Just got my nails done with the shellac. Love the colors and the outcome of my nails. This is my 3rd time getting them done here. And I will always be a returning customer. Nobody beats their prices or their services.

Really like this ombré she did for me.

Paula did my nails today and was great. I'm happy with the outcome. People post too much about a negative experience, but not enough when it is a good one. If you don't like it, go back and ask them to fix it.

I am was in Billings for a few days and in desperate need of a fill. I spent two hours trying to find a salon that could fit me in. I thought this would be easy considering it was after the holidays and a work day for most. I actually saw this salon enroute to the fourth salon, thrilled to pieces I decided to stop here! Unfortunately I didn't get the woman's name that worked on my nails. I assume she was the owner (she answered the phones). They were fairly busy 4 ladies getting pedicures 2 getting mani's, but I was seated almost immediately. She did a phenomenal job on my nails. I do pink and whites, very simple but people manage to screw it up all the time. I showed her a picture of how I wanted the white tips to look and then asked her to do one nail a completely different color. I am super thrilled with how they turned out! She was very thorough paid attention to detail, they had five people come in towards the end and yet she still took her time. The salon was clean, roomie and had plenty of nail techs working. My only regret is that i'm not staying here, I don't have to find a new nail tech where I'm going. And hope they do as good a job as she did.

I got a fill with shellac they were ok but $45 is steep for an okay fill and polish. I also got a pedicure and paid $35 I told the girl my feet were really bad and needed some extra love she told me "they aren't that bad" and literally put a drop of heel scrub/Soap on her scrubber and used it in both feet only scrubbing my heels 2x each leaving my feet looking just as bad as they did coming in. I would never get my feet done there again. Iam highly upset.

Sliced Toe nail = A lot of pain for months.

BEWARE I'm beyond…read moredisappointed with my experience at Precious Nail and Spa. I brought photos of an ombré fade into a soft white French tip and was told it was "no problem," but after 3.5+ hours it was clear the technician didn't know how to do it. Even after messing it up twice, he kept attempting it instead of being honest-wasting my time and leaving a bad result. The pedicure was awful: my toenails were cut way too short, I didn't get the polish color I chose, and the wax on my left foot was so hot it burned me. When I pulled away and said it was burning, he didn't apologize, just said, "Oh, that's too hot," and moved on. The pedicure also looked sloppy with leftover white polish around the edges. Then the nail service got worse-tool issues, constant hand repositioning, and when I said I didn't like the uneven, speckled look, he got dismissive, rolled his eyes, and walked away. I also scheduled and paid for a full manicure that was never done, yet | was still charged. I was there from 12:30 PM to 4:17 PM, left with nails | didn't ask for, a burned foot, and a $195 bill. No professionalism, no accountability, no customer care. Again the first picture is what I asked for and they were like. Oh yes, absolutely no problem messing it up two times and having speckled white spots all over my nails they had to redo it again and I just ended up with French tips. ‍

VIP is a nice salon that does a good job of keeping the flow of customers moving. Although they do take walk-ins, best only to try that at non-peak hours. They even have Sunday appointments, but that's definitely an appointment only day. The ceiling lights are covered with screens that make it look like a sunny day with the cumulus clouds and a few stray butterflies on wire dangling in a couple of places. The window on the side have a screen with a beach scene. Both of these things lend VIP toward the sit-and-relax atmosphere. There are several different levels of manicures and pedicures available, depending on how far into the spa style you want to go. They're a nice group of people, will talk or not depending on you, but I've noticed a lean more towards the "no talk" during pedicures, but "let's chat" during manicures. Shellac and regular polish is available depending on how long you want the polish to last. They also offer some "natural" products as part of the mani or pedi.

The gentleman that started my pedicure was extremely rough with filing my nails and callus treatment- it was half complete. Then he left to do another customers nails and another lady came to finish my nails and even though she was kind, my actual nail polish was rushed and looks messy. I won't be back. $70 was way too expensive for a place that doesn't appreciate every customer.

