetheart. Really playful and passionate about his work. This is probably the most OCD manicure I've gotten for less then $40; it's immaculate, great laquer cover and the nail shape is just what I asked for. I truely regret I didn't have time for a pedicure, read more

I was able to schedule an appointment day of with no problems (I called others who were booked all day). I had Johnny, he was pleasant and did a meticulous job! I got a shellac manicure for $35, a little pricy, but the place was clean and he did a great job. I'd recommend! read more

Very happy with my nails. I wasn't able to make an appointment and they got me in as fast as they could. However, they told me they prefer appointments. Dip and fill is the technic they use and it's healthier for your nails! I had never seen it before. Very cool! read more

Very enjoyable experience. I am new to Billings and always nervous about finding a new nail salon. Don and Tonya worked as a team providing a relaxing and friendly experience while getting a pedicure and new set of Dip (SNS) nails. I do recommend checking out this nail salon if you are looking. I will return. read more

Absolutely terrible service! I am here visiting from out of state and did not make an appointment but figured I could get in for a pedicure. I walked in and was asked what I needed and was told they didn't have time for me today when there was only 2 people in there. They were absolutely rude and will never be back when I visit. read more

We enjoyed our pedicures here today! Booked ahead easily. We arrived early and they were very accommodating and friendly. Very clean. Would definitely go again! read more

I got a gel manicure. The lady who did my nails did not talk to me the entire time, only to the nail tech sitting next to her. Did not take her time on my nails and laughed about how short they were and said before I left "this probably won't last very long because your nails are so short". The man at the till kept telling me I needed to leave a tip, which I did not want to do. The quality of my nails is very low. She didn't got gel on my finger and just left it so I had to do it when I got home. Would not recommend. read more

Been to this salon a couple times for dip manicure. Loved it, last three weeks. I went to a couple other salons in the heights that barely lasted a week for the same thing. Digits takes their time and are very pleasant. They also have plexiglass barriers they put up recently due to covid. read more

Excellent service!! Amiable, courteous staff. Rose did a $50.00 pedicure for me. Included foot, ankle, calf cleansing, hot towels, lotion, and massage. So good I fell asleep in the chair. I will be back in 6 weeks, for sure. read more

Sloppiest polish job I've ever had. Only buffed nails on one foot. Uneven coverage on base coat, top coat and second coat of polish. His touch up of fixing the nail color that got outside my nail lines was inadequate. The gentleman doing my pedicure seemed put off that I asked him to do a design on top of the nail color too. He's inspired me to go back to doing my own pedicures again! Thanks Digits, I won't be returning! read more

I was able to book an appointment the day of no problem. Kim did a great job on my SNS nails and really took her time on my manicure! 4 stars only because it is more expensive than other places I have gone in the past. read more

Went and asked for gel to fill in the gap between current gel and my cuticle until I could get home to my regular nail tech. Oh yes, no problem. She proceeded to grind off most of the design I had, and then glopped some seriously thick gel on my nails. Then she put clear polish on top of that(WTH?) and told me I was done. I was left with thick, clumsy nails with bumps on them, gel slopped out onto my skin and most of my design gone. Oh, and she hurt me several times when she cleaned under my nails with the dremel tool. For this she charged me $35.00, which is outrageous for a gel fill. Should probably mention she got pissy when I didn't give her a huge tip-she should be glad she got one at all. read more

Sang Wu at Digits is a master nail technician and a true artist. I get my nails "dipped," which is only available at Digits, and they are beautiful, strong and long-lasting. My set can last a month between fills, and I work them hard; gardening, swimming, you name it. My nails stay true, don't break and remain pretty. Additionally, I love the way Digits is run. It is super clean, professional, relaxing and everyone is so cheerful and hard-working. Although they're always busy, Han will always get you in with a smile and your time in the chair feels unrushed and enjoyable. I've been to some great salons in Billings, but Digits is above and beyond. They are truly superlative, and Sang and Han Wu are exemplary hosts and caring, loving people. read more

I have been going jere for 5 years. All around great service. Efficient and good quality.

My nails looked good at the end. However, very pricey, and the woman doing my nails made me bleed more than once! Very painful

I went to Digits on Thursday, June 20 for pedicure and manicure. The man that did my gel nails coated my cuticles with the gel and did not remove all of the old gel, so the polish was lumpy! Horrible. I booked an appt with another salon the next day and had it removed and another manicure. I will never go back to Digits. read more

Absolutely the best! Friendly, efficient and talented! I tell all my friends to come here!

Really enjoyed my experience here. The gentleman who did my nails took his time and was a perfectionist!
