This place was just okay. The place is very clean and the workers wanted to make sure our needs were met. My nails also looked great after! However, there were some negatives about the place too. We went on a Saturday and the couple are the only two working and have their two little kids running around (maybe 6 and 4 years old). I was hoping for a relaxing experience, but it was hard with their kids there. I am not used to kids being around so this could be why, but would avoid on a weekend if you want to have a relaxing experience. The workers also were a little preoccupied with their kids as well. Going to cut up an orange for them mid-session or having to make sure they were behaving. The lady seemed a little stressed about it all. Lastly, the prices were a little higher that I was used to. I got my nails done about three weeks ago and they are still going strong and there's no lifting at all. The person who did my nails was Eric, he was so sweet and usually I don't like to talk while getting my nails done because I'm not good with small talk but he made me feel comfortable and was making jokes here and there. I got French tips and I was probably in there for 40 minutes max, he was so quick and efficient. Stopped here while in Billings for work. They came highly recommended by the locals and I was not disappointed. I got a full set and they were completed within an hour. Not only were they done in an efficient manner but the quality is very good. I got almond shape acrylic with a gel color on top. The nail technician that did my nails was very knowledgeable and was explaining how to keep my nails healthy, etc. I was also given a full sized bottle of water and everyone at the salon was courteous. Absolutely terrible nail service. When I walked in, I asked if they had dip or gel. The guy told me they had gel or full set. I asked for gel. Pictured below is my regular gel manicure-no acrylics. Dip was initially used but was taken completely off when the tech had to start over. So it is only a gel manicure. (And a terrible one at that.) Was charter SIXTY dollars for this. It is sloppy, poorly done, insanely over priced. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Please do not go here. read more

The first time I went into Get It nails was to have a basic pedicure with my gf. The tech doing my pedicure was done in 15 minutes with cold water. My gf's took 1/2 hr with almost too hot of water. I couldn't understand why mine was so fast and hers was slower and more enjoyable and same price. That day I stayed to have a full set of nails also. The Tech did a decent job. Today I went back to get a nail fill and I felt like I was being herded through there like livestock and my polish was bubbled with fuzz stuck in the polish. and my nails were also much shorter than what I wanted. I called to complain and I was told that I was "not cool" to be calling to complain. I will not go back!! To expensive for below standard work. read more

Basic manicure (aka little bit of lotion and hands in a warm towel for less than a minute) was charged $65. Over all great service the people are friendly and offered me free drinks the massage chairs are so nice and they do a good job on the mini leg massage they give. I love the price $35 basic pedi that's a fabulous deal for Billings prices. I would recommend and will definitely return! read more

I had a great experience at Get air nails! Jenny did my nails and she was amazing and efficient. A great facility and a great time!

I went in to get a fill done on my nails. They had some middle aged guy that didn't speak any English work on my nails. He didn't know what he was doing and ended up totally ruining my nails. Turns out he was being trained still. Burnt my fingers several times. Tried to cover up his mistake with two coats of bad nail polish. The owner finally had to come and take over for him. He had to take everything off...including my tips...and start over. Then he told me " I will not charge you for taking them off...just for putting them on". I didn't want them taken off....just filled! 2 hours later I left with short nails and -$55! "Get It" somewhere else ! read more

We chose this salon because of its review. My daughters and I (four of us) had both dip manicures and gel pedicures. The work was just not up to standards at all. Their prices are not cheap and all four of us were surprised how poorly our nails looked when finished. Seriously, uneven edges, cuticles not trimmed, uneven thickness of dip gel, very short time spent on our nails, etc. etc. The owners were certainly nice to us and I feel bad giving such a poor review but I have to be honest. Even though this place is understaffed, the owner did and amazing job with my SNS nails and he even went an extra mile to make sure that all my nails looked uniform and even added a little pink because the powder I chose was just sparkly. When Ty couldn't get me in right away he offered a pedicure massage chair for my wait. He did the best job I've had done on my nails in a long time and I get them done all over the US.