I wear a clear top coat with the exception of my ring finger on each hand usually a "sparkle" color. OH MY, I absolutely love it. Unfortunately I was on the phone with a work call almost the entire time. But he still got my attention asked me how things are going etc. his massage technique was superb!! It was one of thee best I've had, in a long times he spent a lil extra time making sure I got a full leg and foot massage. The paraffin wax left my feet feeling super soft. i definitely recommend getting that added into your pedicure. I was worried about the grater for the callous remover, he def got a lot off my feet but it was a little vigorous for my taste I should have said something but hate to change up others style but now that I know I would def ask for him to go a little lighter, less pressure on that. Polish choices are good and the whole place clean and pretty just decorated for Christmas. Not crowded, it was a week day at 2:30pm I try to go places when they're not busy so I get a better experience. I would return for sure and I would ask for him.

The three of us were long overdue for pedicures and picked this place partially because it's one of the only ones open on Sundays in Billings. They got all 3 of us in right away. Nice comfortable massage chairs. I could see lots of attention to cleanliness of the basins, tools (sterilization of metal tools), etc. The overall feel of the place is a bit dingy, but the things that mattered were definitely clean. The nail technicians were very nice, and spent a lot of time on our pedicures!! Two of us chose their "Deluxe" which at first I thought was a touch on the pricey side at $55, but an hour and a half later my feet/legs had been scrubbed, scraped, massaged with hot stones, lotioned, paraffin dipped and hot-toweled. Well worth the price! The other of us got the next package up which was another $10 and included some funky extra moisturizing gel soak and an extra 5 minutes of massage. They also used fresh fruit in the massage and in the soaking water- I was shocked when I saw them bring out the freshly cut limes and oranges and incorporated them into the treatment. We were even offered champagne or wine, which we did not take them up on at this visit but are definitely planning on partaking the next visit, especially because they told us we could bring our own booze! They got pretty busy, and did a good job of not rushing through our pedicures to get to the next person. The nail techs were all very friendly and just the right amount of chatty and fun. We will absolutely be back!!

BEST NAIL SALON IN TOWN…read more ive been a regular client at Sensation since they first opened and i can't say enough positive things about them. It is extremely clean, classy, and professional. All of the nail artists who work there are all friendly, experienced and also very talented. A person would be in good hands and well taken care of with anyone at Sensation. Tracy (owner) is absolutely fantastic! Not only does she do really beautiful work, but she does it all while making everyone who comes in feel comfortable, and running her salon seemingly effortlessly. (Not to mention she always looks gorgeous while doing it!) She is a BOSS!! Q is also one hundred percent awesome! He makes my ugly hairstylist hands AND feet look like Ive never worked a day in my life Added bonus: they even stay that way in between appointments, which has never been the case at any other nail salon. After a mani/pedi with Q, I actually can say I feel like I have pretty hands and feet for the first time in my entire life! Absolute perfectio. makes me feel like I have pretty hands/feet for the first time in my entire life! Highly recommended Sensation Nail!

From the beginning, the staff was rude, communication was poor, and I felt completely dismissed. I have an allergy to gel polish and made that very clear multiple times. I specifically requested dip and even said that if they felt they couldn't achieve the look I wanted with dip, I was happy to pivot. Despite that, gel polish was used, and my nails were completely butchered. While they were removing the original polish from my nails, the drill was hurting so badly that I repeatedly asked them to turn it down. I was uncomfortable throughout the entire appointment, and the final result was nowhere close to what I had asked for. I also went with a friend, and her experience was just as disappointing. Her nails began chipping off almost completely the very next day after simply washing her hands. I called to request a refund for my nails and was met with a significant amount of attitude. I was told I needed to send photos, which I did, and they then tried to claim that the technician had warned me beforehand that my nails would not look the same. That conversation never happened. I am all for giving businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. If you are looking to get your nails done, I genuinely recommend going somewhere else. This place is not worth your time or your money. I would give zero stars if I could.

Instead of providing the service we scheduled, my appointment felt rushed from beginning to end, as though they were simply trying to get through as many clients as possible. Because of that, the quality of the work suffered. To make matters worse, my gel polish started peeling the very next day. Gel nails are supposed to last at least a couple of weeks, so having them chip and peel almost immediately is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of care and attention to detail. The most concerning part of my experience was the lack of proper sanitation. The same nail tools were used on all three of us without being cleaned or disinfected between clients. Proper sanitation is one of the most basic responsibilities of any nail salon, and seeing tools reused without being sanitized raised serious concerns about hygiene and client safety. I left feeling like my time and money were wasted. I expected professional service, quality work, and basic cleanliness, but unfortunately, this salon failed on all three. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience, and I will not be returning.
