Unfortunately, this is the only photo since I wasn't gonna review... all of them were uneven and misshaped.

I've been in Billings for 5 months and have yet to find a nail artist that can evenly shape nails and paint them all evenly. This place isn't an exception. I decided to give it a try a few weeks ago and scheduled a fill, the woman didn't say one word to me aside from "do you want them cut down" and "what color" I opted for black French tips and I always get coffin shaped, not a single one of my nails looked like it belongs on the same hand. Some square, some coffin, some in between. As for the color - same thing. She rushed and some tips were thickly painted and some thin, some missing the paint where it should meet my skin, etc. I'm only posting this because I've yet to find a nail artist here and I've been relying heavily on reviews. Only reason for two stars was because they had online scheduling so I didn't have to call.

Almond shape

Just got my nails done with the shellac. Love the colors and the outcome of my nails. This is my 3rd time getting them done here. And I will always be a returning customer. Nobody beats their prices or their services.

Really like this ombré she did for me.

Paula did my nails today and was great. I'm happy with the outcome. People post too much about a negative experience, but not enough when it is a good one. If you don't like it, go back and ask them to fix it.

I am was in Billings for a few days and in desperate need of a fill. I spent two hours trying to find a salon that could fit me in. I thought this would be easy considering it was after the holidays and a work day for most. I actually saw this salon enroute to the fourth salon, thrilled to pieces I decided to stop here! Unfortunately I didn't get the woman's name that worked on my nails. I assume she was the owner (she answered the phones). They were fairly busy 4 ladies getting pedicures 2 getting mani's, but I was seated almost immediately. She did a phenomenal job on my nails. I do pink and whites, very simple but people manage to screw it up all the time. I showed her a picture of how I wanted the white tips to look and then asked her to do one nail a completely different color. I am super thrilled with how they turned out! She was very thorough paid attention to detail, they had five people come in towards the end and yet she still took her time. The salon was clean, roomie and had plenty of nail techs working. My only regret is that i'm not staying here, I don't have to find a new nail tech where I'm going. And hope they do as good a job as she did.

I got a fill with shellac they were ok but $45 is steep for an okay fill and polish. I also got a pedicure and paid $35 I told the girl my feet were really bad and needed some extra love she told me "they aren't that bad" and literally put a drop of heel scrub/Soap on her scrubber and used it in both feet only scrubbing my heels 2x each leaving my feet looking just as bad as they did coming in. I would never get my feet done there again. Iam highly upset.

Sliced Toe nail = A lot of pain for months.

I needed a pedicure while visiting Billings on business. Coming here was a great find!! The owner,…read moreThanh, was so friendly and did a fabulous job. She was careful and thorough with her work. The best pedicure I've ever had. I highly recommend this business.

BEWARE I'm beyond…read moredisappointed with my experience at Precious Nail and Spa. I brought photos of an ombré fade into a soft white French tip and was told it was "no problem," but after 3.5+ hours it was clear the technician didn't know how to do it. Even after messing it up twice, he kept attempting it instead of being honest-wasting my time and leaving a bad result. The pedicure was awful: my toenails were cut way too short, I didn't get the polish color I chose, and the wax on my left foot was so hot it burned me. When I pulled away and said it was burning, he didn't apologize, just said, "Oh, that's too hot," and moved on. The pedicure also looked sloppy with leftover white polish around the edges. Then the nail service got worse-tool issues, constant hand repositioning, and when I said I didn't like the uneven, speckled look, he got dismissive, rolled his eyes, and walked away. I also scheduled and paid for a full manicure that was never done, yet | was still charged. I was there from 12:30 PM to 4:17 PM, left with nails | didn't ask for, a burned foot, and a $195 bill. No professionalism, no accountability, no customer care. Again the first picture is what I asked for and they were like. Oh yes, absolutely no problem messing it up two times and having speckled white spots all over my nails they had to redo it again and I just ended up with French tips. ‍

In search of a last-minute pedicure, I decided to try a couple of things I haven't tried before:…read more The Yelp app for getting quotes and this salon. It worked better than I anticipated. VIP is a nice salon that does a good job of keeping the flow of customers moving. Although they do take walk-ins, best only to try that at non-peak hours. They even have Sunday appointments, but that's definitely an appointment only day. The ceiling lights are covered with screens that make it look like a sunny day with the cumulus clouds and a few stray butterflies on wire dangling in a couple of places. The window on the side have a screen with a beach scene. Both of these things lend VIP toward the sit-and-relax atmosphere. There are several different levels of manicures and pedicures available, depending on how far into the spa style you want to go. They're a nice group of people, will talk or not depending on you, but I've noticed a lean more towards the "no talk" during pedicures, but "let's chat" during manicures. Shellac and regular polish is available depending on how long you want the polish to last. They also offer some "natural" products as part of the mani or pedi.

When I asked him to fix my index nail he shaped crooked, the rest of the service he started digging his nails into my hand and overly aggressively yanking on my fingers. He refused to do what I asked for so I asked to just pay for what he did and leave. He tried to charge me $15 over the listed price, and I left with WAY too short, pointy, uneven, bulbous, unfinished nails. Not to mention the layer of gunk cured to my skin around my nails. I feel like he ruined my nails on purpose, because there's no way someone is actually that bad at what they do
